We really enjoyed our stay at Fajardo Inn. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The coffee bar as well. Our favorite part were the pools. Highly recommend!

When I arrived at 5:00Pm after a day at the beach and expecting to take a long warm shower I was told I did not have a reservation. This information was communicated to me by a secuirty guard at the gate and I was not allowed to go to the main desk. After a 3 hour call to Travelocity I was told Travelocity had fixed it and that I should have an email from the property. I did NOT! I ended up paying cash for a room at the same property but was not refunded by Fajardo INn nor Travelocity! I was finaly allowed a room at 10PM!!!! I want a refund from Travelocity for this delay. I was told tha since I got a room at the original property then there was not really a problem. Makes me question their \"search\" for a nearby property at $500 a night when thravelocity was not able to credit me the original daily rate.

Had to stay here because of canceled flight due to weather. Luckily, I got the very last room. It had been raining for days and everything was wet with condensation. Not a rug in the whole room. Just cold and wet tile floors soaking through my socks. Bare bones basic room. Didn’t get to use pool or eat at restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property.

The room was musty and damp. The toilet paper holder was covered in mold. The toilet didn’t flush well and by morning wouldn’t flush at all. Our clothes we laid out the night before were damp in the morning from the moisture in the room even though we had the air conditioner on all night. We went to sit by the pool but all the chairs were wet. There were no towels to wipe them down and no staff to take initiative to do it. We paid a premium for the worst place we’ve stayed on our tour of Puerto Rico.

The pools were nice, the room was clean and spacious. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker, a blow-dryer or any of the usual amenities. There were shared microwaves in the hall but no means of cooking in your room. The restaurant was excellent and you can easily share a meal as portions are large. The staff are friendly and when the wifi wasn't working they called the company and got it back up the next day. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

Our room was quite basic and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and tidy. It lacked a hair dryer and cozy blankets for the cold nights. The view from the sit-out area was beautiful, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel itself was nice -- but ended up costing much more than I booked it for. (1) I prepaid the room in full through hotels.com, but upon checkin I was told I had to pay a resort fee -- even though this is nowhere stated on hotels.com. (2) The standard room is on the bottom floor and has a window that faces the main sidewalk, so everyone can see directly into your room as they walk by. This level of non-privacy is not ideal, so I asked if we could change rooms. Initially they lied and said they were booked full (which I could see was not true because I could book online). Then I was told we could switch rooms if I paid an upgrade fee. So all in all the hotel was nice, but cost about $45 more than I had anticipated. Had I know it would be that expensive I would have booked somewhere else.

Great amenities and clean.

But couldn't sleep 2 out of the 3 nights:

1st night. People in the pool area until 2am.
2nd night. Until 3.30 am.

I complained on the second night around 2am, but at the end the answer was \"there is nothing we can do\" and shrug us off.
We ended up walking around the hotel, were we discovered they had a HUGE social area with even a bigger pool and further away from the rooms. The hotel could've plan better or move them to a more appropriate space for all.

We had an amazing experience with this resort. We had a lot of flight troubles and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff is very friendly, the resort grounds are beautiful , very clean facilities, very family friendly for people traveling with kids. Will definitely visit again

Second stay for me at the Fajardo Inn, this time in low season, but sharing with a bunch of Armed Forces deployed to nearby Roosey Roads NAS, this place is Superb for a non-resort stay, super clean and with great staff at reception & restaurant.... it has an all needs covered store... and two large pools ...Will for sure return.

Wonderful! Only issue was a rude entitled driver sitting behind my children honking like a rude NJ driver. He came in irritated asking for me to move my car so he couod drop off a passenger. I thought, oh he is dropping off a disabled person that needs dropped at the stairs a few steps from his car since mine was parked dirextly in front for check in. Nope, completely able bodied woman gets out!?!$@%* Mind blown w the sense of entitlment a lot of people habe now. Anyways, NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT FAJARDO INN AT ALL!!!!!! I will book again whwn we return!

This hotel was not as advertised. One pool was open but all other amenities were closed. The room felt dirty, the lock on the door was broken, all of the furniture was about 1 foot away from all of the walls, and when I tried to plug in my phone charger the outlet (which was loose) sparked. I didn't feel safe or comfortable and left after 1 night instead of spending 2 nights as intended.

El área de la piscina está buena para pasar el día, limpia espaciosa. Habitación limpia espaciosa. El personal de recepción al llevarle una queja la encargada fue grosera solo dijo que si nos queríamos ir pues que no fuéramos. Necesitan capacitar su personal para LEARN. Escuchar, empatizar,Disculpar, reaccionar y notificar. Ella solo escuchó y reaccionó contestado que no trabajaban con aires acondicionados y que si no nos gustaba que nos fuéramos. 5 estrellas en servicio

We stayed at Fajardo Inn for four days and had a great experience overall. The location was convenient—close to the ferry terminal and a short drive to nearby beaches and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The grounds were well-kept, and we enjoyed the tropical atmosphere and quiet surroundings.

The pool area was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We have a nice time playing mini golf too.

It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay—great for families or couples looking for a base to explore Fajardo and the surrounding area.

Clean,Comfortable & Very Friendly Staff!

If you’re looking for a very clean, comfortable, no frills hotel with very friendly staff, then Fajardo Inn is your place! We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the peaceful inn, its pool, various fruit trees, and delicious coffee in the mornings. The double room with balcony was so spacious! Did I mention how friendly the staff was?! Everyone ultra friendly especially Justin in the gym/coffee shop!

Clean, safe, beautiful, economical, friendly staff. What more could you ask for?! 10/10. Great amenities, we loved the gym and pool. The staff was so friendly, from the man who checked in our car (didn't get his name) to Justin at the Jaggery Fitness Center. Justin made us a smoothie with fruit grown on the property, it was incredible!! They also have security so we felt so safe at night. Also we ordered room service and the Lamb Gyro was sooooo good!! We have dairy allergies and they were so diligent about not putting feta or tzatziki in our meal. The location is good, close to Kayak Bay which is what we came for. The property is well maintained and cared for, so it's just gorgeous to walk around. My one complaint is that check in is at 4 and check out is at 11. The stay really should be longer. Other than that, this place is wonderful and we will be returning, Lord willing!!
