This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. Other than that, perfect stay!

Location - next door to kayak tours and great restaurants on the beach. Excellent service, they have everything you need, and get back to you on any questions promptly. Beds are more comfortable than what we had in San Juan. Clean and functional. Only negative - roosters crow at 4AM. Bring earplugs. If you’re looking to stay in the Fajardo area this is a great option!

Was honestly great bread wonderful service and great food… mini splits in bedrooms to keep you cool and breeze off the bay was awesome.. older building but what you need for an overnight stay. Staff was lovely, courteous, and helpful, and the rental was well stocked with dishes, utensils, plenty of towels and paper towels, even ground coffee for the coffee maker. The refrigerator is a full-sized one, the microwave is small but adequate,and there's a full sized range with plenty of pots and pans...there's even a toaster. The views are fabulous, and the balconies are lovely for sitting and having a drink. TV is good sized and there's a wide variety of working cable stations with desireable programming. We were here for a week and found the generous accommodation pretty comfortable. We would also highly recomment the Restaurante Puerto Fino which has exceptionl food and a lovely view. Now the negatives: When we first walked into our apartment, the drab old tile floor suggested that it wasn't clean. THAT WASN'T AT ALL THE CASE. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN THROUGHOUT. IT'S JUST DATED, OLD, AND UNAPPEALING TO LOOK AT. The other problem was the beds, mattresses, and bedding. The master bedroom bed was soft, uncomfortable, and noisy. Any movement caused loud squeaking of the springs. The pillows were so thick and hard that they couldn't be used and we had to sleep on the decorative pillows. Because of the movement related noise from the bed, I slept on one of the twin beds in the second bedroom. That pillow was pretty comfortable and the bed was OK.

Wonderful location with awesome view and walking distance to the bioluminescence kayaking experience as well as over a dozen great places to eat. Also by the departure for excursions to other islands. Very easy drive to the rainforest hiking or ziplining, Luqillo Beach and Kioskso, or visit the local Seven Seas beach and the natural preserve next door. Apartment was nice with two bedrooms and kitchen area for a place to make your home for the stay with parking for each room.

Mike and Noemi are lovely hosts. This was spacious, clean close to the restaurants (Oceanside has amazing food!) The funnel cakes at the sweet truck huge and amazing) The gated parking lot and patio to play cards at night were an added bonus! We hope to return. We figured out how to plug in patio lights but if those were left on added bonus! If you like a soft pillow bring your own

Check-in instructions are sent just prior to the day of the event, but are very specific and problem free. It is also important to note that parking is available on the locked property. This would be a good location for those who go kayaking or boating at night to experience bioluminescence.

This beautiful getaway is situated in a quaint highly exciting trail blazing route through waterfalls and mountains. The journey is made for those who are adventurous and humble. Glaze is all you’re going to feel upon arrival. Adults only aura with a dopple of pleasant greeting awaits upon check in. Scenery is surreal and breathtaking taking views and sounds of nature surround you. Small visitors creep around such as garden snakes and coquitos at night. Excellent dinner with garden to table menu along with a variety of fresh beverages made from local fruit. Take the trip it’s beneficial to your soul.

Nice location. Walking distance to the bio-bay kayak places. We could walk to lunch and dinner but did not find any coffee or breakfast places walking distance. Very short drive to the seven seas beach and nature reserve. The roosters that live in the area do get up around 3am. The place is a bit run down and lacks some amenities that we have come to expect (mainly a coffee pot and hair dryer). Text response was slow for questions. The apartment itself was clean but the blocked off balcony off to the side showed the efforts of many pigeons.

The apartment is next to the Kayak center, which happened to be one of the activities we booked. So it was so convenient for us.

The apartment is spacious, with everything we need. The management was very helpful, texted me the driving direction, how to get in, parking spot, etc. And they answered text messages very quickly and consistently.

The apartment is a little bit old but everything works, and comfortable enough for us. The only thing we hope they can do better was the mosquito control.

We really enjoyed staying at Suenos Del Mar! It was very clean, the beds were comfy, the ac in the rooms was excellent, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beach towels were a nice extra! We loved the location and were able to walk around the nearby village with shops and dining and enjoy the beach and ocean only 5ish minutes away.

We booked this location as we had planned to do the 8 pm kayak tour. This location was amazing, she greeted us in the parking lot. Let us check in 2 hours early. The 2 bedroom unit was wonderful, and best of all, the hot shower! It also had a balcony off the back of our unit with chairs and tables. Then, it was about 1 min walk to the kayak village for our tour. Which was great when we walked home wet, as only took 1 min again to our place.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 reasons. A block from kayak bioluminescent bay which was great. 2 bedrooms was great in the middle of our trip. A few things to know, wifi only works on back balcony, not in the house. Balcony is not private, it’s shared. Roosters are very loud ALL night. The rooftop deck is not available to hang out on. It is under major construction. I think they are adding another story. We had water pressure and plumbing issues but was resolved in same day.

A great stay at a beautiful location.

We left a very bad experience with an Airbnb to stay in Fajardo with Suenos del Mar. It was a great decision. The apartments were walking distance to the beach and everything we needed and wanted. There was a beach within walking distance and a very good restaurant along the way. The place was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable.

Owners, Neomi and Mike, were great! They made sure we had everything we needed. When Tropical Storm Ernesto knocked out power in the eastern part of the country and no restaurants were open, Mike took me to get pizza for my family. Neomi made sure we had what we needed and gave us milk, eggs, cheese, and bread. They made what could have been a miserable visit very nice.

I was afraid that the remote location would be inconvenient to return to the airport for our flight out, but Naomi provided the phone number of a reliable and reasonable taxi driver. $100 for an hour ride. The driver and owner of the taxi company, Mario, was reliable, prompt and pleasant.

My teenage daughters and I enjoyed the night trip to the bioluminescent bay which started in the parking lot behind the apartments.

There is assigned parking available. The rooms were clean, good air conditioner. Bathrooms have all the necessary items. Beds were very uncomfortable. There is no washer dryer on the property. Closest laundromat is a distance away. There is no place to hang wet bathing suits anywhere, in or outside the property. There should at least be a line in the shower for that purpose. It is within a five minutes drive to the beach which was awesome. There is a nice breakfast place to the left of the property. Good service. We ate there a few times because of the convenience and the food was good. There are also places to eat near the beach but be aware that must places close early. Overall is a good place for a short stay if you dont have high expectations.

We are so grateful to have found these apartments to stay at. Noemi was helpful, responsive and engaged throughout out stay. The apartment is so spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living area with a full sized kitchen. The large balcony off the back door has beautiful views of the ocean and dock where people leave for the biobay tours every evening. There are a few restaurants and kayak rentals and water taxis right behind the apartments. And a short walk down the road there are many retaurants, a nice park and ocean views. You could essentially just stay here for a week and not have to drive around and do all sorts of fun activities. Walmart and other convenient stores are only 9 minutes away.

It does not feel touristy at all however. It is tucked into the calm fishing neighborhood of Las Croabas, with helpful and lovely people.

I was most impressed by how clean the apartments were. There is tile throughout so it is easy to keep clean during our stay. Even on flat unseen surfaces that are usually missed there was no dust anywhere. I even had to most the stove away from the wall to retrieve the pot holder and there was absolutely nothing back there. That's impressive!

Noemi supplies nice bath towels and clean, fresh bedding. All of the beds have dust protectors on them which keeps everything nice and clean.

I would highly recommend Suenos del Mar to anyone looking to visit Puerto Rico.

We only booked a room because we missed our ferry and needed to stay somewhat close(30 minutes from the Ceiba ferry terminal) to catch one the next morning and our frustration quickly turned to delight. We arrived 3 hours before our check in time but happened to see Noemi and she provided us with beach towels and chairs, as well as great recommendations for lunch. She kept us updated as soon as our room was ready, which was greatly appreciated even though we were having too much fun at Seven Seas beach to go back! The condo was more than spacious enough for myself, my wife and our toddler. The view from the balcony was beautiful and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that we only stayed one night! Next time we visit Puerto Rico, we will absolutely try to stay here again!

Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance.

This place is not as advertised & pics on their website are outright fraud. The beautiful rooftop with furniture and umbrella does not exist. Yes. There’s rooftop. It has exactly 2 worn pieces of leftover patio furniture. When I sat down, I was immediately soaked & had to change my shorts.

No idea where they got the lovely shot of the covered patio with tables. Doesn’t exist at this place.

The veneer interior doors are splitting, the shower head is pitted and being slowly eaten away, the tile grout hasn’t been cleaned in many years. AC was set at 77 (is in the lge bedroom only) but never got below 80, half the windows do not open so it’s difficult to get air circulating. Your patio is over a decrepit parking so bend low to get that shot of the water without the industrial stuff in front of you. Some plugs don’t wk. There is hot water — in the sinks only.

Bed pillows have a plastic cover on them under the pillowcases. Try sleeping on that!

Steer clear unless yr looking rustic.
