The staff definitely stood out the most! They were attentive to our needs but more than that they followed up to make sure everything was okay. My daughter’s hand was pinched in the elevator and the rushed to provide ice and check in on her hand the next day. It was thoughtful. The room was also clean, spacious enough for 2 adults and a 1 year old (I was provided a crib), and breakfast had great options and a decent spread. The location was also nice. Not in the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to a bunch of areas.

We had a wonderful ten-day stay here. It's conveniently located near the Shandao Temple station, which is one stop away from the Taipei Main Station. The front desk, room cleaning, and dining staff are friendly and courteous. The big surprise was how good the breakfast was. We really enjoy the different Taiwanese food each day. They also have porridge every day, which I have grown up eating. If you like a Western breakfast, they have oatmeal, toast with butter and jelly, turkey & ham, eggs (hard-boiled, regular, or order sunny-side up, over and easy, omelette with cheese, corn, and ham). They have different types of coffee and cappuccino. A great experience overall, and so glad we booked this hotel.

This was a very nice hotel and had a great breakfast. We were very happy with our stay here. It’s about 6 to 8 dollars to take a cab to Taipei one oh one and some of the other interesting places. Just don’t try to go downtown at 6 o’clock during rush-hour!

HOTEL COZZI Zhongxiao Taipei Is one of my favorite hotel, location is minutes to subway, breakfast is awesome! They change the hot dishes every day! Room is very clean and spacious, staff were very friendly and polite, they great me every time I pass by, they even provided a smart TV can connect your YouTube, Netflix. If you planning have a trip to Taipei, don’t miss out this hidden gem. P.S. hotel just opposite of the most popular soy milk shop in food market, you can easily found almost hundred of people standing in line for this shop!!
