Our stay at Villa Brunella in Capri was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, the team impressed us with their attention to detail. They sent clear instructions on how to reach the hotel and explained all the services available. We used the luggage service from the ferry with our funicular tickets and had a lovely 10–15 minute stroll through Capri’s beautiful streets to reach the hotel.
When we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff met us right away and personally walked us to our room — such a thoughtful touch! Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself is full of charm and feels like a home away from home. Villa Brunella ended up being one of the best parts of our entire trip, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful, quiet property away from the port. Staff attended to every detail ensuring a wonderful trip. Dining and shops are walkable (5-15 minutes.) If traveling with a lot of luggage arrange a porter to transfer your bags. Otherwise you will walk 10-15 with your bags once the taxi drops you at the last taxi stand. The views from the pool and check in area are tremendous. Possibly the best on the island. Breakfast was included and sufficient. We will be back.

It's good overall. The employees are really kind and helpful. The view is just amazing. Breakfast was ok. The sandwich we ordered while hanging on the pool was delicious. The problems I see are furniture are outdated, there are a LOT of stairs to go to your room, they have elevators but that does not cover all the floors. And they are a little far from the villa center.
They offer a service to pick your luggage when you arrive on the island and it is expensive but necessary. I decided to not pay for it, took a taxi to the villa center and walked to the hotel and I regret it because I was not expecting that it would be so far away and with some hills.

We stayed at Villa Brunella for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough great things about this place! The views from the hotel are amazing, our room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet and food was delicious, and the staff was the best!! Giovanni was funny and friendly and always made sure we were comfortable during the day at breakfast and at the pool. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed. The view its like a dream, very clean and well kept place, the instalations are beautiful, there is a cute little pool you can coll off on warm days. The staff are very nice and helpful. Food is delicious. The manager was great and took very good care of us. They arranged the pick up and delivery of our bags to and from the ferri port which was super helpful. To get to the hotel you have to walk a little bit because the road you have to take there is very narrow and there is no access to cars. Despite having to walk back and forward to get to the main piazza in Capri, the scenery is so beautiful that we didn't mind.

We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and had excellent service from Giovanni and the other staff. The food was also very good. The view from the hotel is unbelievable and it is far enough away from the crowds but close enough for a short walk to the downtown area. I travel frequently both US and international. and this was the most beautifully decorated room ever, in addition to the awesome views from the balcony of our Junior suite. The restaurant was great (dined twice but you need reservations). A little tricky to get here but worth it. Pay the 15 euros per bag for porter service. We did not do this going to the hotel and dragged luggage on a bus (since no taxis were available) and the walk to the hotel from the bus stop was about 20 minutes of cobblestone crowded streets. Would definitely stay here again. Very romantic setting and great helpful staff.
