Shower floods floor and water stand around toilet

We would never stay in this hotel again. The arpets in the room are so old that the room smelled bad, and walking on them left dirt on my socks. This was an Accessable room, so ther was no rim around the shower to keep all the water from flooding the bathroom because the drain was flush with the floor. We had to mop it up ourselves in order to use the toilet without having our feet slosh through an inch of water. The young man at the front desk was friendly and polite, but he said, understandably that there was nothing he could do about it. We prepaid for the breakfast buffet, which was kind of pricey, but the food was good. The mattress was good. The sheets were pretty cheap, but appeared to be clean.

What a disappointment

Sadly a huge disappointment. The reviews I read did not reflect our experience. But true it is in an industrial estate. Started off badly. When we arrived the receptionist was on the phone, okay I can accept that. Then while we waited she took another call.... we were not impressed. But we got checked in in the end. The room(s) were super basic but clean. The fridge was turned off (hint turn on the fridge for arriving guests) but all was okay. But no soap (nor anything in the bathroom except the bottle of nasty liquid soap on the wall in the shower). We called to ask if they could bring soap but they don't do that. Apparently this is to protect the environment, but they would bring us a soap at 3 Euros, apparently that is better for the environment? We paid close to 300 Euros for two rooms and the hotel boasted a restaurant. But apparently all they do is microwave meals that you have to choose? Really!!!. So we went out to a lovely restaurant nearby called Beyrouth. That was excellent. On our return we found a wallet on the road outside the hotel. I asked the receptionist if she could help, look up the address, call the police, something, the wallet had passport everything in it. She was clearly not interested so I asked her directly, so you are not going to help and she said no. This was just adding insult to injury, we stayed up till past midnight trying to sort it out my wife even driving to a local 24 hour police station which was of course closed. Don't stay here.

Hotel was nice, but paying the full amount on arrival + 300 euro deposit is a bit weird while there is nothing in the room to ask for a deposit for.
Then you have to drop your towels each day, they don’t clean the room everyday and they charge for pool towels which should be included in the hotel services and price.

Our experience at the hotel was so good that we have decided to prolong our stay for a few more days. The staff is outstanding, from the reception peeps to the cleaners, to the security guard, all made us feel very welcome and safe. The hotel is indeed located in an industrial area but its grounds are really nice. I do suggest a room with terrace, facing a lovely tinny forest, a playground for the little ones and an amazing swimming pool with a very large jacuzzi. The room is a studio equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, kettle and kitchen utensils. There’s plenty of restaurants around and a massive carefour Supermarket in a shopping mall within walking distance ( less than a mile ). Sufficiently close to the airport, Montpelier and wonderful beaches, we hope to be back again one day when around. Thank you for all your kindness and care.

Family stay for 4 nights

We travelled as a family of five (two adults and three children under 12). The pool was amazing, as we arrived in July with temperatures in the mid - to high 30s. The rooms were spacious, modern and the staff friendly and engaging. Really wanted to help to make our stay pleasurable. The location was a little away from the main town centre (but only a 10 min car drive away). Would thoroughly recommend to young families.

Forme have a great team working on giving a helpful and very friendly stay in a modern hotel. That it is on a commercial estate only adds to it as a quiet overnight location with some good eating near by. Again, really helpful team - smiling, generous, friendly. Well done all.

I had some trouble finding food nearby by walking but there were some nice restaurants close. The front desk also responded to my initial review in the morning and let me know of other options close which was nice if I had stayed another night. Everything worked well and room comfortable.

Close to airport

This is a minimalist hotel but price is very reasonable and the standard room was large and more than adequate. The bed linens were lovely and the bed itself comfortable. Hotel staff were quite pleasant and have a list of local restaurants as they do not have their own. There is an excellent Lebanese restaurant within a 5 minute walk called Beirut that the hotel staff recommended that has a wonderful dinner buffet with very light felafel. DInner and a glass of wine can be had for less than 20 Euro. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport as I had an early flight. It was an easy drive there and I had a restful night. The room had kitchen facilities and also three channels of English TV including access to American news which several upscale hotels I stayed in during the week of the Camargue and Provence did not have.

If you need a reasonably priced, comfortable hotel within a quick and easy drive of the airport this is a very good option.

a quiet oasis

We stopped here overnight on our way to barcelona. The room was great and the staff very friendly. We ate a nearby family BBQ restaurant which gave us a taste of real french food and culture. We had a car so getting around was easy but without transport this hotel would be difficult to get in and out of. Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel 2km from airport

Comfortable, quiet room with breakfest 2km from airport with several restaurants 10 minutes walking distance. I choose the hotel for the restaurant choices and proximity to the airport. One restaurant had a 1950s rock-and-roll theme. I liked it a lot. Getting to the airport cost me 15 Euros because the taxi comes from the city and already has 7 euros on the meter when it picks me up.

Les chambres sont bien disposés et permettent de séjourner en famille dans la même chambre. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que l’aire de jeux pour les enfants. Parfait pour être en famille à proximité de Montpellier et des plages. Le tarif n’est par contre pas négligeable.

En transit sur Montpellier nous avons passé dans l'ensemble un bon sejour. Nous avons opté pour une chambre supérieure vue piscine. Toutefois, nous aurions apprécié pour un hotel de cette gamme que soit mis a disposition café/thé. Il y a certe un distributeur près de l'accueil pour palier à ce manque (1€60 le café) mais nombre d'autres hotels l'offre gracieusement dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner (14€/pers.) est correct, sans plus.

Les serviettes taché et manque de lumière sur le lavabo et wi-fi très mauvaise connexion. Sinon personnel parfait.
Très bel isolation des hôtels très calme.
Avec un souci de climatisation, aider des mûres humide, on aurait pu prétendre à un tarif préférentiel car risque de bactéries.

Très satisfait. Hôtel très bien literie parfaite vue sur une \"petite forêt\" et la piscine (impossible d'en profiter en plein mois de novembre mais elle fait envie) salle de sport hyper bien équipée séance hydromassage très agréable. Le petit déjeuner assez copieux avec du salé du sucré, pour le prix nickel. Une équipe souriante accueillante que ce soit les réceptionnistes (1 de jour et 1 de nuit) ou les serveuses du petit déjeuner. possibilité de manger le soir un panier repas (certes pas magique mais il y a le choix et c'est pas mauvais, parfait pour une soirée après spectacle au zenith quand tous les restos sont fermés) nous nous attendions à une chaine impersonnelle de zone industrielle, nous avons été agréablement surpris; on reviendra pour un prochain séjour à Montpellier.

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel durant 3 nuits. Endroit très calme. Rien à redire si ce n'est pas beaucoup de choix dans le stock de thés au petit déjeuner. Pain et viennoiseries très frais. Impeccable. Très propre. Adresse à retenir.

Hôtel isolé dans une zone d'activité, accès peu pratique, 20 minutes à pied de la gare.
Joli établissement propre et moderne. Bon accueil. Pas de restauration sur place mais possibilité de commander un menu et de le réchauffer dans la chambre. Quelques restaurants dans la zone d'activité.

Séjour choisi pour la piscine de l’hôtel qui n’ouvre que le 1er juin. À moins de défiler et lire tous les descriptifs de l’hôtel; j’ai par la suite vu cette information en fin fin de pages ; très déçue et c’est pas sympa de pas le mentionner dès le début et surtout avec cette superbe photo de l’hôtel qui attire. Déjeuner cher pour ce qu’ils offrent (industriel) sinon RAS.

On m'a proposé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. J'ai demandé de changer une chambre à l'étage mais on m'a dit que l'hôtel était plein ce qui n'était pas le cas. C'est bien dommage j'ai dû dormir avec la fenêtre fermée alors qu'il a fait chaud
