L'ensemble de l'hôtel est bien, le personnel est sympa il nous ont même offert le parking.
Par contre le ménage dans les chambres reste à revoir.
Sous le lit un fruit pourri et un Badgeur d'un précédent client, des taches sur la moquette et dans la douche ainsi qu'un petit truc en train de pourrir dans un tirroir.
C'est dommage ça ma couper l'envie de retourné chez holiday inn.
Après je comprend que je suis peut être un cas isolé mais au prix de la chambre cela me semble pas excusable.

Very clean and comfortable hotel for a stopover en-route. Pet-friendly and with private parking. Staff was professional and friendly. Ptity there wasn't a fridge in the room. Excellent choice nevertheless. Will return!

Staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Gave me loads of good info and always happy to help. Breakfast was lovely, perfect for 'le petit-déjeuner' and staff in breakfast were always friendly as well.

Great location, very close to the tram stop to get into Montpellier & very close to the 606 bus stop to get to Le Grau-du-Roi to be able to get to l'Espiguette beach.

Dans l’ensemble correct les chambre mériterai d’être remis au goût du jour et restoré.
Le point noir est le parking qui est relativement cher et il est compliqué de pouvoir se garer en dehors de l’établissement.
Le personnel est très accueillant et le cadre est bien.
Le trame est juste à côté ce qui en fait un bon choix pour les séjours en famille

It looked like a new property, it was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly and even gave us breakfast early since we had an early train to catch. They also have Air Conditioning which we had not had in several days in a place, so that was an added bonus.

I had a little problem with my assigned room, the staff did the best they can do in order to make my stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Special thanks to Melissa, the manager who personally assisted me in solving the issue and they even upgraded my room for free, just so that I feel more comfortable. Aardig hotel, kan echt beter

Gelegen langs de snelweg en bij een winkelcentrum, dit hôtel zou echt iets aan recycling moeten doen! Er was geen parkeerplaats vrij en geen tips over de toch vele parkeeropties in de buurt. Ik denk dat er een stagiaire aan de receptie stond. Ingang moeilijk te vinden in het donker. Verder comfortabel genoeg.

Les personnes qui étaient dans la chambre avant nous fumaient certainement. Les concierges ont essayé de cacher l'odeur avec des désodorisants. Nous sommes arrivés tard, puis nous sommes sortis pour dîner, et nous sommes rentrés vers minuit, donc nous n'avons pas demandé une autre chambre. Cependant, la chambre n'aurait pas dû être utilisée pour les clients puisque c'est un hôtel non fumeur.

Le petit déjeuner était décevant. La seule eau disponible était celle du robinet, qui avait un goût légèrement désagréable.

Je ne veux pas de remboursement, mais j'ai été très déçu de l'expérience.

Hôtel est très bien sauf que le chauffage souffle de l air froid car il bloque la température au niveau du central et on ne peut pas avoir du chaud
et la couette après sa sortie de la machine à laver elle avait toute la mousse reparti en boule dans certains endroits de la couette donc pas très agréable sur le corps et du coin pas chaude du tout

Chambre à rafraichir (peintures abîmées, joints de la salle de bain noircis, housse du canapé défraichie...).
A 1h du matin, alarme incendie et évacuation de l'hôtel. Retour en chambre quelques minutes plus tard...
Aucune explication n'a été fournie et aucun geste commercial en dédommagement...

Dans une ville ensoleillé, aucune vitre de l'hotel est nettoyé. Une impression de fin du monde et surtout une sensation d'hotel mal entretenu. Il ne faut pas grand chose pour que cela devienne plus agréable !

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble , il est a noter néanmoins que le parking est très cher 14€ qu’il faut descendre chercher à emporter le petit déjeuner pas de proposition de le monter dans les chambres et que toutes les vitres sont très sales on voit à peine l’extérieur

Fine for a one night stay

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. They were very under staffed though. The single person on reception did a great job in the circumstances, but it was clearly difficult for her.

I was less impressed by Montpellier itself, which wasn’t what I expected at all. I was glad I was just passing through!

The hotel is in a good location for a quick overnight stay outside of Montpellier. However, it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everywhere needs painting, new carpets and deep cleaning. The reception staff were nice, kind and efficient. I would not return to this hotel until it has been fully refurbished.

Good business option

Holiday Inn Express is a nice option for business travel, if working on the east side of Montpellier. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but covers all the main requirements. The only downside of the hotel is lack of evening meals but this is easily overcome by walking over to the Odysseum and one of the many restaurants there.

After 3 weeks of vacation in Italy this was the first \"American \" brand hotel we stayed at, and we were looking forward to it. From the initial contact with the front desk personnel it was very disappointing. The girls spoke very little English and we're not very friendly. I don't know if this is the standard treatment for Americans in France, but we had much better treatment in Italy and Spain.

I had a reservation for a room with 2 double beds. I arrived at the hotel around 9-10pm on 9/10 and I was told that my room only had a queen bed. They wanted me to pay additional fees for a double bed or go someplace else for the night. A room she said was going to be available the next day. That's what I call the \"NO NO in customer service\". RIDICULOUS! After trying to reason with the receptionist, I told the lady that I had a long flight (coming from the US) and that I was going to take a seat at the little reception area until she fixes the problem. I had a room the next minute without any additional cost. Did I really have to go through that??? I have traveled the world and this was a first.

The hotel is not comparable to the US Holiday Inn in terms of comfort, standard, etc. So, this will be, give or take, similar to Super 8 type of hotels. This is definitely not a 3 stars US hotel type. The beds were comfortable. Free breakfast OK. Good location. Mall and restaurants across the street. Flat screen TVs in rooms. The bar is not really a \"bar\" per se. It just a mean to get a drink but do not expect any type of social / night life in there. WiFi is terrible and it is almost impossible to do any work. The staff couldn't help with the connection issues. No toiletries in rooms except for liquid hand and body soap / shampoo. Old Towels. No fridge in rooms. No bottle of water available in rooms but there is a coffee machine in rooms. Vending machine downstairs is overpriced.

Broken air conditioning

The air conditioner broke 2 of the three nights when it was 30 degree weather outside. Barely slept, had to go down to the lobby at 5am to have it fixed, and then call again. Was offered no compensation for having a boiling hot room for 2/3 nights

Our only negative comment concerns heating. Despite having the heating turned up to maximum, the room was cold. The heat came on sometime after 19,00 hours, so it appears that the hotel only heats the rooms during the evening and night, but not during the day.

Ultra clean and very good staff.

This hotel is literally 10 minutes drive from Montpellier airport and easy to find situated on a roundabout opposite a Macdonalds at the huge Odysseum complex. The hotel parking is secure..
Reception was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and immaculate. Quality linen and towels. Bed new and comfortable and good modern TV.
Drinks available at a small bar near reception.
Huge choice of restaurants across the road at the Odysseum and even though we were late, it was no problem. Only a few minutes walk if you can although there is paid parking right there.
A tram stop is also near the restaurants and cinema so if you want to go elsewhere this is possible.

Handy but I wouldn't stay more than 1 night

The hotel met our needs as we arrived late at the airport which is quite close. The aquarium and shopping centre across the way were all we hoped for. We enjoyed playing in the pool! The area leaves something to be desired though.

Worst night ever

Very uncomfortable night due to fixed closed window, very very very cheap low value mattress and hot temperature. The mattress was the worst ever seen !! Will never go back to this hotel. Was expecting a lot more from Holiday inn, meaning that American hotel from this brand are usually benefiting from high quality mattresses. Not here !!!

Hotel in a good location

Pleasant hotel very well situated for getting into the centre of Montpellier on the frequent tram service. Tickets for the tram can be obtained at the stop from a machine using a credit card.
There is a large shopping centre within very easy walking distance, probably less than 5 minutes. Also plenty of eating places in the same area as well as other attractions.

Rooms in the hotel were quite large and very comfortable. Seemed quiet when we were there but the hotel appeared at Breakfast to have plenty of guests.
Breakfast was more than adequate and in a pleasant dining area.

We stayed here one night to catch an early flight the next day from Montpellier. The hotel staff was very helpful. The location was close to a pedestrian area with several good restaurants, as well as shopping, the aquarium, and the tram line to the center of Montpellier. Breakfast was buffet with lots of choices.
