A little out dated but clean. Restaurant on site was amazing and the shopping centre a short walk away was great. Would stay there again but will slightly lower expectations of the room condition.

The hotel is well kept, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and big, but there was no dish soap, you had to supply your own?!? Makes NO sense considering they force you to wash your dishes. Previous appart hotels had basic soap to get you by. Table was dirty when we came in...

Also, we booked this thinking parking was included: surprise! Was not. Street parking available, but a big wedding at the hotel. No parking available. 10 euros per night for the parking... Thankfully, the hotel supplied a workaround for the issues.

We also booked a late checkout and got woken up by mistake at 11 am, which sucked, because I couldn't fall back asleep. They gave us complimentary coffee for the issue.

Overall, this was close to everything we wanted, but for the price, I will look elsewhere next time.

What a great place to stay

We had an excellent night's stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. We got great service from the folks at the counter on our arrival. We got a nice big room with a kitchenette and it was great to have a fridge in the room. Finally we had an air con in the room that actually worked well in the heat of France. The Wifi was very good and the shower good. The bed was great and we had one of our best sleeps on our holiday. There was parking underneath the building for only 10 Euros.
We used Uber to get into the city, and the charges were 8-10 euros per trip. Overall, very good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

C’était vraiment top, le personnel exceptionnel. Très agréable, très gentil. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine le lendemain alors que nous devions libérer la chambre à 11 heures, concernant la chambre très propre et spacieuse. Les extérieurs très très mignon et le lobby aussi, enfin bref. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Large room, kitchen and balcony, some self-service

This is not a regular hotel, but a hybrid apartment building. There is a kitchen, you have to clean after yourself and throw away your garbage when you check out. If you want any other hotel-like service like cleaning, it is extra. No staff over night, so you get a code to get into the building after 11pm. Decent breakfast for a decent price, a swimming pool and large balcony for each room. No weights In the gym, only a treadmill and a stationary bike, so frustrating considering the gym was a selling point when I booked. The room is quite large and not too bad.

The front desk staff is top notch and they can speak a few languages each, and quite well. Special thanks to Jamila and Cedrick, who are very nice, communicative and helpful.

Great budget hotel for long stay in Montpellier

Budget priced hotel and generally exceeded expectations. Room is large, clean and has small working kitchen area. Hotel is fairly quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. Has restaurant within hotel which serves a good breakfast and excellent dinner meals, especially the daily specials, for reasonable price. Hotel has small laundry and small gym. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again when in Montpellier for business.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms!

Very helpful staff managed to let us check in early. Room was nice and spacious for a 1 bed studio. Balcony was nice and even had a bath! Pool was very nice too.. just no morning sun. Only downside was we had quite a few ants in our apartment and it was a little out of the way (although the tram into the city was only a 10min walk away)

An excellent choice for the budget traveller. Great value for money. Hotel and room in excellent condition. Great staff. Comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. Only fault was the shower pressure which was not constant during use, affecting the temperature.

Poor for a 4 star accommodation

For a four star hotel it was shocking how they didn't provide daily cleaning and only one toilet roll for a 7 night stay.

They informed is that we needed to clean the kitchen area only when we check out but on the day they said we had to clean the whole room which we did after we had checked out.

I am very disappointed with the hotel and I would never stay here again.

I have stayed in better places

Not one of the best places to stay unless you have a car, or you like a building site!! as a big apartment building work is ongoing with very loud drilling and hammering noises starting at 07:30 AM throughout the day this Apartments Hotel did not have basic facilities in the kitchenette i.e. cleaning materials, dish cloth etc., you have to pay for everything on top, for a relatively expensive stay considering the facilities on offer; you have warning all over the place if you do this your pay this; if you need someone to come to make up your room it is extra 25.00 euros, excluding the kitchenette, the room I was given was overlooking the back of the building where some towels and tissues where thrown over and dangling from the trees / plants, cigarettes stumps where all over the balcony and the ground below the balcony, do not be misled with the photos, check the room first before accepting it

Room Tip: Very noisy with the on going building work next to the hotel

Hotel a little odd

Overall the hotel is fine. Suites are nice, clean, etc. But we had to take out our own trash, and clean the kitchen. The dish detergent was 3 Euros. If we hadn't done those things we would have been charged. We ran out of toilet paper, there was no extra in the room. Just all seems a little weird. The staff was terrific though, and for just an over night it was fine.

Easy to find if you have a car but a 15 minute walk from the nearest tram stoy at the Odysseum. The room was large clean and basic but be aware that only 1 toilet roll is provided at the beginning of your stay AND towels and linen are NOT CHANGED

The room was a good size and was in a quiet position as requested but because of recent flooding the lift to our room on the 4th floor was out of order. We were offered a room on the 2nd floor but it was in a position on the main road opposite a fire station which we declined because of noise and because we would be separated from our travelling companions.The swimming pool was also out of commission.

When you book a hotel online it is always a gamble as to what you will really end up with - will your experience be the 5 rating? only the 3? or will something make it a 1 star loss?
Let me help you increase your odds of a good hotel experience by telling you DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Pretty much gambling on any other location will get you better service, and a room to sleep in, then booking here.
We booked this hotel because we were in a wedding at the adjacent reception hall. In France everything goes late (the last course of dinner was served around 11pm and dancing started at midnight). We had previous experience with the lack of staff after 8pm at this hotel so we tried checking in early. The room wasn't ready so they told us to just grab the key later. We did. We were also the keepers of the bride & groom's key. About 2am I decided it was time to retire from the wedding (I'd been up 40 hours having flown in from the States) and asked my husband for the key. He pulled the two keys out of his pocket - they had the same room number. Yup - instead of giving us our key they gave us a SECOND key to the bride & groom's hotel room.
THERE IS NO STAFF AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE TREATED HORRIBLY! Even worse if you do not speak French.
Long story short - the bride's family gave us a room b/c they do not staff the desk and will not answer any phones. Although we talked to them in person about issuing a refund - it has been denied

Good value, close to airport but a little isolated

although the exterior and corridors need some attention the room was perfectly clean and quite modern. Internet was free. Balcony was nice to have though don't expect much of a view. Apartments were well furnished with everything you would need to be self contained - the Olympia leisure and shopping complex was 10 mins walk. great staff, very helpful and eager to help with directions or assistance. Overall suited me very well.

The photos made the place look great but the swimming pool was empty and had dead branches in it, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the courtyard looked unfinished. It's a bit outside the city as well and the public transit isn't very close.

Bathroom floors very dirty. Hair on floors (yuck) and trash under sink. Broken drawer missing. No TV remote (took an hour to get one). Drinks machine did not take 10E bills. Over charged for breakfast. Pool broken and unlikely to be fixed. Wallpaper peeling off walls.

Location- At least 25 minutes by tram to Montpellier and at least ten minute walk to get to tram station. The internet log in was annoying, you had to keep signing in. Kitchenette poorly stocked, room and decor although recently refurbished just average. The bed was large and very comfortable.

overall, the room was very large and comfortable. More like an apartment with spacious kitchenette. the location is outside the city center so you need a car. Also, parking is a little annoying since you have to park on the side of the sidewalk. Breakfast was normal; no eggs or bacon or sausage...just bread, yogurt, juice. No TV in the bedroom- just the livingroom

Fat hotel \" will definitely go back\"

This was my second time in France but very much pleased with the hotel this time. Everything was to our expectation as stated on their websites. No surprises except for the swimming pool - which was not in working order but the use of the sauna and steam made up for that. Staff where particularly warm, friendly and helpful especially \"Melanie\". Even though we spoke little or no French, most of the staff communicated well in English. The space was great especially for the kids, we have twin boys so the balcony was excellent as a play area, the sofa bed was very comfortable, the boys slept in the bedroom which was as comfy as the sofa bed whilst we slept on the sofa bed. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen stuff was brand new, in fact everything seems new. I was amazed with the immaculate condition of the hotel in general and the excellent condition everything seems to be. I latter learnt that the hotel was only 3 months old. We will definitely go back no doubt.

Seul bémol à noter: Hotel.com ne précise pas que le sauna, hammam , bain à remous est payant alors qu'elle le précise bien pour le parking, le petit-déjeuner. Cela prête à confusion si vous pensez en profiter. (déjà profité ailleurs des mêmes prestations inclues dans des prix similaires)
Vous le découvrez sur place ou sur le site de Lagrange. Or si on passe par Hotel .com c'est pour avoir une offre précise et synthétique .

Nous sommes restées 2 nuits. Et chaque soir avons été obligées de faire cesser les discussions des voisins sur la terrasse entre minuit et 2 h du matin. Le personnel est très agréable mais cela
Ne suffit pas ! Malgré la convention signée avant l’arrivée, nous demandant de respecter tout ce qui doit l’être ! Il semblerait que tout le monde ne sache pas lire ! J’ai omis de préciser à notre départ que les tasses à disposition étaient sales et qu’il y avait des traces de café qui n’avaient pas été vérifiées. Il nous as été proposé des boissons chaudes au moment du départ pour « geste commercial » mais …. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement !

Appt bien agencé et cosy, secteur calme. Personnel de la reception pro et souriant. Problemes : Propreté : ai du deplier 2 serviettes soi disant propres avant d'en trouver une 3e PROPRE. Les autres etaient sales, pas lavées, juste pliées !!! sinon propreté appt a revoir également : poussiere et araignée. 2e probleme : le code wifi ne marche pas malgré 4 essais... enfin : se garer là bas n'est pas toujours aisé, prevoir parking de la residence. A part ça c'est lumineux et fonctionnel, balcon agréable. Le + : piscinette en été.

Très bien reçu à l’accueil. Par contre c’est très bruyant, vraiment sale (fourmi moucheron dans la baignoire, brosse wc pleine de papier, moustique coller au ampoules, vaisselle pas propres, traces de crème sur mes placard, miroir pleins de goutte et traces… et j’en passe) j’ai demander un ménage dès mon arrivés gentiment on m’a proposer de le payer puisqu’il avait déjà était fait. Chose que j’ai refuser et on m’a dit « je remonte à la direction (laquelle j’ai pas eu de nouvelles en 4 jours) mais je suis désolé ». Vraiment déçus car très sale

Nous sommes arrivés en meme temps qu un groupe un peu bruyant des 9h du matin. Dommage pour les grasses mat.

Nettoyage de l’appartement très discutable. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des cheveux plein les pieds, et des moutons sous le lit.
Invasion de fourmis 🐜. Impossible de laisser à manger dans les placards.

Au bout de qqes jours le groupe de gens sans respect sont partis et nous avons pu découvrir l’hôtel sous un jour plus calme avec une clientèle plus respectueuse.

Hôtel qui pourrait être très agréable cependant quelques travaux sont à prévoir notamment les joints des salles de bain qui sont complètement pourris ce qui laisse à désirer . La propreté de la chambre surtout du sol était moyen . L’établissement a beaucoup de potentiel si certaines choses sont remises en état

Séjour très agréable avec bon rapport qualité-prix

Résidence très agréable, pratique d’accès avec parking sécurisé. L’appartement est bien équipé avec la climatisation dans le salon et la chambre.
Le canapé lit est très bien pour un enfant. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas beaucoup profité de la piscine très petite et des gens se permettent d’y rester tout l’après midi en y mettant de la musique et en laissant leurs enfants hurler.

Mir hat an diesem Hotel alles gefallen, die Einrichtung ist modern, saubere allgemeine Räume, toller Pool, sehr gastfreundliches Personal, einfach klein und fein für ein stadthotel. Eher außerhalb dafür auch angenehm ruhig, wer jedoch gut zu Fuß ist kann auch auf dem Fußweg ins Zentrum oder zum einkaufen gehen. Die Zimmer sind groß inclusive Bad und Terrasse kleine Küche mit Geschirrspüler ist sehr praktisch wenn man länger dort ist. Wir waren 1 Woche und es war perfekt, würde es wieder buchen. Der Preis ist richtig günstig

Peut etre plus de vaisselle? Dommage de devoir lancer un lave vaisselle pour 2 assiettes et 2 couverts...
Un seul ascenseur : c'est trop juste pour le nombre de chambres.Il faut parfois attendre 15mn pour descendre sa valise. Les gens du menage devrait avoir un ascenceur de service

Bruyant d’une chambre à l’autre, manque d’insonorisation. Rien à redire sur la propreté.
En dehors de cela, facilité de réservation à distance.
Employé très cordial à l’accueil et très explicite sur les conditions d’hébergement.
Pour un séjour plus long ce serait certainement un bon choix avec l’usage de la kitchenette . Merci 🌈💐💖

convenable mais un déçu par le bruit et le parking

Hôtel situé le long d'un boulevard, devant la caserne des pompiers et dans une rue avec très peu de places. Si vous arrivez trop tard, le parking souterrain est à 10€.
L'isolation phonique de la baie vitrée des appts coté rue vous donnera l'impression de dormir dehors !!. Heureusement qu'il y a moins de voiture aprés 23h!!!
Les appts coté cours doivent être moins bruyants .
Les appts sont fonctionnels, plutôt grands, et bien equipés . Petit-déjeuner simple et convenable.
