This stay was part of a longer trip, and we booked two rooms for the night. B&B is always a practical choice for a quick stopover, and this location fit the bill. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though quite hot — the AC units were acting up a bit. Cracking the windows helped to cool things down. Breakfast was the usual standard selection, nothing fancy but enough to start the day.
The reception staff were helpful and efficient during both check-in and check-out, which we appreciated after a long day on the road. Just a note: the hotel is located in the Business Center area, so there aren’t really any restaurants or shops within walking distance, but it’s a very quiet and safe location with big parking spaces.
Overall, a good and convenient place for an overnight stay.

VERY small room - glad it was only for one night.

Stayed here one night to be near the airport for an early morning flight. Room was VERY VERY small. We were finishing up a 3 week trip, so the two of us with two large suitcases barely fit in the room. No hand towels, no ice machine in hotel. But room and bathroom was clean and the bed was confortable.

Check in was frustrating because we had never been at a property like this. I was emailed a code to get in as staff isn’t always there. Tried the door by where we parked, couldn’t get in. Went around to front and got into first door. The code was actually to put on screen to pay, then on your receipt you get a room number and code to get in your room and for back door where you park. Hotel did not have a hairdryer. Was a small but clean room, worked fine for an overnight stay!

Room broken in + Intruder in other rooms

The stay was okay until the last day where my room was clearly robbed, luggage left open, some personal items were missing. Made claim to the front desk and was told there's nothing they can do since there were no cameras in the hallway and it may be my own fault not shutting the door tight (which I made sure I did when leaving the room). Overall the same day another room had an intruder. However, the front desk apparently had another story when my French coworker tried making the claim earlier. If you must stay at this hotel, I strongly advise you to keep all important personal belongings with you when leaving the room.

Friendly and helpful staff, tiny rooms with nearly zero amenities. I stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was passable, housekeeping and reception were ok, but watch out if you don't have a reservation number directly from the hotel, because the automated check-in system, which is your only option and certain times, won't recognize booking numbers from broker systems, and you won't be able to get in.

Clean, quiet and reasonably priced hotel. Staff were very nice and accommodating, and the automated service worked fine when they were not on duty. The down side is the location - its not far from Montpellier, and during the day time its very easy to get there on the bus (9) that runs from directly outside the hotel every 10 minutes and links straight up to the great tram network. However the buses stop running early evening, and there is nothing in the neighbourhood at all (which means the hotel vending machines can charge a fortune for basics like bottled water)... Fine if you have a car, but would recommend somewhere on the tram network if not.

Modern and expedient hotel

Check-in was amazingly fast. Hotel was closed during the afternoon, but had a automatic teller that once you input your confirmation code it will give you a receipt with a door code. And that was it! I was checked in less than 2 min. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and ample. There was afoot truck on the parking lot with the most amazing bugers. Out of this world. Breakfast was included and was limited in options but good over all. Eggs and bacon as well as cereals, breads and yogurt were available. Staff was there in limited times but extremely friendly. Would stay there again.

What I Needed Nothing More

This hotel was exactly what I needed: cheap, clean, minimal, and within walking distance of downtown. It's lacking of any amenities like an iron, hair dryer, shampoos, etc. so heads up for that. It's also quite cramped, but if you just need a place to lay your head and take a shower, this will do the trick.

Staff was very very helpful and friendly. The woman at the reception was probably the nicest person and she helped us a lot to get to the city. (and she was in formation) Also rooms are great, clean and spacious. Check-in system is also very easy and user friendly.

Quiet Pleasant Hotel

The hotel is located just outside the downtown near the Aquarium. The lobby and breakfast areas clean and functional. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are compact and clean.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel rooms were well cleaned every day.

While the breakfast offerings were the same each day, there was enough selection that choices did not have to be repeated.

The experience met and exceeded expectations.

Nice simple, clean hotel

The hotel was exactly what you pay for; bed, shower and breakfast. It was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited and the only hot food was scrambled eggs and bacon which constantly ran out. The hotel itself was located about 20-30minute walk from antigone in a business area. Nothing extravagant about this hotel but it does the job.

Le tuyau de douche fuyait. Pas de protection entre la douche et le reste de la salle de bain donc lorsqu’on se douchait l’eau allait partour.
La cuvette des toilette était pas à la bonne taille, trop petite donc pas bien et c’était noir de crasse dedans. Chambre 201.

Premièrement la chambre elle est toute petite pour 3 pas de papier toilette, deux serviettes pour Pour trois, on est resté deux jours, ils nous ont même pas fait la chambre et ils nous ont même pas changé les serviettes, rien du tout petit déjeuner bidon, je conseille à personne ce restaurant ni cette chaîne on ne reviendra plus et je ferai peut-être de la publicité pour cet hôtel qui était vraiment crado

A fuir.... je ne reviendrai plus

Déçu.... je fais régulièrement des BB Hotel et celui-ci n’est pas à la hauteur... De par sa situation nous sommes obligés de prendre la voiture pour trouver un restaurant. Malgré le sourire de la jeune fille à l’accueil je ne reviendrai pas. Lors de la réception de la chambre je m'aperçois qu’il y a un trou dans le mur,,,,(indique à l'accueil pour éviter d’être mis en cause, mais pas pour autant qu’on m’est proposé un changement de chambre ou d’un geste cial sur ́e petit dejeuner)et le matin en voulant aérer les draps j’ai vu que c’était tâché.. et sdb presence de poils. Quant ai pommeau de douche ça fuit de partout.... No comment....

De passage à Montpellier pour un évènement douloureux malheureusement avant rentrer dans le Var. Accès à l'hôtel pas évident à cause des travaux dans le quartier. Pour le dîner les restos à plus de 800 mètres idéal lorsqu'il fait beau ce qui n'était pas le cas ce jour là , mais pas mal de places pour se garer. Pour nous une pizzeria à fait notre bonheur ce soir là

Hôtel basique.
Points négatifs : confort des lits (affreux), l’accueil n’est pas toujours ouverte et pas de sécurité la nuit.
Sur la première nuit il y a eu des cris des bagarre et des altercation de 6h du matin à 10h .. impossibilité de dormir.
Points positifs : proximité avec les points d’intérêts, ouvertures des portes et portails à code donc pas de clefs !

L’accueil c’était pas je m’attendais. Le petit dej déçu pas beaucoup des choix, des œufs congelés, jus d’orange en carton. Accès au transport commun horrible. Chaque jour, j’ai dépensé pas moins de 20 euros pour Uber.

3eme sejour dans cet hôtel.
C'est la 2ème fois que notre chambre sent la cigarette. L'odeur semble imprégnée sur les rideaux.
De plus un mouchoir en papier a été retrouvé sur une étagère.
Une dernière chose, le chauffage était réglé a 35° lorsque nous avons pris possession de notre chambre. Je pense qu'il devrait etre vérifié apres chaque départ.

A notre arrivée un problème de chambre dû au manque de civisme des personnes qui viennent y loger. Le personnel, quand à lui, a été très reactif pour nous changer de chambre.
Pourtant, nous sommes arrivés en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil. Un grand merci donc aux personnels presents et a la personne de la réception qui est donc intervenu durant sa pause.

Il n'y a personne à l'accueil parfois donc on ne peut pas laisser les valises ou demander des renseignements.
Un soir le code d'accès pour rentrer à l'hotel ne marchait pas donc je suis restée un moment dehors à attendre.
Il n'y a qu'une grande serviette par personne, on a demandé une petite serviette pour se laver le visage, ils ont pas voulu nous en fournir.

Je vais commencer par le positif : l'emplacement, literie convenable et l'accueil sympathique.
Points négatifs : tellement... les parties communes dans un sale état, faux plafond démis, déchets dans l'ascenseur, surtout parking portail cassé et donc ouvert à tout le monde, plus aucune place de libre à 22h alors qu'à 19h30 c'était bon, bcp de squat, des cris toutes la nuit et on entend même les conversations de chaque logement autour....une nuit vraiment horrible je dois avouer entre l'angoisse de se faire casser la voiture et le bruit...

Dårlig oplevelse ! VI måtte flytte ud fra hotellet kl. 02.00 . Larm, fest på flere værelser, fulde mennesker der løb ud og ind, folk der kom til festerne udefra, da reception ikke er bemandet. Der blev røget - selvom det er forbudt. Forsøgte at få dem til at dæmpe sig, men uden held . Nogle blev truende. Management uden autoritet og mulighed for at gøre noget. Eneste positive var, vi vi fik pengene retur . Fandt et andet hotel efter 11/2 time, så fik lidt søvn fra kl. 3.30 om morgenen .

Comme toujours dans cette chaîne le lit est très confortable et, bonne surprise, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées.
En négatif, la chambre est petite mériterait une remise à niveau (abattant toilettes cassé, moquette).
Le PDJ est basique mais suffisant, par contre la salle fait vraiment réfectoire !
