Amazing location with private access to the beach boardwalk, quiet and peaceful location and well equipped apartment. We loved the serenity while being close to the beach, and with a Pingo de Doce and Aldi grocery stores a quick drive. Also appreciated the honour library, we loved it, would definitely come back.

The resort is in a very quiet area. They could have a small shop for essentials. There was a pool bar but unfortunately it was closed. The cleaners were hit and miss not their fault, but meant we had no cleaning and the bin not emptied. There was no facility to empty the bin ourselves. The rooms were dated and could do with some sprucing up.

Positive points - Quiet get away from it all place. Bike hire on site which we used for 4 days to get about. Approx. 1 hour to cycle to Tavira (at a quick pace) and about 45 minutes to cycle to Monte Gordo. Detoured off to visit small villages on route back. Enjoyed the Tennis Court. This resort is not for folk that like shopping as we did not come across any shops with the exception of the 2 Supermarkets in Manta Rota. Glad we chose apartments and not hotel as the one meal we had at the hotel was not great. There is a nice restaurant overlooking the beach at Manta Rota.
Negative points- Sun Loungers around the piscina/pool at the apartments were very dirty so bring some disinfectant wipes if you wish to use them. Also a big pagan stone idol on stairs of hotel which we were not happy with and when we went to do Zumba we were taken down to a room with another 2 pagan idol shrines causing us to leave promptly and the Zumba teacher to lose his payment. We did not tolerate pagan idolatory being promoted at the hotel.

The reception is in the back of the building to the left. We were able to check in early and there was a minimum of paperwork. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They changed our room at our request. Our apartment was sunny and very clean. Quite comfortable really and fully equipped. The cleaning staff came often and were also friendly. WiFi was a available in the common areas, although we use our own hot spot for security reasons. The location is between Manta Rota and Altura, making it a short walk to either place. It is right on the beach and we were given a key to the gate to accessthe beach. Overall it was very nice and quiet. A great place to relax.

very nice spacious apartment with separate bedrooms, private balcony opening on to pool. Apartment large and very comfortable. walk on boardwalks to lovely long beach. Small village with supermarket and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. main town of Tavira about 15 minutes drive. very nice helpful receptionist spoke very good English. Very, very reasonably priced. we stopped over on the way to Lagos From Spain.

Das Personal,speziell die beiden Damen vom Frühstücksservice,war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Unser Zimmer,eine Suite,war groß und hatte eine kleine Terrasse mit Garten- bzw.Poolblick.Jetzt im Dezember war es dort allerdings sehr kalt,sodas wir die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage gut gebrauchen konnten.Schnelles WLAN und ausreichend Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig,qualitativ sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Ett familjärt boende med mkt trevlig personal. Rent och välstädat i lägenheten varje dag. Beläget i ett mkt lugnt område och två minuters promenad till en underbar sandstrand. Kan dock inte förstå att man inte har bäddmadrasser och påslakan någonstans i Portugal! Bland annat för att hålla en hygien! Nu finns ju IKEA inom kort avstånd så man kunde förnya och komplettera porslin och bestick. Diskmaskinen kändes onödig eftersom porslin och bestick var ganska få! Kaffekokaren var utbytt mot vattenkokare vilket ändrade förutsättningarna för kaffedrickning något.
Vi saknade WiFi på rummen men om man satte sig i lobbyn var wifi:n helt ok där!

Par contre, la literie (sommier + matelas) inconfortable...au bout d'une semaine cela devient vraiment pénible.

Hotelanlage Real Lota ganz ok aber einige Mängel
Hotelanlage und Zimmer etwas abgewohnt, der Spiegel im Bad war wohl noch aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Leider die Betten unbequem. Röhrenfernseher. Größe der Zimmer und Sauberkeit ok. Jeden Tag wurde saubergemacht, neue Handtücher gab es auch. Das war gut. Kaffeemaschine mussten wir erst in der Rezeption verlangen, hat dann aber auch gleich geklappt. Klimaanlage haben wir aus gelassen (Mitte Oktober) und bei offenen Fenstern geschlafen. Leider wurden in der Umgebung jeden morgens so gegen 5 Uhr irgendwelcher Müll verbrannt, so dass ich davon jedes Mal aufwachte und die Fenster schließen musste. Poolanlage ist klein, aber ok. Sandstrand hinter dem Hotel (Zugang über Gehwegplatten, dann Holzplanken) ist super. Sportangebot nicht vorhanden (Oktober). Das Meerwasser war wärmer als das Poolwasser. Frühstück haben wir selbst gestaltet, die Küche ist dafür ausreichend ausgestattet. Mittag- und Abendessen haben wir unterwegs auf unseren Touren durch die Algarve, oder in den umliegenden Restaurants.

泊まったのが冬だったので格安でしたが、部屋は綺麗でサービスが良く、ビーチまで歩いて5分程度でした。同じ敷地内のホテルのレセプションが対応してくれるので、アパートメントでも困る事は有りませんでした。そのホテルでは食事をとることもでき、朝食にはフレッシュオレンジジュースがつきます。貸自転車、テニスコート、屋外プール、ランドリーなどの設備があります。

Es ist kein Luxus. Das Badezimmer war etwas schwer zu lüften und der Balkon war nicht wirklich sauber. Aber die Wohnung war groß, und es hatte sogar eine Spülmaschine. WLAN nur im Empfangsbereich, dafür aber umsonst und schnell. Die Lage nah am Strand ist wunderbar.

Show on Google MapsThe history of the Quinta dos Perfumes begins in the 1950s, with the creation of a factory that distilled mallows (Malva) to produce fragrant essential oils. In the 1970s, when the factory was no longer in operation, the farm was acquired by the family of the present owners, who converted it and planted vineyards of different table wine varieties.
Around the year 2000, the second generation of the family opted to convert the 40 hectares of the existing crop into a citrus orchard, one of the traditional cultures of the Algarve. Years later, already in the third generation, the family decided to create a hotel unit that opened to the public in 2013.
This was the beginning of Quinta dos Perfumes. The Farm has an excellent location, bordered in the North by EN125 road and approximately at a 10 minutes walking distance of the villages Conceição and Cabanas de Tavira with their paradise island.
It is situated close to four golf courses (Quinta da Ria, Quinta de Cima, Quinta do Vale and Quinta de Benamor), and it is both near the Algarve eastern (sotavento) eco-track and one Iberian pilgrimage route of the Caminhos de Santiago (the Ways of Saint James). A great way to get to know the Quinta is to use one of its bicycles to ride around the space.
In this walk it is almost impossible not to cross with hares, rabbits, partridges and other birds that inhabit the farm. If you are lucky you can also spot the foxes and eagles that surround the sky of the farm.
The Farm has an outdoor salt water swimming-pool, secluded inside the orange grove, where you may relax in the sun and have a drink at the end of the day. At the Rooftop terrace, the landscape stretches far beyond the orange grove until you find the sea on one side and the Algarve mountain range on the other.
It is the ideal place to enjoy our bar service, read a book or just ease up. The Farm has no restaurant service, but it is possible to prepare light meals.
