The hotel is very attractive, inviting and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive towards us. The breakfast buffet was superb and the restaurant for evening meals was excellent. Food came out in a timely manner, it was presented beautifully and best of all, it tasted great. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and it was especially nice to sit out on the balcony at the end of the day.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Housekeeping forgot to service our room. The gym is very small (adequate for a workout) but it doesn’t open until 9am which is too late to then get breakfast. The spa and steam were closed. The entrance from the road needs better lighting.

Staff were accommodating in every way and made us feel most welcome. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with many offerings of eggs, cold meats and cheeses, cereals & yogurts and breads and pastries. Wonderful fresh squeezed orange juice in a tasteful sun drenched room or an outdoor table on the terrace . Very nice public spaces and restaurant, where the food was quite good for an enjoyable dinner. There was bistro service during the day and bar service/bar menu, as well . We didn't take advantage of the pool with the cooler November weather, but outdoor space was inviting. A short drive into Tavira with easy free parking at all hours allowed us to enjoy this beautiful city. Close to Cabanas and easy drives to other towns in the Algarve via the A22. All this for an almost embarrassingly low cost. Well worth it.

My mum and I enjoyed our stay here. I think our most favourite thing was the daily shuttle which either took you to Tavira centre or Cabanas Beach. This was most helpful because we just used a ride hailing service for the other times our schedule didn't align with the shuttle timetable.

There was plenty of lounge options out in the sun and indoors too, for times you didn't want to stay up in your room and we got pool towels too. We even played draught one morning, which was great.

We each opted for a massage on our last afternoon and I must say that this was a nice ending to not just our stay at the hotel but in Tavira. It was so relaxing and lovely and I would recommend it.

There were some tire looking parts to the hotel but as it's going to be under going renovations from November 2025, I have no doubt that those things will be taken care off.

Lovely Hotel, very friendly staff, pool area was lovely and quiet. Bar in the afternoon was very relaxing. Never used the Gym, but small amount of kit was available.
Breakfast was cold the first day, but this was corrected the next morning as i believe they had a problem with the hot plate !
We walked to Tavira quite a few times using the road, it took 45 mins and was approx 4km. Though I wouldn’t recommend it in the evening when it begins to get dark!

My overall experience at this hotel was satisfactory, though there were several aspects that left room for improvement.

The guest rooms were well-appointed, featuring very comfortable beds and bathrooms that were maintained to an excellent standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, offering a standard selection.

On the less positive side, the pool area was affected by noticeable noise from the main road, which detracted from the atmosphere. Additionally, the in-room coffee machine was supplied with a very limited number of pods, and when I requested milk, I was informed that I needed to obtain it myself.

The hotel’s location is somewhat isolated, with few amenities in the surrounding area. Furthermore, the shuttle service was limited in both frequency and capacity, which reduced its convenience.

In summary, while the stay was comfortable, these factors would prevent me from choosing this property again in the future.

We stayed at the Ozadi for 10 days. For us, it was the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Not everyone may agree with the latter, since the hotel is not in Tavira itself or not on the beach. It is about mid-day between Tavira and Cabanas. We always hire a car on holiday, so this was a positive point because it gave us full flexibility on where to go. Let's now talk about the hotel itself. It is elegant. Our double room was large, with a balcony, a large bathroom and a large bed. Breakfast allowed plenty of choice. I should comment on the staff: everyone (particularly at reception) was very kind and helpful. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool area, a small gym, a sauna, and offers dining options (which, however, we didn't use). We have no hesitation to recommend a stay at the Ozadi.

Great welcoming even if we arrived quite late at night. The room was spacious, confortable and so clean. The hotel is located in a quiet place a little bit outside Tavira, it was a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the best I had during my stay in the Algarve area. Free shuttle and boat tickets to go to the Cabanas island with is close to the hotel. Best experience experience in Algarve, I'll come back !!

The staff are nice and the property is ok but the rooms are not suitable for 4 adults. I booked 1 week in Portugal staying at this hotel and I had to cancel the reminder of my stay after 1 night. I made it clear the booking was for 4 adults and this hotel only has rooms for 2 adult guests. They provided a small child's bed and a single sofa bed which again was not adequate for an adult.

This hotel is in a lovely setting with several amenities. The room was very comfortable;
the social areas are spacious, light, and pleasant. What stands out most was the service. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. We ate at the restaurant twice and can highly recommend the asparagus, mushroom risotto. We walked in for the wine tasting, and the charcuterie that accompanied it was so plentiful that it became our supper. It is on the outskirts of Tavira. While the location isn't ideal for those who travel by train and walk, it's easily accessible by taxi or uber, and the hotel offers a limited shuttle service.

The grounds are beautiful, the swimming pools are great! The beach is not sandy but pebbly so I recommend bringing your water shoes but the water is beautiful: clear, perfect temperature, calm so you can have a nice swim.... the food is pretty good, lots of choices for everyone. I definitely recommend it!

Breakfast was pretty good with small variations every day. We made good use of their shuttle service too as taxis were a bit sparse this time of year, Or reception were more than happy to order us one. By the pool was a lovely sun trap with beautiful gardens surrounding you. Was a really lovely stay and hope to be back to Tavira soon.

The Ozadi Hotel is adequate. It is not located near the town of Tavira so you will need a car or to take an Uber. While the hotel was clean and the room comfortable, I did not find that the front desk employees were terribly helpful. We arrived late (around 9pm) after taking a train from Porto so we had a long day. I had requested a room with twin beds as I was traveling with my mother. When we got there the only thing available was a queen bed. They asked me to prove I had requested 2 twins after telling me nothing else was available. What good would it have done then if I could provide proof if there really was nothing? Luckily, my mother asked and they did have a sofa in the room. We asked if that could be made up as a bed and were told, \"well, there are extra blankets and pillows in the closet.\" We had to ask them if they could bring sheets. They did not offer.
We were also very hungry not having had an opportunity to eat since breakfast. The restaurant was open and we asked if we could get a bite to eat. We were told they were no longer serving. When we got to the room and read through the description of amenities, it said the restaurant was open til 11 and served until 10:30. So, we went downstairs to the restaurant. The manager asked if we had a reservation and we said no, we had just arrived 20 minutes earlier but had been traveling all day, could he please accommodate us. He said he could \"this once\" but we would need reservations in the future.

Lovely but a few things could have been better

The hotel itself is really lovely and modern, the pool area and the restaurant are also lovely and the food at the restaurant is really good. It is quite a bit pricier for drinks/food than if you were to go to a bar/restaurant in Tavira. We had a room with a sea view which was nice except from the busy noisy road right next to it meaning you don't really want to spend time on the balcony which is quite small. The rooms though are nice and spacious, clean and have a safe included.

The staff were generally nice and helpful and the covid related measures they had put in place were good.

There were red ants in our room which was a bit annoying but we didn't complain. Our mini fridge also wasn't working which we did ask about but they came and said it was working fine, which it obviously wasn't.

Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it, especially the quality you get for the price.
