Breakfast buffet was awesome! Although the toilet papers easily run out, there’s no problem for replenishment when you request from front desk.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the security guards are concerned for your safety as we tend to walk around the blocks very early in the morning and asked us to walk where he can keep an eye on us .. none that we encountered any safety issues with our walks. Although hot outside, the AC worked real well. Very affordable too!

The breakfast menu is good. It's not monotonous. They have good internet connection. Room is clean however some of the complimentary like slippers & hairdryer, i guess you have to request them. They should have come handy for the guest right away though. Just bring your own toiletries if you're staying for a week or more. Not saying anything else. We're still grateful that they really good staffs. We wanted to stay longer but we found another place that is closer and more accessible for walking around and much closer to the malls.

The first room I received was not very nice so I was switched to another room. The staff and very polite and professional. They allowed early check in so that was nice. Everyone working there are very friendly. The breakfast buffet and the Cafe menu and good. The location is very conveniet for walking and 7/11 just accross the street. I met the owner and he is definately doing maintenance and renovations to the facilites to keep up with the standards. The hotel is worth what I paid during my stay.

This hotel is a great disappointment, we did not have high expectations as it was a very low budget price we paid however it has very little to offer to redeem itself. The offer of free Wi-Fi is a joke, the pool has no changing rooms and no towels are provided for the pool service. They also offer a spa service but this is not in the hotel but a taxi ride away. The shower in the bathroom is inadequate and the temperature is of water is intermittent. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that our bedroom is quite spacious, and the staff try to be helpful.

I like how everyone is very accommodating, they are easy to approach and ask questions. The place looks nice and clean. I just wish there is a small container of shampoo and conditioner, not just a 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash. But overall, the service and the people are nice.

We really enjoyed staying there at the circle Inn very central location to all our destinations that we had to go to. The only complaint was is your C/R no water pressure. The bidet did not work no water pressure in the shower and no toilet pressure. I believe the shower hose is leaking Please repair those items. Thank you. We will see you on the first week of May. I booked 2 rooms, outdated and needed renovation. There is a big chair inside the room that cost a lot of space in the room. Also bathroom towels are outdated and looks old and dirty, not white towels. Has small bugs crawling around my daughter is scared. Staffs were nice, welcoming and accommodating. Stay is fine but will not come again.

I stayed here 10 yrs ago and surprisingly they maintained the facilities. I will not recommend rooms on G/F but where i stayed was comfortable. Towels are too small and may need replacing. There were power cut/brown outs during my stay but tolerable. Would be nice if they have some live music on Friday's or Saturday's so we dont need to go elsewhere. Overall experience was good.

It was very spotty at first but got better the second day, but never became consistent. We were unable to use our cellphone data within the room either. The WiFi connection was good outside of the hotel room.

Hotel was good..room service food was good..its just a little inconvenient to get around..have to take taxi everywhere of which there really is nowhere to go except the mall...when taking taxi tell him to use meter otherwise theyre going to charge a lot more..that goes for the airport taxi to/from hotel..they say 800pesos when its a lot less on meter...otherwise hotel is comfortable.

As usual we had a good stay, though this time in an older room (116) that could use a bit of a face lift. We finished up with our in-town business early and got to the hotel 2 hours before check in. Pleasant staff set us up with a room immediately at no additional charge. Towels were missing from the bathroom but were brought to the room within 3 minutes. I can never get all the TV remotes figured out but a stay member was there to help within 2 minutes of my request. Staff always very attentive and efficient. Great hotel and we are staying again next week.

Another great stay at the Circle Inn. We have to come to Bacolod 6-8 times a year for business-related matters and to renew my visa and we always stay at Circle Inn. Since we live in the province, 3 hours by bus ride away, when I fly into Bacolod I always spend at least one night at Circle Inn before heading home. Great staff, very clean rooms with tasteful decor, good WiFi and TV, comfortable bed. In-house restaurant is good and the hotel is a short taxi ride from all the shopping malls that you'd need to visit. Monsterific convenience store is just across the parking lot for snacks, drinks, etc. Quiet location with a very nice swimming pool and an indoor koi pond. Exceptional value.

Fantastic hotel....

As always our stay at Circle Inn was great. It's our "go to" hotel in Bacolod and I/we are in Bacolod 7-8 times a year to take care of business and always stay at Circle Inn. Great staff, very welcoming. Spotless, sparkling clean rooms, decent in-house restaurant, fantastic swimming pool and an indoor pond with koi if you just want a few reflective moments. Always quiet, yet a short taxi ride to shopping malls and a Monsterific convenience store just across the parking lot. Incidentally, a great Korean restaurant on Lacson Ave. is a short (maybe 7 minute) taxi ride away. Great value and a great hotel that never disappoints. I spend a lot of time traveling in Asia and this remains one of my favorite places to stay. Quiet, peaceful, serene. Probably the best hotel in Bacolod, and I've stayed in a lot of them.

Bedsheets were very nice. I had a very comfortable sleep. Towels were kinda thin and old, but the cleaning lady changed them everyday.
There was no complimentary water in the room but calling room service resulted with a quick delivery of a pitcher of cold water. No hair dryer in the room but again, housekeeping quickly brought one upon request. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel. Staff very helpful.

The room needed sweeping, the shower gel was empty, the towels were gray, the sheets had holes.

Unless already paying top price the upgrade price was huge!

The tv was very very poor quality and channel selection was not very entertaining.

Also be aware, there’s 500 peso deposit required at entry for every room.

Power goes off in the room when you leave, bad idea. The air conditioning, refrigerator, lights and all the outlets are dead so you can't charge phone, tablet or anything else while you're gone.

Circle inn good base for exploring.

Extremely polite and friendly staff upon check in, we stayed in the “budget” rooms. Bed was comfortable (though my friends bed in the next room was broken and nailed back together), air con wasn’t too loud and shower room was very nice. All let down by the view of a plain wall about a meter away from the window. ( a mural or something would of been nice)

Lobby is beautiful with glossy tiles and a koi pond. Leather sofas situated by the stairs and WiFi available throughout. Staff very friendly with the exception of one or two members. Food from the cafe is extremely poor would suggest going to a local mall for food, even with the expense of a taxi you’re probably going to save money too. Pool is great with a built in jacuzzi, perfect to cool down on a hot day.

Would recommend but only on the condition you don’t book the budget rooms.

There was only one available outlet in the room which was booked for two. The bathroom was also kind of small and the hot water ran out fast. Also to get downtown or to the mall was kind of a hassle as you had to take two jeepneys or pay extra for a taxi rather than if you just stayed somewhere on Lacson street.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff are accommodating. The food is great and the bed is comfy. Couple of notes though, the room I had has CRT type of television and cannot view the high def channels and my AC isn't cool enough even I has it maxed. Maybe the season was too hot, too humid, but still hahaha that's what airconditioner is for.

Reasonably Priced Nice Hotel

This was our fifth stay in this hotel since 2011 because it is a reasonably priced hotel. My wife & I stayed here recently for a total of 19 days and I wasn't disappointed. Our room was clean with excellent & very courteous accommodating hotel staff . Good reasonably priced buffet breakfast. Air conditioned was a little weak for the size of the room and the 21 inch CRT TV remains outdated but with cable.

Utilised this hotel as a 'base station' for overnight accommodation for 4 nights whilst conducting short day time excursions in the vicinity of Bacolod. The hotel was very adequate for this purpose.

I did not use the pool or see others using it as I was out during the days but it appeared to be well maintained and clean.

MOLD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Don't book a "standard" room here. It will likely have mold or water damage and unfinished repairs in ceiling. Property will offer you a "deluxe" room at 600 PHP additional per night (approx $12 US). Required several calls to Hotels.com, but property refused to refund nor make any amends for the state of the "standard" rooms. Asthmatic wife ended up having to get nebulizer treatments during our stay, which I attribute to staying in this dump. This property should be removed from Hotels.com as they will not honor the basic contract of what was paid for in an advance booking and provided an unhealthy, unsafe room (of which we evaluated 4 rooms in same condition)
