Receptionist wasn't the most welcoming.
We stayed for a few nights in the superior studio kitchenette, the room given from looking at the pictures on the website looked like a normal room from the one we had chosen.
On the description the room states soundproofing not sure why as you can hear people talking and scooters going up and down the street.
There was no microwave, toaster, dining table, hairdryer in the room.
Had room service and didn't change towels but requested them to be changed.
Very disappointed with what I paid for and didn't get.
