Was a nice quiet location. Downfall beds were not comfortable. Were hard as a rock. Absolutely no pressure in the shower or basin tapes. Just a trickle of water. Cleanliness was at the minimal even though the cleaners took ages each day to clean the room. Pool area on the roof had nice views out to the beach but can do with some updates.

Our balcony looked out onto a dirty back alley and wall.
Room was great. Pool was great. The let down was the cold breakfast buffet. None of the heaters were on so each day the thai rice dish, \"ham\" and fried eggs were always cold.

We went else where after the 2nd breakfast just to have a hot meal.

If breakfast improved id definitely stay agsin as everything else was great.

The hotel is in a good location, walkable to the beach and shopping, eating. Plenty to see in the area. The room was ok. Nothing special. Had a double twin bed. I like hard beds so the hard bed might not fit everyone’s liking. The bathroom was ok. Didn’t really like the layout but didn’t expect a lot for the price. The one nice thing was the pool. Nice view and area to sit. A little small but wasn’t crowded. Pool was clean. It rained pretty hard and the hallway was flooded and I almost slipped and fell. Thank God I didn’t fall. The balcony sliding door didn’t slide I had to push and force with all my might to open and close it. Maybe a little WD40 might help. Not sure if I’d pick this hotel again. It did its job now…. Next. Staff was super sweet and nice .

It was under my expectations, no hot water, room service entered the room while sleeping, towels are not changed all the time, they forget to give us coffee everyday and when we needed something they ignored our demands, the receptionist does not speak English or french, light went off and no electricity sometimes, the balcony door doesn’t close totally, we carried our luggage to our room because there was no one to help us

A VERY STANDARD HOTEL. CHEAP AND CHEERFUL

About a week before I arrived at the hotel, I emailed them asking the best way to get there from Phuket Airport. I never got a response. When I got to Phuket Airport, they were asking anything from THB 180 to 1500 for a ride to Patong Beach. It would have been so much easier had the hotel emailed me. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely although the property is definitely dated. Rooms were quite basic and even though it was quite secure, my balcony door lock did not work. There was a stench from the sewer coming up in the shower so I always had to keep the bathroom door closed. Location was fantastic. I can't recall how much I paid for my room but the property is definitely at the lower end of the market. Let's call it \"cheap and cheerful\".

The hotel is extremely run down. I had to ask to move rooms as my bathroom kept flooding with the toilet. The shower in my second room hardly worked and flooded out over the bath. The towels were stained and the wallpaper was falling off the walls. Location wise it's close to Patong Beach and about 20 minutes walk to Bangla Road. The only positives the hotel had.

When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon.
Towels were not changed for days.

This hotel is located on one end of Patong Beach, away from all the noise and traffic. Many good eating places around. Checking in was a breeze and the breakfast every morning was good standard fare. The room was good size and standard decor. The only complain would be that the bathroom was not properly cleaned and maintained.Maybe it is getting old now.

The beautician massuer next door was the highlight of the property the bonus.
The chef cooking pork was very sad. From my point of view to ask a muslim to touch pork is disgusting and then to ask him to cook it and make it delicious is obscene and impossible. Bar staff impeccable and impossible to fault.
Central family hotel to stay and definitely past its \" best before date \" hardest beds ive had the misfortune to sleep on. Shabby linen as in holey and thin. Water dripped from air conditioner onto 2nd bed.No microwave. Scourer is needed to.clean inside of hot water jug!!

This hotel is not what is described in the web page. The pictures are truly glorified editions and totally misleading. We arrived at the hotel and even during the check in process, it kind of hit me that this is not going to work at all. Once we got into our room, we were absolutely convinced this is something which will not work for sure: the bathroom shower had no curtain and it was dirty; we saw bugs in the floor; the curtain was filled with dust. This would truly been a health hazard and a total disaster to our vacation. We immediately went downstairs and explained our situation but was informed that unfortunately they cannot do anything as it was booked via Expedia. As a reactive approach, we booked another hotel. Since we were in international territory and in a non-metropolitan area, we determined that the safest approach would be to check in to a hotel where we would feel safe/secure and actually enjoy our stay.

power off neight for 4~5 hours by rain

thwere was terrible night for no power in the night for 4~5 hours in the strong rain. it was extreamly hot in the room without airconditioner.
During thet time with opening the window to the outside , there were many insects came in the room.

Pleasant surprise to find this hotel right in the heart of things but set back from the road so that the was no traffic noise. Very short walk to the beach and all the restaurants, with a great rooftop area to watch the sunset over the water.

The Hotel is well located and quite for being so close to the beach however.....we booked a room that was to have a King bed with a fold out couch. We got a king bed with a dirty fold out cot. The water went from scolding hot to freezing cold no matter what you did. There was ants everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and over priced. The massage lady was great and the roof top had a great view. The staff was nice enough but with all the wrongs they never even asked how our stay was cause they likely know what the response would be. There are much nicer places for the same money in similar areas.

You get what you pay for. The hotel wasn't as advertised. The common areas were really dirty, and it kinda seemed like the hotel was under construction.. the pool area was very dirty and almost all sunbeds was broken.. when we arrived, the hotel staff wasn't able to find our booking and was barely able to speak English.. our room wasn't cleaned properly either.. we were glad that we only stayed there for 2 nights..

Nice hotel close to the Patong Beach.

This property is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Modern yet affordable, 7Q Resident is located in the heart of Patong, just 2 minutes' walk from Patong Beach. Aside from an infinity pool, it also has free Wi-Fi and parking.

7Q Resident is a 45-minute drive from Phuket International Airport. Jungceylon Shopping Centre and nightlife options at Soi Bangla are a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

First off the staff was awesome. i liked that. the res of the hotel wasnt pleasant. the wifi spotty, the locks were really wierd for the hotel, the view on front and back wasnt good at all. so if you need a place to crash good place. want confort, not the place.

Quiet part of town

Right down the quiet part of patong beach. Good area for family or couple like we are that wanna be 30mim walk away from the craziness. 3min to beach (if u like sea lice)
Nice hotel. Clean. Staff ok, not very welcoming and didnt really speak english unfortunately. Restaurant was under reno so no pool bar or room service which was really disappointing.

Run down hole but close to beach

The photos must have been when built as all that is the same is the colouring.
The bed was awful, the shower was glued up , the sliding door barely locked and the pool deck was dangerous.
I still have bruises on my leg a week later from where I fell through the pool deck (sober), because the boards we falling apart. I found out other guests also fell through in different areas.

We waited for 20 minutes to check in because the one guy on reception worked so slowly. finally got our room and the air con was making loud noises. went to ask someone to come and look at is as there are signs saying that if you don't ask to change rooms within 20 mins you will be charged 500baht to switch rooms. no one came to our room, after about half an hour we gave up and went to the beach. One redeeming feature of the hotel is the location, 5 mins walk from the north end of patong beach. We discovered loads of bids in our bathroom and the shower was terrible, constantly going hot then cold. Luckily we had only booked one night and we managed to find somewhere else for the next night. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are just staying for a night or two and can put up with the shortcomings.

You know you hear how a picture tell a thousand words ,well the pictures of this place tell a million words but unfortunately the reality is far from the promise.
Yes ,its all there but from the entrance (down a dirty alley) to the view from the room (a rubbish dump) its all smoke and mirrors ,if you were paying maybe 600 to 700 b then you could excuse the run down condition but we paid 1,500 b ,which was fairly big money in that market ,so if you want a place low on facilities and not that clean but close to the beach and town then go for it ,just dont pay more than backpacker rates

The pool and restaurant certainly doesn't match the photos online. If you are after a budget hotel though it is a good choice, clean and in a safe area. Definitely don't bother with breakfast (250 baht if not included) and don't expect to be able to order anything from the restaurant as it's only open for breakfast until 11am. Staff's

The hotel has a great 360 view of patong with a swimming pool on the roof top..
Staff were great and even helped me talk in Thai language if needed..
Location is near helpful shops eg 2 grocery stores, laundry, nice restraunts, and most of all about 50-100 metres to the beach.. Not far at all..

I can't believe this hotel was given 3 stars. That seems generous.

The location is \"close\" to Patong Beach, if you think 25-min walk is close. Expect to pay ~200 baht tuk-tuk fare to go back-and-forth to Patong Beach and Bangla St.

I arrived around 9 pm after 8 hours of traveling. I was greeted nicely enough and offered a refreshing beverage. I asked about food (who isn't hungry after such a long journey?!) and was told to \"just go outside and turn right or turn left.\" Most hotels explain the neighborhood and amenities, but here I had no help.

The sink is outside the bathroom. Liquid soap was provided in the shower, but there was no hand soap at the sink. To wash hands or face, you had to go to the shower to get liquid soap and come back out to the sink.

The safe in the room is archaic. I kept having issues unlocking it and had to call the front desk to open it. I could tell they were irritated. I have travelled all over the world and used safes in all kinds of hotels. This was the first time I struggled with a safe. I felt the staff were being condescending to me every time they arrived to open the safe.

Would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever return here.

Fantastic service

On the day I arrived, I was very impressed with the towels that were folded as an elephant shape. It was not the first time I have seen these, but with a small hotel like 7Q, their staffs have actually put in their efforts to greet their incoming guests. Staffs at the front desk are very helpful too. Computers in the lobby are free for registered guest, I was very happy very time I went to use the computer, as soon as I came, the staff would quickly turn on the air condition, light...One thing needs to improve is that, the bathroom should have more rails for towels..I WILL definitely come back for my next stay.

Decent small resort

This hotel has helpful, friendly staff. We arranged for ferry tickets to Phi Phi for two people including transfers and when we got to the wharf we saw that we had paid the same price for the ferry ticket on its own.

There were at tines language barriers, but if the staff can't understand or get their message across they'll go and get someone else, rather than just shrugging it off, as some other places have done.

The rooms are reasonably clean, beds are comfortable, the facilities are good. Our showerhead lit up with different colours, which was a surprise at first but made it fun.

The pool and surrounding view is gorgeous, particularly around sunset, but it certainly doesn't look as immaculate as the photos!

First appearances seemed ok, Room small but adequate. Room servicing definately below par, cups were just rinsed ou left with rings in them, toilet not cleaned for a couplke of days and no spare toilet rolls. Breakfast was woeful, stale cereal, cold baked beans, sausages etc with lettuce cumcumber and some sliced tomato. and hard boiled eggs. Coffee and tea were so strong that we were unable to drink it.
Very disappointing.

Close to the Beach

The 7Q is very close to Patong Beach. The rooms are large and clean. The bed was a little hard though/ The roof top pool offers good views of the sea. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart either side of the entrance. Overall, a good value choice for Patong.

Good value for money hotel

Value for money hotel with clean and air condition rooms. Bathroom has shower only and the drainage system in the shower was not up to the standard.

The breakfast room on the 5th floor has a nice panoramic view, and the swimming pool is also located there.

The hotel staff was very friendly and we had a good experience overall considering the price.

I was placed in a room on the first floor near the lobby, constant noise from the shower drain, no television for the first night.
I had to pay triple the cost of the room to upgrade to the third floor. The room was nicer but the DVD player would not play my DVD's and I had asked the staff if they could change the player with the room I was in prior but this was not done.
No service at the bar on the 5th floor where the pool was located.
was a little far from all the activity of the main hub of the area.

Low frills value hotel with free wifi

Good low budget value hotel, about 200 baht cab fare from Bang la road so take into consideration. The free wifi was the winner for me. Overall would recommend if you are looking for a low frills comfortable budget hotel. Oh and I also forgot to mention apparently there is a rooftop balcony and pool although we didn't have the time to check it out.

While on my 2 week holiday my stay at the Q7 was good . location was about 15min walk to the main shops, pubs,& restraunts in Phuke,t but only 2mins to the gorgous beach. Hotel was cleaned regularly. Staff were helpfull and freindly. Also the hotel was very quite and relaxing. I was dissappointed with the maintenance I mentioned to the staff several times that the toilet was not working a week into my stay and still wasnt fixed when I left.

Ao chegar fomos acomodados em um quarto que o ar condicionado não gelava, após diversas tentativas, só nos trocaram de quarto depois da meia noite, tivemos q levar tudo para o outro quarto de madrugada.
Café da manhã horrível, não tem nem café coado, vc tem q pegar a água quente e fazer um café solúvel.
Por diversas vezes não havia ninguém na recepção para falar, a vista da piscina q parece ser bonita, está tomada por construções e obras em hotéis a frente dele.

Ok men kun medium standard.

Hotellet var af ældre dato. Og der var 3 dage hvor internettet kørte rigtigt dårligt. Og 2 dage helt uden wifi/internet. Uden nogen kompensation.
Syntes det er for dårligt sådan et stort hotel ikke har ordentligt wifi.
Som selvstændig er man jo tvunget til at kunne checke diverse ting. Selvom man er på ferie.
Udsigten fra terrassen ned på parkeringspladsen.
Som var af jord. Var heller ikke imponerende.
Og madrassen var MEGET hård. Så fik ondt i ryggen.
Så middel standard og syntes man kan få mere for pengene på andre hoteller.

Bra hotell.

Helt ok hotell og overnatte på.Rommet vi hadde var litt stort,rent og hyggelige betjeninger.Helt ok frokost var det også(kotentinal),ble mett.Hotellet ligger i ei sidegate,ser rett andre bygninger men fin utsikt fra takterassen.Der er det også et svømmebasseng.Kan anbefales til andre.

Blåsgubbar passa er för detta hotell

Rummet var bokat och betalt i förväg. Väl där var det sista rummet dubbelbokat. En halv dag gick innan receptionen lyckades boka om en arg indisk affärsman till ett bättre hotell och jag äntligen fick packa upp. Dagen efter sa bjag till managern att de åtminstone kunde bjuda på frukost som kompensation, men han tyckte jag skulle vara nöjd med att jag fick rummet

Mehr schlecht als recht!

Zuerst mussten wir ca. 30 Minuten warten, bis wir überhaupt einchecken konnten.
Dann hatten wir kein warmes Wasser sowie kein funktionierendes Licht im Badezimmer.
Zimmerservice gab es anscheinend keinen. Wenn man zum Pool gehen wollte,
musste man in das Obergeschoss laufen - auf dem Weg dort hin kam man sich vor wie in einem verlassenen Geisterhotel - überall offene Türen.
Beim Check-Out wurde uns dann noch mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ja anscheinend momentan geschlossen hätte - Na Vielen Dank!

Hotel precisando de reformas e manutenção

Peguei um dia neste hotel somente para descansar até o meu vôo mas foi dcepçao. Nem consegui descansar. Comecei demorando 1 hora para o check in pois o hotel insistia q não tinha pago ainda sendo q paguei ao hotéis.com na reserva. Quando cheguei no quarto o ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito, bastante calor e nenhum funcionário foi verificar após reclamar. Condição do banheiro ruim. Quarto não muito limpo. Elevadores precisando de manutenção. Não volto!

Det började med att vi fick ta ett annat rum än det vi bokat då det fortfarande inte var klart kl 15 för att endast en person städade. Dagen efter fick vi det rum vi skulle ha. Sängarna är stenhårda, mögel i duschen, ofräsch pool osv. Inget hotell varken vi eller paret vi reste med skulle rekommendera. Det andra paret valde att checka ut tre dagar tidigare trots att dem betalat, för att det var så dåligt och nedgånget.

Ett okej hotell men inte mer än så.

Hotellets personal hade superdålig kommunikation med varandra så mycket missförstånd. Alla avlopp luktade superilla vilket var jobbigt när handfatet var placerat ute i rummet och inte i badrummet. ACn var gammal och ändra inställningar som den själv kände för. En bit att gå in till centrum, nära stranddelen som har parasollförbud. Min bedömning är att det finns så mycket bättre hotell i denna prisklass.

Inte vad vi väntat oss

Ligger precis en bit upp från norra delen av patongbeach, fin utsikt från poolen på taket. Ett minus där var att man inte alltid fick en solsäng, utan man får vara ute i tid på förmiddagen.
Tar ca 20 min promenad till Bangla road, därav stördes man inte av nattlivet, vilket var skönt.
Frukosten var inte så mkt att ha. Inte så mkt att välja på och de var inte så effektiva att fylla på om något tog slut utan man var tvungen att gå och hämta någon i personalen hela tiden.
Rummet vi fick kändes väldigt slitet och såg mkt bättre ut på bilderna. Lite udda att handfatet var ute i rummet istället för inne på toan.
Balkongen hade inga möbler och man stirrade rakt in i en annan husvägg.
I övrigt så var personalen trevlig, fixade taxi till flygplatsen åt oss, dock fick man betala lite extra.

Отель находиться в самом начале пляжной улицы. Район спокойный и до шумных и веселых улиц минут 25 ходьбы. Море , на ближнем основном пляже Патонг, чистое . Отель очень простой. Верхние этажи ещё пустуют , их доделывают. Бассейн хороший. Все чисто, матрас , подушки удобные. В номере интересная подсветка ночная .

Hotellet funkar men förväntar sig mer pga bilder

Det finns ca 6 solstolar vid poolen som alla gäster ska slåss om, fastän det finns plats på helt tak som dom kan fylla med flera stolar. Hissen var ur funktion hela vår vistelse och vi bodde såklart högst upp, dryga trappor. Det står arr hotellet ska ha restaurang på beskrivningen och även vid själva hotellet men när man frågar efter den så får man till svar \"-No have, only breakfast.\"

7q 사용불편함

2016년1월31일 2100시 입실했음. 침대 커버, 이불 커버 모두 얼룩져 있어 불결하였음. 호텔 직원에 얘기해,
다 바꿨으나 청결하지 못한 인상을 받음, 특별 할인이라 그런지 1층으로 정해졌으며, 시끄러울것 같아
직원에 방을 교체 해줄것을 요청. 4일간 있었으나 교체 되지 않음. 대부분의 방들 창문으로는 다른 건물로 시야가 막혀 보이는게 없음. 입실시 약 20-30usd 정도의 보증금을 요청 받아
주었으며, 퇴실시 돌려 받음. 방은 사진과는 달리 많이 좁았음. 5층에 식당이 있으며 아침 식사를 했으나
별도 공간이 아닌 작은 수영장과 같은 공간이라 아침식사시 후덥지근함. 아침 식사는 쥬스, 샌트위치 빵, 계란, 토스트용 햄. 인스탄트 커피, 마트 판매용 우유, 마트 판매용 쥬스, 수박과 파인애플 정도임.
엘레베트는 4층까지 사용, 마지막 날은 엘레베트 사용불가. 4층과 5층계단은 청소 되어 있지 않음.
수영장 물 염소소독으로 계속 사용, 절대 수영장 물 실수로 마시면 않될것 같음. 프론트 직원들은 보통의
친절도를 보임.(불친절 하지는 않다는 의미임)
그러나 위치는 빠동비치에서 가까워서 어려움은 없으나 대신 쇼핑몰과는 조금 떨어져 있으나 걸어갈만 함. 저렴한 숙소로 생각한다면 젊은 여행객들은 있을만 함. 그러나 특가가 아닌 가격이라 해도 일일 30usd 정도의 가치로 평가 됨.

2 nuits pour découvrir Patong sans être dérangé par la vie nocturne. Hôtel correct. Personnel pas très aimable.
Literie dure. Pas de vue dégagée : Vue sur les climatisations de l'immeuble d'en face.
