My husband and I stayed here for a week after travel disruptions forced us to extend our trip in Phuket. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Patong Beach and nearby attractions.

While the location is convenient, this was the least preferred of the four hotels we stayed at during our three-week trip in Thailand. Although marketed as a resort, it lacked many features we expected. There is no spa, and many common areas were frequently closed for private events. Most indoor common areas also lacked air conditioning, which made the heat uncomfortable during the day.

The pool areas had very little shade, making it difficult to spend extended time outside. Our swim-up room had chairs instead of loungers, which wasn’t ideal for relaxing.

Housekeeping was daily but often not thorough. We frequently had to request washcloths and toilet paper, and noticed issues like debris remaining on floors, hair left on the toilet seat, and an empty conditioner bottle left in the shower.

Service was inconsistent, particularly at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had a large selection but was expensive for Thailand. The airport “shuttle” was simply a taxi arranged at a higher price than Grab.

Overall, the location is good, but for longer stays the hotel lacked the comfort, amenities, and service we expected from a resort

Very clean rooms staff were very helpful throughout.
The Airport shuttle that was arranged for us through the hotel was easy and hassle free and on time so didn’t have to worry about our early flight and arranging a taxi.

Breakfast was great.
Location was good right opposite the beach. Small walk to shopping and restaurants but a lot quieter than expected considering how close everything was.
Would stay again!

Hmm I wasn’t completely convinced I loved this resort, the front reception was like central station at times, had ordered a meal at the pool that never turned up when I was so hungry.
The towel coupons at the pool are ridiculous, I’ve never had to do that before.
Location is excellent right across from the beach.
Take your shoulder pads for the buffet breakfast it’s very crowded in the morning. Food was very good though.

Outstanding hotel for the area. Clean and well-kept as a whole. Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Food was just ok but there's plenty of really good food in walking distance. Pools are really nice with service and beach is right across the street. Walking distance to all the downtown shops, bars, and festivities.

When I communicated about my husband’s bday, they were gracious enough to prepare something for him. The airport pick up arrangement was ontime. The hotel itself seems well maintained besides the smell from the bathroom. It was clean, but somehow there’s a smell like stagnant water. We just stayed for 3nights 2days and were usually out most of the time. There’s no small gift shop for any personal emergency purchase. You have to walk to 7eleven for anything which is a bit inconvenient in the middle of the night. In addition, this is the very 1st hotel that I cannot cancel my breakfast prior to consuming it. We checkd in the evening, and tried to cancel it within 3 hours after realizing that the day trips are way too early and it will give us only 15mins to eat which is not worth it. They won’t allow my cancellation of breakfast request. This is very odd. I would appreciate it if they inform
customers that breakfast cannot be cancelled once added during check-in. We didnt use amenities, but I’m not sure if I’m coming back.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort for two nights, paying over $500 per night, largely because of the stunning infinity pool overlooking Patong Beach — which is one of the property’s main selling points.

Unfortunately, on our second day the pool was closed as early as 3:00 PM due to a private Valentine’s event organized by the hotel. As paying guests, we were the ones who ended up bearing the inconvenience, losing access to the very facility we chose this hotel for. We were not informed about this in advance, neither during booking nor at check-in.

When we approached the staff to request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the disruption to our stay, the response felt dismissive. We were offered a coupon for a soft drink, which was completely inadequate considering the price we paid and the impact on our experience.

Hosting private events is understandable, but it should not come at the expense of hotel guests without prior notice or fair compensation — especially at this price level. For a premium property under an international brand, we expected much better service, transparency, and guest care.

Very disappointing experience.

The property is beautiful despite being smack in the middle of Patong beach it feels very quiet and relaxing once you step onto the property. Walkable distance to so much shopping and food and not too far taxi ride to activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

but only complaint is the 2 restaurants, my wife got food poisoning from their dinner and the next day I had issue with my gut after having their lunch. This was at both of their restaurants. I can confirm it was their food that was the issue because at both days we only had the one meal. Food is very average am not worth the cash, better food out

My first time in Thailand. The room itself was nice. On the negative side, it overlook a mosque. Every 2 hours starting at 5:00am, loud singing was broadcast. As a first time visiting in Thailand, this was not nice. Also the room was all the way to the back with no nice views. First impression are important. This was negative for me.

We stayed for three nights and liked everything about this property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious (with a balcony), the bathroom was great and the water pressure in the shower was good. There are two locations to have breakfast, we tried them both and were impressed by the variety of foods offered and the quick and efficient service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Bangla Road, but close enough to easily walk there. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and very accommodating. From the minimum we checked in, the staff were extremely nice and smiling the entire time and they even checked this in prior to 3 PM.

The amenities in the hotel are great, the big pool with the walk-in bar and the big kitchen that offered tasty food.

The property is centraly located just across the street from Patong beach and night market. I would stay here when we and if we come back to Thailand.

This is our 2nd time staying here, this time for our wedding anniversary. Everyone is so happy & helpful. Nothing is ever too hard. Everywhere you go is spotless, the breakfast & food overall is great and the pool bar is always so much fun.
A special mention for Moe she is absolutely wonderful, the most hard working, helpful lady whose energy is contagious and motivates other staff. She has a gift with people & always brings a smile to our face.

I would have really liked to say excellent about this hotel, as everything was perfect! I lost almost two days of my holiday with my daughter who lives in South Korea and who I hadn’t seen for 6 months and don’t know when I’ll see her next! And the hotel just offered me a herbal tea 🙈

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is excellent. I paid for an all-inclusive. When I checked in, they gave me a stack of coupons for lunch and dinner. I found the coupons seem to have cheap in debt and it was very inconvenient to use them. Since they have you in the computer system, why do you need to carry around these sheets of paper coupons. One evening at their restaurant I wanted to order more than what it was included in my all inclusive. It turned into such a hassle to do so it really made me not want to go back to the nice restaurant that they have there. Other than that, this is a very nice hotel. I’m not opposed to going back to this hotel again however I will look at some other hotels before I choose.

We had a nice stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Phuket. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally kind and service-oriented. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—though the experience was a bit overwhelming at first. The lobby was extremely crowded, which surprised us, especially considering it was supposed to be the low season. It turns out the hotel—and Phuket in general—was packed during our stay. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it did impact the overall atmosphere.

The breakfast was truly outstanding. The variety of food offered was impressive, and there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice using fresh fruits and vegetables—something I’ve never seen in a hotel before. A definite highlight!

Due to the unexpected crowds and some unfavorable weather, we decided to cut our vacation short. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel agreed to refund us for the two nights we wouldn’t be staying. This gesture was not only unexpected but deeply appreciated and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction.

We also used the gym, which was well-equipped and more than sufficient for a good workout.

I want to give a special mention to Anna, whom we met during breakfast. Despite the high volume of guests, she listened to our concerns with genuine attention and ensured we received a prompt and considerate response. Her professionalism and warmth stood out and made a big difference in our experience.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was below standard—stains on the carpet and dust in several areas. The room also had very poor air circulation, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. Room and hotel was very humid. Most concerning, I was charged unexpected fees and, despite multiple attempts, was unable to get a refund or clear explanation. While the staff was polite, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously, as the property has potential but currently lacks the quality and transparency guests deserve.
