Wish I had added on breakfast here, their buffet breakfast is top notch in my book!! It’s a full on breakfast to get the day started off right!! 👌

The only thing I could see that needed improvement was housekeeping. She came really late the evenings, between 5-6 pm when I was already settling in for the night. I’m definitely not taking any stars off for that because it didn’t make nor break my stay. Thanks for having me Novotel!! 🙌🙌

This was without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and everything felt well organized. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers and would gladly stay here again.

The Novotel Vintage Park is a great Hotel with just Beautiful friendly staff. Great location the breakfast was fabulous, thank you Joseph for the Chocolate each morning. An extra Thank you for the Surprise Happy Birthday sign & flowers on my Bed & the Birthday cake, it was very special. I would definitely staff again.

We stayed at this hotel for one week in Phuket as a family, and our experience was truly amazing.The hotel staff surprised my daughter on her birthday by beautifully decorating her bed, writing “Happy Birthday” in their own lovely style, and leaving a small cake with candles in the room. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made her day very special.The room was extremely clean, spacious, and cool, with a lovely pool view from the third floor. The bed, pillows, and blanket were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The service throughout our stay was excellent. All staff members were friendly, polite, and always happy to help. The entire hotel was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated for Christmas, which created a wonderful atmosphere.
The swimming pool was very large and perfect for families. The breakfast buffet was rich, fresh, and varied, with slight changes to the menu each day, which we really appreciated. The location was also fantastic — very close to shops, the beach, and Walking Street, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

The hotel is well located and that’s about the only thing good…
Looks run down and old, rooms are dated and the curtains have holes plus you need lot of effort to close them fully…
Breakfast is tasteless, service will take forever, reception would give you useless answers…
you have to pay 100 baht for 30 minutes if you want to use the pool table.
Ping Pong table could fall off any minute, the rackets have already disintegrated….
Pool is crowded ALL the time

Totally avoidable!! Didn’t expect this from an Accor property…

Great experience at this hotel. Loved the food, the aircon, bathroom, giant bed. Our balcony door was a little hard to close and we ended up with a pet gecko who we named Gilbert. The pool and pool bar are fantastic (make sure to make use of happy hour!). It wasn't too busy at the end of November.

The staff were so lovely at the hotel and we enjoyed all the amenities available to us. The bed was comfortable and we had the pool access suite where we swam to the bar every morning for a cheeky cocktail. The buffet breakfast had so much variety. The only issue we had was that the shower head was dirty so when the water ran, there was a lot of build up which we had to clean off the shower head before use. Otherwise, would have given this place 5 stars.

Overall, an excellent hotel in a great location. No top sheet is fitted, so you end up either too hot or too cold when you kick off the quilt—had to set the aircon very low so we didn't boil under the quilt. No hair conditioner... come on, Novotel, for a classy hotel... You supply a cheap 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner that is really more like a detergent. The bar drinks are priced very high...why it was always empty, I guess > staff #1

Novotel Vintage Park Hotel

Brilliant size pool, large rooms, nice breakfast and the hospitality by the staff was wonderful. Hotel is not too far from Jungceylon shopping centre which has a large number of lovely restaurants. A range of Indian restaurants in the local vicinity including the fantastic ‘Isha Restaurant’. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

I came for a work trip and the employees were friendly and accommodating. The room was ready for check/in early which I appreciated but there was an area power outage until 5 pm that day. Room was really comfortable but unfortunately there was an ant issue above the luggage bench area. Otherwise very good. Great breakfast and had a great room service dinner. Huge pool area and good location for me.

Member of staff behind reception was very rude to my girlfriend. Member of staff should go on a course on how to treat customers and dignity and respect.. i was very unhappy with the hotel and i strongly say that i will never ever stay there again..Breakfast food was unsatisfactory..not much english food mostly rice and Indian food.. not happy..day time food was cold had chicken satay skewers absolutely disgusting.. main reception light on celling leaking rain very serious water and electricity not good needs serious attention..

It is definitely a family oriented property. Lots of families and kids running around everywhere - especially the pool.'
Which is amazing. With a large area used for a foam play pool.

As a single male businessman - not my cup of tea. But that staff are excellent. And your wish is their command and done with a smile. Remember to always bow and you will receive much respect. Learn a few Thai greetings and Thailand opens its doors to you. Try not to be an ignorant tourist. A word to the wise is sufficient.

The hotel is excellent.

The staff are top notch, the rooms are great although dialling in the air con was impossible as 26 degrees was too hot and 25 was freezing so I opted to bring cold and using more blankets.
Food and drinks are double the price than what you find outside but that's normal.

큰애가 중학생이고 작은애가 초등6이라 호텔 고르는게 쉽지않았어요~ 성수기에 방두개 하려니 예산이 오버되어 고민하던중 나타난 노보텔! 수영장크고 방에 킹사이즈 침대랑 엑스트라베드가 있어서 4인이 자는데 불편함 없었습니다! 아쉬운점은 모기가 정말 많고 조식이 가짓수는 많지만 한국인들 입맛에는 안맞는 메뉴들로 구성되어 있네요

They see customers as cash-cows

We were made to share a bed with one ☝️ f outer teenage daughters, despite booking a room for 4 people. The duty manager and the hotel manager did not provide an extra bed free of charge since they stated is policy and common practice to have 4 people in a king size plus single sofa bed room. We felt it was not appropriate and were disappointed to be treated as cash-cows by the management. Truly disappointing experience, never expected this from an Accor establishment and l, as an Accor member, have never experienced something like this at another property. Overall, very poor customer experience.

It is a horrible experience to checkin with this hotel. They lied to me about the availability of rooms, particularly any room not on the first floor. I advised I wasn’t going to stay if they didn’t have another, and of course, astonishingly, another room on the 4th floor appeared haha. Then, they told me it was the policy of the hotel to not have any guest enter the property unless it was after 11pm at night, while saying “we don’t allow prostitutes here during the day”. The implication that I use prostitutes, or the blanket assumption that all their customers do was utterly disgusting and unprofessional. I did in fact have a friend I wanted to see, and planned to be near Patong instead of Rawai where my friend lives. As my friend is certainly not a prostitute, nor do I sleep with my friend, the 11pm policy was not going to work for me. It required firm discussions with every level of management in order to normalize my basic 2 day hotel stay. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service, and even more so the disgusting assumptions. Furthermore, I had to change the sheets on my bed due to soiled linens. This was an apparent hardship for them, even though it is their job. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to do so. One star is more than they deserve.

The rooms definitely need some maintenance. ( balcony door didn’t lock, bath tub corking needs attention etc) . But overall the rooms had everything you would need. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic, especially for children. Kids club is pretty average. The toys and equipment are very dated and there’s no option to leave the kids there without an adult in attendance. The breakfast is amazing. All tastes and cultures are catered for. The standout is the staff. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the reception staff and catering couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In particular Khom in the breakfast room and also A in the pool area were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in many novatels but this is the worst experience I have ever had in novatel first i got food poisoning second i come to have a relaxing time but what i got is noise day and night the building is in renovation and all day the builder's are drilling you can not relaxing not even by the pool it is so bed nobody cleans nothing i will never stay in this place ever again as i pay all redy i can not relocation
