Room odor. Breakfast with food bought from 7-11 and synthetic juice. Maybe they get a lot of European college kids because the way the security deposit was managed made me feel like my family ànd I were at a fraternity party.

The location is walkable to the centre and beach. Hotel is on a back street, it’s surrounded around older buildings but great for massage and 7/11 local shops. Felt safe to return late at night despite not being well lit. It’s not glamorous but comfortable for a short visit.

My third time at the hotel

Overall the hotel is good and this is already my third time at the hotel, I will come back and say that the reception staff are not always nice, in a hotel like this you expect to have courteous and smiling service, besides that at the end of the vacation they asked me for the cards for the room and I couldn't find one of the card and they charged me one hundred baht, I think it's a shame that such a hotel takes money for a room card, I've been to hundreds of hotels in my life and I've never been charged for a room.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location from Patong beach. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk which is perfect & allows you to be away from all of the noise. Amazing massage parlors on the road as well. Hotel is clean and the staff is amazing.

Cons that affected this great hotel:
Wifi - terrible internet, worked mostly in lobby
Luke warm water - I couldn’t take a hot shower
At night there was a bizarre whistle sound from outside
Breakfast buffet had many options of food but I would have preferred less food but better quality. Processed cheese was the only type of cheese.

The check in process was horrible. The man at the front desk didn't know what he was doing and the process took over 35 minutes. A lady also interrupted while he was checking us in and he started helping her, which slowed things down even more. We checked in around 12:30am and just wanted to get into the room after a day of traveling. He said he was going to keep our passports over night until I argued with him and then he gave them back. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Staff very helpful and response very the fast for the request. Kudos for ms. Suraida (if i remember her name correctly) for suggesting attraction and nice/chaper price driver for us. overall, recommend for other who look for valuable and strategic location.nice breakfast as well.

Excellent Hotel for the rating it has, just far enough from the hustle and bustle yet close enough if you fancy that night out. Breakfast was good, but could do with a bit more vegetarian options, but i didn't go hungry. I would definitely stay here again

Good hotel. Nice location. Great price. Rooms were clean. Hotel was newly renovated so everything looked brand new. Breakfast buffet was very convenient and it was free! WiFi seemed to only work down in the lobby and not up in the rooms.

Disappointing when greeted by a fly upon entering hotel room as the window door was faulty and ajar. All amenities were provided for 2 instead of 3 even though it's a Deluxe Triple Room. Moreover, towels were dirty even before use. No shampoo, tissue or bedroom slippers provided. Only saving grace was the breakfast which was extensive though not spectacular. Guests were noisy at 3am in the morning so unable to get a good rest.

我們是凌晨到酒店，前台非常好給我們很快速安排房間還有給我們很多提醒。早餐從6:30-10:30am，雖然款式不多可是很舒服，東西也不錯，住了四天每天都有換一點新的，只是烤麵包的機器壞了要用另一個烤。泳池也不錯很舒服也很乾淨。酒店設備也是很新很乾淨，一進去就給人很舒服的感覺。
酒店如果走去江西冷大約需要20分鐘，坐tuktuk起碼200up 巴東地區都是這樣。
酒店就在天皇秀附近，樓下有按摩店洗衣店還有family mart，按摩好像是150baht （我沒去過不知如何）。可是我強烈推薦走15分鐘可到的lets relax！超級舒服！
酒店裡基本是俄羅斯人居多，而且一點小提醒，check in 需要給5000泰銖現金的押金，退房的時候會退的。
總結來說，按乾淨不潮濕食物環境都不錯的酒店來說，性價比是很高了。

一進入房間，廁所內有垃圾。晚上聽到有老鼠在假天花上跑來跑去，第二天更聞的死老鼠的惡臭。樓下有全家，及一些小食車，更有兩間只是THB 150/hr 的按摩店，很舒服！

Für ein Stadthotel ok, modern eingerichtet. Jedoch null Schallisulation, man hört vom Flur in das Zimmer alles!! Betten sehr klein für 2 und durchgelegen.

Reinigung auch eher schlecht als recht, kurz eben mal durchgeweicht.

Achtung: Expedia beschreibt Zimmer mit Balkon, das komplette Hotel hat aber keinerlei Zimmer mit Balkon!

Fitness ok, kann man ein leichtes Training absolvieren:)

Frühstück ist sehr gut, man findet jeden Tag reichlich Auswahl:)

Lage ist super zentral, direkt im Geschehen!!:)

我們凌晨check-in ，酒店竟然把我們的房間賣給其他人了，之後給了一間尚未完善的房間給我們，包括洗手間設施未完善，陽台的窗門鎖是壞的，最誇張是連整個房間的門鎖也是壞的，根本不安全，但由於時間太晚，兼服務員聲稱該樓層是該酒店經理和行政支援在住，所以就算房間沒門鎖也是安全的。另外對於補償措施，前台服務員聲稱第二天會送水果盤給我們，最後也沒送，只能說整個住宿體驗很差！

Hôtel très accueillant et très propre. Petit-déjeuner à la hauteur riche et varié. Proche de la plage de Patong (côté propre). Personnel à l’écoute, il y a toujours une personne disponible à l’accueil. Personnel gentil et serviable. La piscine est toute mignonne et la salle de sport est très bien équipée. Les chambre sont spacieuses et le lit très confortable. Franchement grande surprise, moi qui devait y passer 3 jours à la base, je vais y rester quasiment tout mon séjour. A l’écart du bruit de Patong mais pas loin du centre. Proche des grands axes pour partir soit au nord ou sud pour explorer les autres plages de l’île avec un scooter. Bravo

Magnifique hôtel, chambres spacieuses climatisation et wifi au top le meilleur je pense de Patong . Petit déjeuner très bon et très variée avec produits frais et de très bonne qualité, hôtel très bien situé et extrêmement calme. Le dirigeant de l’hotel est extrêmement gentil et très professionnel toujours présent à l’hôtel pour être sûr que sa clientèle n’a besoin de rien il prend même son petit déjeuner avec les clients de l'hôtel. Serviette et eau fourni généreusement. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ses 11 nuits passez en votre compagnie . Et surtout merci Mister B.B
