we had room booked from the 8-12th. however after arriving, and going to the room, i couldn’t stay any longer. The couch in the common area was disgusting and unfortunately after i sat on it, the entire night was spent in the shower. i was getting bit by something. i don’t want to know, we wound up booking somewhere else, and working on getting the refund. biggest issue with expedia. i cannot recommend this place at all

The rooms are very very old and in need of upgrading but wouldn’t be so bad if they were cleaned properly. The pipes banging when you use the sink are disruptive and then the ones above banging in the night when people use the washroom. Curtains are stained and old. There is no oven despite there being a kitchen, the remotes were dirty and the dishes were dirty from previous use. Dirty elevator with no safety buttons in tact. Staff were hit or miss, one day good one day terrible.
Pros: pool was nice and free breakfast and happy hour were good

We had some issues in the bathroom upon check in. The TP holder crashed to the floor and the toilet is a little wobbly. We were able to get the holder fixed. We asked housekeeping to clean the mirrored closet doors as they were covered in dots.
Also always had to ask for another set of towels as there were 4 of us and 3 sets of towels.
The rooms ate also very short in outlets for charging devices. With 4 people we had a lot of devices that needed plugging in. Had to have them in the kitchen.
We loved the breakfast and that there was a menu change every day but thechours are too short. We had to jump out of bed and get our food and bring it back to the room. I think that area is prone to more people on vacation not business people. We like to sleep in and relax!

We enjoyed our family vacation in a two bedroom suite.
The swimming pool was great and well maintained.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lobby/pool bar had great service. Shad and Richard made our stay great with good bar service.
The breakfast options were endless and the pancake bar was great with all the topping options.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and we were given a wonderful room upgrade without even asking! Happy hour and breakfast were both nice to have. The pool was a very nice size, although it was a bit chilly. The location can’t be beat and I would definitely return here!

Slightly confusing room type - thought it was 2 queen beds and a king bed but it was 2 queen beds and sofa bed so check carefully on listing
Asked for extra duvet at reception for sofa bed and was told cleaning staff had gone home.

I stayed for three nights with my 16 yo daughter. Great place for a mother/daughter trip! The breakfast had variety and was very well attended to, the pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t come to clean my room til almost 4 pm. Originally left 1 washcloth in the room for three of us. Had to call room keeping and of course didn’t speak English. Then no communication between that housekeeper and the lady that came to clean the room as she also gave me new towels.

The pool was freezing - very uncomfortable. But the pool area was nice and the hot tub was fine. The rooms are quite outdated and could use a refresh. Staff was adequate, but not overly friendly or anxious to make your stay the best it could be. Wonderful location - central to all things Scottsdale. Sprouts Grocery walking distance was amazing.

The hotel, property, and surrounding area were truly wonderful. Everything was clean, well‑kept, and inviting, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a beautiful place to relax, and the overall atmosphere made the trip very enjoyable.

My only real disappointment was the bar being closed except during Happy Hour. I was told this was due to staffing issues, but it still impacted my experience. When I choose a hotel, two things matter most to me: location and whether it has a bar. After a long day, I really look forward to unwinding with a cocktail on‑site, so having the bar unavailable for most of the day was a letdown.

Overall, it’s a great property with excellent staff, but the limited bar hours kept it from being the perfect stay.

Tow things were good, beds and costumer service of the front desk. Charged for parking in desert although we have free parking (disability parking); been charged for breakfast although we had it one day and it was very poor breakfast not even compatible with European hotel breakfast, located in far village at the border. Charged for 3 days room cleaning, and resort policy for room service and cleaning is every other day, and we had the service the night before checkout (one time), we talked with front desk and we got refund for one day only. not going back to this place.

The hotel is beautiful! Unfortunately, we checked in but never used the room because my husband was admitted to the hospital due to a medical emergency. When I called the hotel, asking for help regarding our belongings in the room, explaining that we are from Texas and my husband is in the hospital, the rep showed absolutely no compassion and made no attempt to help me find a solution to storing our items until the emergency was resolved. Instead, she offered to charge me for another night at twice the price. I was forced to leave my husband’s side at the hospital to gather our things. Upon arrival, I realized I had misplaced my room key. I went to the front desk asking for a replacement, explaining to the man at the front desk what I had experienced when I called. He said absolutely nothing to me- just handed me a new room key. This hotel looks nice, but the staff are arrogant, unkind, and unhelpful. Look elsewhere if you don’t like to give your hard-earned money to people like this.

The room was average and the hotel needs some updating. The outside ground were very nice but the inside was very dated. My biggest issue was that I had to ask multiple times for new towels (which were supposed to be refreshed every day) and I had a problem with the plug in the bathroom and had to ask twice for someone to come and look at it.

We really enjoy this hotel. It’s a nice facility with great rooms, you have a nice kitchenette, full size refrigerator, and our 2 bedroom, 2 bath had 3 brand new tvs. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. I am being treated at Mayo Clinic, and this is a perfect location. Really nice restaurant next door too.

The pillows were pretty bad, looked fluffy but your head fell straight through, led to an uncomfortable nights sleep for my wife and I.

The staff was very friendly but oddly didn’t know basic things about the hotel. For example, I was staying on the 2nd floor and couldn’t find the ice machine. Called down to the front desk and they said it was only on the first floor. The next day, I found an ice machine on the opposite side of the 2nd floor. Just strange they didn’t know.

Honest Review- the hotel was outdated but the hotel and rooms were clean. The breakfast was great some days and okay other days. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Love the onsite laundry. There was plenty self parking. The free happy hour was nice. There was a ton of staff walking around if you need something. Easy access to hwy. For the cost, I thought it was worth it especially compared to other hotels.
