I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect — close to everything and made getting around super easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I will absolutely be coming back in the future!

The setting is just steps from the Outlets, but more importantly for me, steps from the peaceful, protected wildlife area, with walking paths.
And as for parking, it's free....And the hotel is also in sight of several EV charging stations - so convenient. I highly recommend this Microtel!

Most everything was fine, except when we got warned about our kids being too loud 20 minutes after arriving back to the hotel around 7:30-8pm at night. Being suggested that there is a play area for kids to get their energy out. Even though there are signs suggesting quiet hours start at 10. Hard to maintain 3 small children who have been stuck in a car all day. Disappointing moment in an otherwise fine stay.

It was great, a very cute cozy hotel. Overall was a great stay, loved the location, felt safe, and lovely staff. I would come back despite the minor set backs.
The air system was a bit weird, 67 was too cold and 68 it would get too warm, and if it wasn’t at 67 the room got really warm and humid, not sure if it was an older system and the fan was pretty loud.
Pretty clean, but one thing I’ll have to mention is that in the bathroom there was hair from previous people…which was not great to find.

I booked the king size bed when I checked in front desk that I got the last room with a king size bed, and it was a handicap room upon arriving to the room. The room was very clean however there was no dresser or bureau only had a TV microwave and a little fridge you had to hang your clothes up on the wall no drawers or anything even though I only stay tonight it was pretty uncomfortable doing that other than that, everything was fine

A Comfortable Stay at Microtel Inn in Rehoboth
This hotel was comfortable; the staff were friendly and accommodating. The amenities were satisfactory, with a microwave and fridge. However, a coffeemaker was not provided in the room, but there was coffee in the breakroom. The primary concern that I would like to see upgraded is the ventilation. The only breathable air was from the AC unit, and it seemingly had two temperature settings, either too warm or too cold. If feasible, providing a small window that opens, or a humidifier could provide a much more restful sleep and a more comfortable stay overall. Thank you for your hospitality; it is greatly appreciated!

My husband has bad knees and fell trying to get off of the toilet. No injury! The hotel said all the accessible rooms were the same! This is the first in all my travel to have this problem!

First, the good things: this is a cute little hotel and it's right by the Tanger outlets which is really convenient. There's a trail right behind for biking that links around to the beach. Breakfast is good, coffee 24/7 and the staff was nice. The rooms have everything you need, coffee pot, microwave, etc. Having said all that, we found a bug sitting on one of our bed's late the one evening, were unable to change rooms (due to it being packed), and due to some miscommunication/staff issues did not get housekeeping or a linen change. I had called the front desk, spoke to housekeeping on our floor, and spoke to someone about it again hours later, and I guess all the linens were being laundered (around dinner time). When I came back later that night, we still hadn't gotten new linens and I texted the number I had and offered to come pick them up. No response until after 11 pm, which at that point I was not feeling up to having someone come in or do it myself (I had spent the afternoon at urgent care/picking up meds). Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay here, all of the employees here were very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions we had and gave recommendations when needed. The room was really nice and cozy, enough space for two people. The only minor issue we had was having to buy a HDMI cord to be able to connect to the TV. Also when we arrived the shower had some hair in it from a previous guest. That was honestly our only issues here. We enjoyed using the pool there and had no parking issues. It’s very convenient if you plan on doing any shopping, it’s located right behind all the stores. Definitely would recommend!
