The location was very good with access to the beach. The room was clean but worn. There are 3 floors with no elevator so if stairs is a problem you should request ground floor. There is a $15 parking fee that's not included in the price to stay.

Ideal location for a quick beach getaway, obviously not all of the amenities are available off-season, however, considering the hotel was not fully booked in a parking lot was basically empty, charging $15 to park overnight for a one night stay seemed unnecessary.

I was just looking for a long weekend away and found a good price for opening weekend (1/4 of the standard summer rate). Room had a musty smell, bathroom floor was visibly dirty, especially when it got any water on it, rug in room looked like it was from a dorm room, and it looked like paint had been slapped on furniture and spots on the wall to poorly coverup how old everything was. The only positive was the staff trying to make sure I was comfortable and had a good experience. They were very friendly and accommodating for what was in their control. I would have been furious if this was the hotel I walked into during full priced summer.

Overall stay nice, staff Wonderful, Mr.Henry and Arrianna. Wish there were shelves in the shower to sit the soap and gel on. The hanger loops are small so u cant hang clothes over the clothes hanging rack, only one area over the microwave. Sufficient towels/wash cloths should be given according to the number of guests and number of night's stay.

Booked the room two months in advance for $133 and was charged $197 on the day of check in. Zero explanation why. Parking is an additional cost. Would not let us check in at 3:15 pm as all rooms were still being cleaned. This was false. The room was dirty despite having to wait and had bugs flying around. This hotel will not clean your room unless you beg. Not nearly enough towels, they could not resupply TP unless asked. The front desk told us they have had trouble with their housekeeping, but they could not do anything, that the Housekeeping Mgr is supposed to handle that. I explained I did not want to get involved with their internal hierarchy, we just wanted to get our room cleaned. I asked to see the Manager, but was told he was not available. I asked the front desk to have the hotel manager contact me, but we were never contacted.
This hotel is way overpriced for the poor quality of the rooms, only a very small table and 2 metal mesh chairs to use in the room. Very cramped, phone did not work.
We will never stay there again and will recommend others not to as well.

We have been coming here for years and this was the first year there was a parking fee so that was pretty disappointing. Also, while it’s not the hotels fault, the type of people that are staying here are getting worse year after year. It was 3-4 AM with the whole balcony area drunk and screaming. Bars close at 1. It woke me up because it was so loud. It just doesn’t feel like a safe or fun place to stay anymore for me to be honest.

The parking is by $12 daily permit only and is very limited. Spaces are tight and other cars are so close that their doors will ding your vehicle. Staff were a bit too laid back and a person had to pull the courtesy out of them to get answers…assuming someone knew the answer. Follow up review pending.

We have stayed here before and really enjoyed the hotel to the proximity of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are always clean and are modern! Beds were comfortable and clean!!! I love that we can sit on the balcony at night and listen to the bands at Bottle and Cork without having to deal with the crowds.
My only negative comment is that the one day in the late afternoon we had no hot water when we went to shower. It is not a deal breaker for me and we will stay there again!

Shower curtain liner was turning pink from mildew, you dont see it through third party apps but they now want to charge you $12 per day to park on the property youre already paying to stay at and not good at requests for any of the guests we stayed with. Walked in to inquire about checking in and im pretty sure the two desk people in the side room were either packaging weed or smoking a blunt. To each their own but kids shouldnt be walking in on that.

For a beach hotel, you get what you get the sheets were uncomfortable so the next day we had them give us sheets so we changed our own sheets then it was good. We only stayed a couple of nights. There was no phone no safe but once again, it’s a beach hotel. It was a good stay.

Upon check in I realized we did not have any towels. I went down to the front desk to let them know and it wasn’t until my 3rd request 2 hours later that I finally got some towels. When sitting on the balcony the first morning I was watching a man who I thought may have homeless walking the grounds. He filled a garbage bag from the ice machine and dumped it in his own cooler (leaving me virtually none when I went down to get ice ) and was smoking while doing this (non smoking hotel). When I went to the front desk to complain I found out he worked there! OMG.

It was a nice place to stay near the family resort of Rehoboth Beach. We had one issue with ants in the room, but they sprayed soon after we reported them. The bed and bedding were surprisingly quite comfortable for a beach motel, I sleep well. Parking was easy, there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby if you wanted to walk to them.

A great and clean hotel. Decent beds/ bedding, plenty of storage and a good bathroom. Good water pressure, wall units for soap and shampoo and a good oversize toilet for bigger people. Once you park, you don't have to drive anywhere. Everything is walkable, the bay, the ocean and local hotspots such as The Rudder, Starboard and the legendary Bottle and Cork.

Our stay at the property was delightful and as good as expected. There was considerable noise late in the evening, but it passed quickly enough so as not to disturb our rest.

They hotel is fine for younger individuals who are looking for a cheaper place to stay. However in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and noise I would not recommend this hotel. There were a number in flies in the first room we were given. The staff immediately gave us another room but same problem, probably from leaving doors open while cleaning. Beyond that the overall cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, table) was not good. Also very loud as doors face pool so much can be done about that. Again place is ok for some, I'd love it if I were in my 20s however not in 30s.

Now for the noise- I was there during the week and the volume of the live band playing at a bar across the street was shocking. At 11pm they were still playing, but the team was nice enough to offer ear plugs.
All in all, it was decent spot for a quick weekend beach trip, and we loved the Dewey Beach area, but next summer we’ll opt for a hotel (vs. motel) and one that is less noisy with a higher standard of cleanliness.

Had a rowdy bunch in the rooms next to us that kept us up all night. Location is convenient to walk everywhere, however, the price you pay is to potentially have loud parties near you when you are trying to sleep. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean no frills but great if you only go there to sleep.

We loved our stay. The room was great. Nice balcony and scenery. The front desk folks were nice and accommodating. Only thing I’d suggest is getting an elevator for the higher floors. We were ok, but that could be a struggle for some people, and I was surprised to see there wasn’t an elevator available.
