The hotel has a wonderful location in the heart of town and a block from boardwalk. The rooms are out dated with very small bathrooms and tv. The breakfast is free but has a very poor selection. The staff is friendly.

This is our go to place to stay everytime we are in Rehoboth. This was a last minute one night stay. As always staff was super kind and helpful. Room was clean. They were doing a ton of remodeling and updating can't wait to see it all when its done. Perfect location.

It’s located in a perfect area. We stayed the weekend did not have to move the car we walked everywhere from restaurants to stores to the boardwalk in less then 5 minutes. We stayed last year, this year and hopefully next year again if not sooner!!

We were there a few years ago and loved the breakfast. Was disappointed to see it was a continental. The only other issue was bathroom was small. Everything else was excellent. The location and parking are a big plus. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The room was quiet.

This hotel was definitely a little worn! Overall, it seemed clean enough but the walls and ceilings were definitely showing signs of age. Staff was very friendly! Cannot comment on breakfast because it was only served from 8-10am (which is wild to me). Beds were actually comfortable.

There should be a grab bar in the tub as it is very dangerous getting in and out. Also, the room is missing a pen, small writing pad, enough coffee pods and cups. There should also be decaf pods as well. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but passable. I did not use the maid service so can not speak to that. The room needed a face lift.

We stayed in Room 220. Was not my favorite room. I didn’t think to question it since we have stayed many times before with no issues. I booked a King Lake View Room. The room was clean and spacious but very dark and was not Lakeview. It was parking lot view. That was the only downside. Other than the view great location and nice staff and property. Will be staying again in October for SeaWitch fest.

There was only on bar of soap and it was a used piece on the bathroom sink. We used it reluctantly and wondered if that was a good decision.

Artemis 2 landed the day we were there and we needed a rocket scientist to operate the television. I think there were fewer buttons on the spacecraft than on the tv remote. We are not techies and the remote was impossible for us to use!

Check in was good. General manager told us breakfast would be on the 4th floor between 8-10am. Went up to get it on Wednesday morning, doors locked. Went downstairs and the general manager said here’s a few muffins. No juice or any other choices. I said you told me there was breakfast on the 4th floor, which is advertised on their website and on hotels.com She said not today, just Tuesday and Thursday. Went up this morning, hoping for a hot breakfast and fruit which is pictured on their website. There were small bagels, muffins and cereal. Nothing hot. No fruit.
It is in walkable distance to the shops and beach, so the location is good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

My daughter and I only stayed one night for my Birthday. The staff was wonderful and the hotel is beautiful. My daughter enjoyed the pool. My only problem came that night when I checked my account and The Breakers held a little over 2,700. Deposit on my card even though I had paid for our stay. That hold fell off 24 hours after we checked out. But I got a message from my card company that I was over limit while the hold was there!! I will be back because I loved the hotel but that hold was uncalled for. It was my 75 birthday and my daughter is 48. We were not going to tear the place up!!!!!!

The staff were professional, attentive and helpful. The room was fine except my room was on the 2nd floor over the car parking area. The floors were very cold, especially the tile in the bathroom. The blower for the heat was very noisy.
There was a Festival at the Convention Center so there was a large number of guests. The breakfast items and coffee ran out after 30 minutes with no restocking. Even the coffee available in the lobby ran out with no refills.

We asked for extra towels and never got them. Breakfast was all packaged food. Our last day, the shower didn’t have hot water. I called the front desk (from my cell because the room phone didn’t work) and the front desk clerk sighed and told me to let it run a while. My husband had just taken a cool shower so it had been running. We only had a little time before checkout. She said she would send maintenance up and I said we didn’t have much time left and she said, very rudely, “Well I don’t know what you want me to do then!” Honestly, she could have offered another room for my shower, she could have offered to extend our checkout until after maintenance came, she even could have just said “oh I’m so sorry to hear that” but she chose not to do any of those things. We would not return there.

After driving for hours to get there i can be in a whole MOOD and she makes me forget what i was even bothered about. I had a clean room & everything i needed i could just run down and ask and it was right there for me. This place is in a great location . They are remodeling the first floor i saw . So thats exciting . This is my go to place in rehoboth for sure. What else do you really need besides a beyond friendly staff, clean room , all needs met and the ocean is such a short walk away . PERFECT for me and my little friend group .

Hi everything was point on! This is our second time staying at the breakers hotel, and we told Miss Kathy that we would be back and we were and the service was excellent as always even during the down season. The heated indoor pool is a winner with my kid. Although it was cold at the beach and we knew it would be we were still winning! The staff is always kind and we just couldn’t pick a better hotel to chill in to lay low and enjoy each other‘s company. Did I say everything was clean? I thought breakfast could’ve been better however I understand that there was construction and that they needed to move the area nevertheless we were fed and everything was good. We will see you all again in spring.

Bath Towel stained, pullout had Cheerios from a previous family that fell out when bed opened, mattress stained on pull out, no vending of any kind, no water bottle filling station, “breakfast” was not good! Room was clean but breakfast is not continental - options are cold sugar cereal or pre-packaged cold muffins. No protein. No coffee anywhere in the entire hotel; in-room keurig thing only holds 3oz of water, therefore won’t brew, and lobby coffee was opaque as if an instant powder was not dissolved. There is no temperature regulator on the showers - either hot or cold and if someone in another room flushes a toilet or turns their water on, we lost all water pressure and all hot water. Don’t stay here. It was clean though. Also, no comforters - just one thin polyester blanket on each bed.
