The receptionist is very kind, friendly and helpful, but she has to be receptionist and breakfast staff for preparing, serving and cleaning in one person, which is simply too much for one person to do.
The hotel itself is from a former budget hotel chain and really has seen it´s best days already without renovation for years. The bathroom was not only outdated, but dirt and stains everywhere, the antique aircon made only noise, the carpets were dirty and we were happy, we booked only one night there. Cannot recommend.

Very basic, room plenty big enough. The smell was something else - not anything i can put my finger on and it was only in the room, but it was pretty bad and very strong.
Shower pressure excellent.
Bed very firm - zero give in it at all. And you could only feel the a/c when you stood in front of it - it didnt reach the room. Could not have the window open as it was a hige window on the ground floor and anyone could climb in!

Good location on edge of Dijon, very near supermarket. Receptionist lovely and welcoming. Room with three single beds booked. Room tired and dated. Carpet very stained and vinyl floor sticky. Toilet bowl marked badly, shower curtain stained and whole bathroom needed changing. Air con needed replacing, very dirty and smelly.

After my not so good stay at Premier Classe, St Quentin,the previous night, it was such a relief to stay at this hotel. Accomodation ,service etc was without fault with exception: the restaurant was closed. Fortunately was guided to near places to eat.

We chose this hotel because it was clise to the motorway and took digs. The room was good the bed comfy. The reception were very helpful about places to eat and the breakfast buffet looked fresh and appetising. There was green space nearby to walm tge dog and a large retail park across the road

Place is conveniently located and well deserved by public transport from the central train station. The staff is really helpful with an ok+ breakfast. The area itself is not very touristy but conditions are perfect for a business trip.

The Hotel is a long way from anywhere in an industrial/shopping area. If your looking for a quiet cheapish Hotel this is good. But not walking distance from anything worth seeing. Staff are friendly and helpful though.

This hotel was perfectly located for us to stop off on our way to Italy. It has adequate parking and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The room is very modern although the main building is looking a little tired. The restaurant is clean and modern too offering a nice breakfast. Although we did have to pay extra for this, it was worth it.
A small criticism for the booking site would be to include breakfast costs with the booking price as well as the city tax. It is not pleasant to have to factor in these added costs once you are actually there.

Perfect for overnight stay
Used this hotel on the way home from southern France. Staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms were comfortable and clean. No restaurant but loads just over the road and lovely parkland nearby if you fancy a run.

Hotel was fine as a one-night stop-over en-route to S of France holiday. We took two rooms and split them between 3 children and 2 adults and was just about enough space.
Rooms were clean and bar/restaurant pretty good, although manager was perhaps unnecessarily strict about 2 year old having to stay in a particular area - but not a big deal. Woudn't want to stay for longer but perfect for a short stop.

Nous avons été DECU car pou un 3 étoiles la chambre était très petite, manque d'espace ,une seule chaise dans une chambre double???très peu de place pour ranger le linge, pas de frigo , climatisation en panne semaine a 25 d° en moyenne, obligez d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre la nuit ,et nous étions au niveau parking en plus le parking était payent 5 euro la nuit,

Très déçus par cet hôtel où nous étions pourtant déjà allés et en avions gardé un bon souvenir. Cette fois nous avons été choqués par l'état de la salle de bains. Le lavabo devient vétuste et était sale. Les toilettes très sales et l'abattant cassé. (Chambre 10 au rez-de-chaussée).
Pour le lit ça allait.
Mais que de bruit avec les portes qui claquent. Et dommage que les fenêtres surtout au rez-de-chaussée ne soient pas en oscillo-battant.

L hôtel est bien situé à proximité du tram et d'une zone commerciale.L 'environnement est calme pas ou peu de bruits aux alentours.Les prix sont corrects.Nous nous y rendons depuis plusieurs années et nous constatons que malgré les 3 étoiles affichées et le changement d'enseigne il n'y a eu aucune rénovation de chambre et un laisser aller probant aux niveau de l entretien des sanitaires et de la chambre (poussière au niveau des radiateurs et sur la tête de lit,et dessus de lit taché et pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain).

Wij hebben een nachtje in dit hotel geslapen als tussenstop op onze reis naar Zuid-Frankrijk. Dit hotel is daarvoor een prima locatie, vlakbij de snelweg. Dit hotel had vriendelijk personeel en was prima voor een nachtje.

Par contre les chambres le sont beaucoup plus : il y a de la moquette tachée au sol, le rideau de douche est moisi, la lunette des WC est posée de travers.. etc. Et le ménage est mal fait, il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur le radiateur de la salle de bain.

Wir waren schon ein paar mal hier. Nur dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und das Frühstücksbüffet miserabel. Es war weder Käse noch Aufschnitt da. Obst hat man auch vermisst. Für das Geld sind wir was anderes gewohnt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und werden uns wohl in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel suchen, da wir sonst 2mal im Jahr gekommen sind.
