Amazing from start to finish great check-in very welcoming spoke perfect English and so very helpful especially as we had our dog too.
We booking dinner in the restaurant for the evening which they told us all about and were even allowed to take in the dog too which was excellent.
The service and the food in the restaurant were excellent.
I highly recommend here as it was a perfect stop on our way from the UK to Italy Merci

Main part of the review must focus on the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. All smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Our waitress was the star of the show- insisted my two teenage boys ordered their food in French- which they did. All done with good humour.
Beds super comfy.
Only slight gripe was pool was smaller than expected and busy- but it was 39 degrees!!

Very good restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Food was good, well presented and restaurant was busy, always a good sign. Staff all helpful and pleasant.
Beds were normal hotel medium/hard, the bedroom was small and the bathroom functional, but east to find, very convenient for occasional stay and will happily go there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights travelling back through France. It’s a good base for an overnight stop or to explore Dijon. The hotel is clean and the restaurant has a good choice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The pool was a nice place after a long journey but it is relatively small. I’m metal it’s good value for money and a comfortable place to stay.

Car park overflowing, the receptionist initially couldn’t find our reservation. Room very small even by Kyriad standards and the Air Con was broken. 2 child size single beds!
We have stayed in much better budget hotels than this. Wouldn’t stay here again.

There's a lot to like about this hotel. The location and ease of getting there, the staff are marvellous, the restaurant is excellent: very good food, a nice choice of menu and incredibly well-priced.
But...the room we had (for two people and two dogs) was small, very hot (I think there was actually under-floor heating, on an evening when it was 26C), the bathroom very difficult to navigate one's way around and nothing felt terribly good quality or modern. There wasn't anything really to complain about but it all just felt a little tired and not trying terribly hard.
Which is a shame as a good refurbish, a spruce of decor and it could be a really very good hotel. I am loathe to give it an average review, as there were so many good things but it was as uncomfortable a stay as I've experienced in some time. And not exactly cheap (the room, not the restaurant)

Unfortunately the room had previously had a smoker in it so there was a lingering aroma. The air conditioning didn’t work and with the window open you could hear traffic all night. But so convenient for a stop over and kids would enjoyed the pool.

Easy and efficient check in. Gentleman on reception was knowledgable and friendly. Parking was safe and convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked well. It is within a few minutes walk of a tram stop to take you into the city centre. We only visited the restaurant for breakfast and an evening meal and as you would expect in France both were exceptionally good.

We stayed at this hotel when travelling from Calais to the South of France with two small dogs. The hotel ticked the boxes as pet friendly with free parking and free WiFi and most importantly a decent onsite restaurant all at a reasonable price.

Restaurant great - cleanliness needs improvement

Hotel rooms were a little dirty and run down. The shower had mold and wasn’t working that well. Front counter staff gave my husband some grief when room key wasn’t working - stating he had put it by his phone! Well he didn’t and nor did I when it wasn’t working for me the following morning. Restaurant was great and local area shopping mall awesome!

Perfect for an overnight stop on the way to the Alps. Friendly welcome, comfortable room, we were tired so gave dinner a miss but breakfast was good and we would stay again. Good car parking, easy to find from the motorway and all at a reasonable rate.

We are travelled from Lucerne to Dijon and arrived at 1600 and checked in but our room was not available until 1645. There was no where to go and unable to use the pool as we had no where to change. Very disappointed.

The rooms are small but comfortable, no fridge or mini bar in room. The AC works, the bed is ok, very limited space for clothes ect. If you are staying for 1 or 2 nights it’s fine. The pool is very small and was in need of cleaning, as such I didn’t use it. This is a budget 3 star hotel and you get what you pay for. I stayed for 1 night and it served a purpose, in hindsight I should have paid an extra €30 - €40 and stayed in a 4 star hotel. The hotel provides free parking, is near the motorway and is only a 10 minute drive into Dijon town centre and as such is well located.

Very nice hotel (think Travelodge style in the UK), perfect for a stop over. Nice restaurant for evening meal, and good buffet breakfast, although if they had someone serving fresh eggs that would have made it better. Nice room with very comfy bed.

OK for a one night stop. Just off the main road. Reception spoke good English. Restaurant seemed pretty good, however my wife's chicken was pretty much raw. They did apologise but didn't give us a refund. Breakfast was the usual affair for France. The food is quite expensive for what you get. Room was fairly modern but a bit small. Good shower. There's a pool you can use. All in all an OK place to stop for a night!

Perfect for a stop over on route across France

This time we arrived at 3 am and were more than glad of the 24 hour reception desk, a clean and comfortable room was perfect to catch a bit of rest before starting our onward journey the following day, we have stayed here a couple of times and will always aim for this hotel when our route takes us through due to its location from the motorway, parking, restaurant and comfort

We have stayed here a couple of times due to its location from the motorway, plenty of parking and value for money, this time we were lucky enough to arrive at a reasonable time and try out the restaurant which was excellent, serving reasonably priced local food, previously we have stayed for more than a couple of nights and found it easy enough to use the local tramways to get in to the city centre, which was explained to us by the very friendly staff who we found speak most European languages well, we will be back the next time we drive through France

The hotel was inviting and well set up. It was a 10 minute drive to central Dijon. The restaurant food was lovely. The out door pool looks lovely, but it is facing the car park and so it felt to exposed to want to swim in.

OK but condition of rooms a bit variable.

We had adjoining rooms for a family of four which worked well but not a cheap option for a 'family room'. Light didn't work properly in one bathroom and waste/overflow was blocked in the sink. Otherwise just a bit tired .

There was a night porter on site so there was no problem with 2am arrival.

WiFi etc available and worked fine.

Not the most welcoming staff but overall it was OK.

Solid chain hotel at a reasonable price

This is a good solid chain hotel with attentive staff and reasonable food in the restaurant. It's not going to win any prizes for architecture or atmosphere but it does what it says on the tin. The rooms are fine, the bed is ok and the shower was good. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it but we ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was pretty good. Nothing super special but good enough after a long drive.

Functional hotel with decent restuarant.

Best for travellers who want to stay close to passing autoroutes. Not great for people keen to see Dijon there are closer better hotels. Functional, clean and basic. Great for us us we stopped here en route to Italy and again on the way back. Breaks up the France journey in two nice equally parts assuming you are going all the way south or north.

Mon séjour au Kyriad de Dijon Est a malheureusement été décevant. J’ai assez mal dormi durant la nuit.
Tout d’abord, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude mais seulement de l’eau tiède, ce qui n’est pas très agréable. Ensuite, le lit indiqué comme un lit double n’en était pas réellement un : il s’agissait de deux lits simples collés. Je trouve cela dommage et un peu trompeur, car le confort n’est pas le même. De plus, les oreillers étaient trop durs à mon goût, ce qui a accentué mon inconfort et m’a empêché de bien dormir.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, il était correct mais décevant sur un point : il n’y avait plus d’œufs brouillés, ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
En revanche, le personnel à l’accueil était gentil et accueillant, même si l’ensemble du séjour aurait pu être mieux géré.
Au final, mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été plutôt décevante, surtout à cause de la qualité du sommeil. Dommage, car avec quelques améliorations, le séjour aurait pu être bien meilleur.

voldoende parkeergelegenhied, wel afgelegen gebied, vriendelijk personeel, fijn verzorgd ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Kamer had wel airco maar die functioneerde niet. Afstandsbediening werkte maar half, de helft van de zenders niet beschikbaar (terwijl dit in het andere gedeelte van het hotel wel beschikbaar was). Maar een prima plek voor tussenstop. binnen 2 km van Quetigne voor voldoende restaurantjes en even wat rondwandelen.
