Basic. Beds were clean. Room dated. Bathroom very odd. We had a family room which had a wet room style shower. It was impossible to keep anything in the bathroom dry and it even began leaking outside the room. The shower head was positioned at a very odd angle making it very hard to shower.

Towels were small and very cheap. No extra pillows in the room.

The hotel had a slightly weird odour overall.

The location is convenient for the motorway but no facilities nearby at all.

Staff were good.

Cost for the facilities and quality of the accommodation was not acceptable.

Musty odor, small gnats or mosquitos in room, hot & AC never cooled, with the single window open was too loud to sleep, and very loud machine like noises coming through walls. Check-in and check-out hostesses were fine, but I had a question about apparent difference in their bill and one from Travelocity. The hostess on duty then was very condescending and rude. She told me this was France, the extra charges were a “surcharge” from Travelocity (which I knew was wrong), and to take it up with them. She then turned her back on me and walked into the restaurant! This was later resolved, no thanks to her.

Great stopover stay….

This was stopover for us, family of 5 driving back to the UK from the south if France. Booked a family room, which had 3 single beds and a double. All family rooms are corner rooms - plenty if space and very clean / comfortable. The hotel bathroom is a little dated but very clean. Great shower over the bath - very powerful.
Nothing around the area, so we ate in the hotel restaurant which was busy.ok food for a stopover hotel. Staff all very friendly. In all I would recommend.

Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was in good repair with an excellent shower. Restaurant was good and had a good range of food @reasonable prices. A tea & coffee facility in the room was the thing I missed most as there was not any . I was disappointed!

Excellent value, great stop for a pitstop

We were expecting it to be more basic but were pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious room. Our toddler was able to burn off her energy running around the room and also in the pool. The pool reservation system and Covid measures were well thought-through and implemented. The restaurant downstairs was also very convenient for us with a good menu and highchair.

Generally ok, a few basic things like no toilet seat, tv remote batteries dead (lucky I had spares) and no kettle etc in the room. Staff very friendly and safe parking which were pluses.

Needs a bit of a refurb but staff charming...

This hotel had great reviews so we were very surprised when it looked tired and sad on arrival. The room was incredibly old fashioned and both the furniture and soft furnishings were all of a dark colour. The whole hotel looked like it needed a refurb. However all the public areas were very clean, and the staff were charming. We did not end up staying however, as our room smelled so dreadfully of smoke that we could not accept the room allocation. It needed fumigating not cleaning. When the hotel staff found they could not offer us another room, they cancelled our reservation with hotels.com and authorised a refund immediately. They really could not have been more charming but it was gone 6.30pm and it took us a while to find another hotel to take us that night.

Good for a night stopover

The hotel was clean but very tired, we stayed for a 1 night stopover which this hotel is perfect for. There were no towels or toilet roll in the room and we had to ask for them. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked nice and priced not too bad. It's a short drive into Dijon and the hotel is easy to get to, parking is good.

This hotel is ok for one night stay, the staff is warm and welcoming, unfortunately the shower is a little awkward , is a big bathroom but the shower head is too close to the knobs, if want a good shower your best options is to sit down in a chair( provided). The bathroom door wouldn't close completely and the closet placement was awkward.

All you need of a B&B

A very welcome place to stop on our journey to Provence. A good restaurant as well was just what we needed after a long trip. Although we didn't use it the hotel facilities included an outdoor swimming pool right by the café area. With steaming hot late afternoon/evening temperatures the air con in the small, but comfortable, bedroom was excellent.

Arrived on Sunday evening to find the restaurant closed and no staff. Asked for nearest restaurant and were met with no responce and no help.
We went into Dijon Centre, what a dump on a Sunday night nowhere open and the oneway system is a nightmare, watch out for the trams!

Convenient, pleasant stopover

We stayed to break our journey through France. The room was comfortable, clean & tidy - we slept well.
We ate in the restaurant and had a very enjoyable meal at a very reasonable price.
Speaking English was no barrier although we tried out our French and they were happy to persevere with us and we ended up with what we ordered!
I've given the neighbourhood a rating of 4 only because it's in a trading estate which actually meant it was quiet at night but you can't walk to other restaurants etc. This wasn't a problem for us, in fact it meant we didn't have to negotiate a town centre in a right hand drive car.

We were shown a room that was obviously used by smokers, but we were moved as soon as we asked,which was very good.Pleasant reception staff. At the resturant we were looking forward to our meal after driving all day. My mother ordered her favourite, duck, and specifically asked if it was tender and. When it arrived it was so over cooked it could not be cut, It was replaced by another much the same but she gave up when told that that was how the 'French liked it'- we have never had it like that in very many travels around France!

Dumpy hotel in noisy warehouse neighborhood.

The only thing good about this hotel was the price at 53€. It was dumpy and the carpet in the room was very dirty. Air con wasn't on because, according to management, "It's too early in the season." Would not stay here again.

Good overnight stop

The only downside to this hotel is its location which is conveniently close to the DIjon ring road but on the edge of a business/industrial estate. The restaurant is surprisingly pretty and the staff and food were very pleasant and helpful. Receotpion was often unmanned although the bars staff covered well. Apart from that it was convenient, comfortable, secure and it served good food at very reasonable prices. Good overnight stop.

Clean, well maintained and fine for an overnight stop. I was only there for one night so can't say much else. Great links to roads but not near to the centre, if I was staying in Dijon for a holiday, I would probably go more central. But perfectly located for a modern shopping centre with one of the biggest Carrefour I have ever seen.

They are dog friendly, I have two decent sized Lurchers and they didn't bother at all! And tree lined grass verge directly outside the hotel for "pitstops", no park nearby but if it is just a stop over, this isn't a real issue. I went down to the lake, 15 mins by car, and this was great for more of a walk.

we returned to this hotel to find the second floor, that we were allocated, littered with ripped out room furnishings all along the corridor, it was like a builders yard.
The emergency exit on our floor was completely blocked by a large amout of discarded room furnishings.

Hôtel qui a besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement et mise au goût du jour . Chambre et salle de bain d’un autre temps , petit déjeuner insipides banal et fade .
Des le tapis au sol dans l’entrée , complètement défraîchi et sale , nous sommes dans l’ambiance.

Hotel loin de Dijon centre et situé dans un quartier industriel. La chambre n'était pas propre a l'arrivée. cet l'hôtel a sérieusement besoin d'un "coup de peinture". Déçu des nouveaux standards de Kyriad qui sont tombés bien bas. Le positif est la réceptioniste qui a a fait un peu de nettoyage apres ma plainte à mon arrivée. Tres professionnelle et tres aimable.

Nous sommes restés deux nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avions réservé les petits déjeuners pour les deux jours.
Pour un samedi matin a 8h30 déjà plus de viennoiseries les serveuses peu aimable recharge deux par deux, il faut sans cesse demander, plus de jus d orange, plus de fromage le lendemain un dimanche a 8h20 plus de viennoiseries sans recharge car le stock est vide alors que le petit déjeuner est ouvert jusqu'à 9h30... Au prix du petit déjeuner ce n' est pas normal.
Extrêmement bruyant, cloison trop fine

Hotel is oud. Bij aankomst vroegen we voor glutenvrije opstond bij het ontbijt die waren er niet. Maar ik moest wel voor iedereen betalen ook voor mijn zoon die geen gebruik kon maken van het ontbijt. De kamer was ruim alleen weinig stopcontacten. De douche leek net vernieuwd, maar de douchekop was op een onmogelijke manier geplaatst. Het wat spoot recht vooruit ipv naar beneden.
Man bij de receptie en dame bij ontbijt beide niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Dit hotel is het geld absoluut niet waard.

Wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht, in der Badewanne, die zum Duschen genutzt werden muss, lies sich der Verschluss nicht öffnen.

Außerdem riecht ers stark nach Schimmel, die Flecken sind sichtbar im Bad.

Wir waren sehr ernttäuscht.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut und war einstellbar. Es war sehr ruhig im Hotel. Wir haben angenehm geschlafen.
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Badewanne, in der geduscht werden kann. Der Einstieg ist sehr hoch, das könnte für einige Personen ein Problem darstellen.

On est dans un 2 étoiles pour un prix de 3 étoiles !
Les chambres sont toutes petites, mériteraient une rénovation et le secteur n’a aucun intérêt hormis la toison d’or.
