Nice stay, beds good - but lots of different types of pillows which were awkward for some of us. There was no tea and coffee in the room despite a kettle. Large car park which appeared safe. Will consider booking again for our next trip.

A functional transit stop on our route back to the ferry port.
Very handy having the shopping mall next door with multiple dining options.
The room was comfortable and functional.
We would have preferred a China mug for our hit drinks that we could rinse out rather than single use paper cups (which we had to ask for more of)
Very good breakfast buffet selection.

We liked the proximity to the tram station. We didn't like the utterly useless aircon in the room, which meant we had a terrible night's sleep as we were too hot. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a decent night's sleep as a given when you book into a hotel.

Nice stay on our way back from South of France to Calais. Hotel attached to large upmarket shopping mall, with plenty of options for food (as well as very large carrefour). Hotel nice and modern, 2 double beds, although rooms a little warm. Bar nice with expensive drinks €8 for a beer. Breakfast was good with usual items present. All in all a good stay, with lots of amenities in the shopping centre.

Love this hotel and surroundings. We stayed here two yrs ago at the beginning of our holiday and this year we stayed at the beginning and end of our month holiday. The journey through is so good on our way to Italy it’s a good stopover. With all amenities. Didn’t use the pool this year as we were too tired but also on our stay yesterday I noticed the pool and area was not as clean as expected. The restaurant food was amazing.

It's ok!

It wasn't my favourite place to stay. After being in France for 3 weeks and visiting some beautiful parts, if you want to make your journey home part of your experience don't book a place like this. Go for something unique. You will get more enjoyment out of it.
That said it does what it says on the tin if that's your kind of thing. Whatever you do don't eat in the restaurant next to the hotel it is a disgrace and the food is awful. The hotel food looked a little better.

The hotel was ideally located for out one night stay on the way back from the South of France to the UK, with the centre of Dijon a 10 minute ride on the tram from outside the hotel. The adjacent shopping centre with good food outlets was a bonus.

Terrible customer service, AC wasn't working when it was 29C and we melting in that hot room. Called the reception and the lady hung up on me saying she can't help as the front desk it very busy. Never again

We love this place which is why we come back. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. The food was lovely for breakfast and next door have a shopping centre which is always great to have.
What I wasn’t happy with is the centre closes to early.

2 receptionists and queue of 10 people in front checking in.

The staff were great and the room as comfy. Breakfast was varied. Our biggest down sides we’re having trouble finding it and the eve chargers we’re only for Tesla. We had chosen it for the chargers so were disappointed that we had to make time for charging in the morning.

Most expensive Destination Charger ever

The fact that they charge 20Eur/h(!) for a Tesla Destination Charger is like a bad joke, and probably also breaking the agreement with Tesla. Nice room, but AC not powerful enough to keep it cool. Breakfast was great!

Disappointed in this hotel. Room a bit dark and furniture rather shabby. The room was described as a city view but in reality it looked out over the roof and air conditioning units of the large shopping centre beside the hotel. The internet was awful. The common parts were better and there was a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Also easy parking.

This is a really smart good value hotel, which we’ve stayed at a few times to break up journeys south from the UK. Everything was generally really good, with the exception of not being able to get any hot water for a shower, for an early start in the morning. Otherwise, great.

Very useful hotel if you are travelling from uk to the South of France. It’s about half way! And has plenty of parking on site. It’s not pretty central Dijon but is clean, quiet, beds are good, lots of hot water and a decent on site restaurant. Plus the staff are kind and helpful.

My husband, 12 year old son and i recently spent 1 night on our way from Chaminix to Paris. We enjoyed this hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the dining was great!. This hotel is located near a shopping mall whcih was very convenient.

Very good staff and location with outdoors parking space. Check in and check out were easy. Rooms are good size and clean. Spa's available steam and sauna rooms were free but unmanned. The Spa staff were not helpful to first time users. Next door shopping mall was a plus.

Pros: staff and concierge were very professional and attentive. The parking is gated. It's right beside a mall which allowed us to enjoy other dining/snack options. Cons: Out of all the hotel stays in the France, our two days here were the most expensive. I couldn't believe that two rooms came out to $1425.00 for two nights. Still, it was last minute and we needed a place to stay between Avignon and Paris. We booked it based on reviews. Our room (502) had mold on the bathroom walls (we took pictures & video because we couldn't believe it), the towels smelled like old rags and the shower curtain had brown staining on it and also smelled. The A/C was malfunctionning and in this heat it was so hot in the room, they tried to repair it but it still didn't work. We were not offered another room. The restaurant food was overpriced, over seasoned and our hamburger was completely raw (we asked for medium). I would suggest staying elsewhere if you are able to.

When we first arrived, we were really impressed with the location and the fact that there was plenty of free parking right outside. When we went for a wander next door, we realised that there were many shops within a few minutes walk and this was a bonus.
We stayed in the suite and first impressions were good. The room was clean and the view of the swimming pool was lovely.
We used the pool which was warm and there were towels and sunbeds too.
We didn't use the restaurant for dinner but we had a nice breakfast the next morning.
We did have an issue with the bath in the room and in my limited French I attempted to relay this. The reception staff member was excellent and came to to the
room to help and then apologised and escalated the issue to the duty manager. He came promptly, apologised that he couldn't rectify the issue that evening or move us due to it being busy, but offered a good discount to make up for the inconvenience.

We'd paid upfront for the room via a booking agency and so were concerned that this refund may get lost but they duty manager wrote me a note promising their actions and within less that 48 hours we had received the monies back as promised.

Can't fault the experience and we will definitely be back

Food at dinner was just amazing. As was the wine. The staff have great knowledge of local wines and match them brilliantly to foods. Breakfast was ok, not as good as dinner though! Pool is small as is the area around it. Rooms were clean and well maintained, aircon was powerful!

We were wondering why the hotel had only 10 reviewes. When we arrived, we understood why - the hotel was biult 2 years ago and after that Covid arrived. So, in reality it is a brend new hotel.
The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacios, everything is extreamly clean. I have been in many 4 star hotels in Italy which are levels below this hotel.

There is on-site sequre parking, which is very convenient.

Laura met us at the reception and her smile and wormth made us feel at home.
The entire staff was amazing - friendly and ready to go an extra step to make our stay even better. They all speak English, so it was really easy.
The hotel really earned 10 of 10!

This is the best holiday Inn I ever stayed in. The service is 5 star. The rooms and amenities is exceptionally excellent. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant and bar provides great food and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel. It is located next to a shopping centre which is brilliant. This hotel is even better than some of Marriott and Hilton I stayed in.

Great stay. Service was professionnal, friendly and very helpful. They even made reservation for us to go wine tasting. The hotel bar was great and the staff very friendly. They prepare a very nice iced coffee with vanilla. Ask for it, it's not on the menu.
Location is very convenient with the tramway just outside the hotel and the mall next to it. There is a small but a nice swimming pool with a table to drink your cocktail with your feet in the water. Room was well equipped, clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great.

Definitely recommend.

Very practical, easy to access, great on-site free parking. But a bit bland. More of a business hotel than a family hotel. Pool was fine, room clean and practical but no character.
Overpriced for what you get I think >€200 for one room for the night.

We had a very pleasant stay in Holiday Inn. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping center which was a bonus, and is about 15 minutes drive from center of Dijon. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant serves exceptional quality, delicious food, a bit pricey but worth it.

I stop here usually a couple of times a year. I like the hotel and have no problems with it. I'm only writing this review to point out the total lack of social distancing regarding seating and poor organisation at breakfast. It was an overcrowded free for all. Holiday Inn, you need to do something about this.

Comfortable and convenient stop over hotel

Comfy rooms, close to shops and restaurants, great breakfast, small but fun pool and lovely and clean sauna and steam room too. We use this hotel as a stop over on our journey to the south of France, it’s expensive but ensures our family of four all get a good nights sleep and a good breakfast before setting off again. Staff have always been very nice.

Perfect position for a hotel. Great facilities as we were there for short stopover on a longer journey. Welcomed the dip in the pool with our two teenagers. Shopping and alternative food/ drink options just two minutes from the door.
Three family members slept well. Wife suffered with aching back the following day but that could also be due to the car journey too. Have stayed before and would stay again to break up the journey. Would recommend.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn on the way to our final destination. Ticked all the right boxes. Quick to check in, comfortable, easy to park. The weather hampered our plans to go into Dijon centre and in that respect I wish I’d booked a more central hotel.
We stayed in and relaxed although the following morning nearly had a heart attack to learn that a shot of vodka was 15 euros!

Lovely friendly staff. They were very welcoming to us and our children. The food was delicious, we couldn't finish it all and were so tired after the other shambles of poor hotels we had stayed at the days before.

Air con too, so a lovely cool night's sleep. A rarity it seems.
