I had booked three rooms. I was not told that in order for the other two rooms which was my son and a friend of ours had to have their ID upon checking in so the hotel would not allow my friend to check in. She had to get another room because she did not have her ID with her. She had written down to the hotel with me and because she wasn’t driving she hadn’t brought her ID had we have known she would have brought her ID so I would like my money refunded on the additional room that we had to pay for because they would not allow her to check in without an ID even though I had booked a room I had just put it in her name For ease of use. Please tell me how I can get a refund.

14 year old son was chased through the property by 4 unknown assailants. They offered me $20 worth of “store credit” to buy snacks, for the “inconvenience.”

Dirty towels were left in the bathroom from previous guests.

Most of the staff were friendly enough.

Stay was fine, fridge never got cold but I think that was due to it being an energy effecient model. We had a patio door which was securely locked but didn't use as there was no outside seating although it was November so probably wouldn't have sat outside as it was cold. House keeping did a great job.

Dated property but high points for keeping what they had to work with clean. Coffee was not 24/7 as described at checkin. Had departure at 6am so went down to get coffee to help wake up. Waited u til5:45 before they brought out to lobby. No body lotion provided which was a bit of a bummer because my skin drys out in hotel air for some reason.

Very dirty :-(. It's hard to believe that they're doing extra cleaning for Covid when they're missing the very basics to begin with. We got into the room, I wanted to take off my shoes and relax immediately, as soon as I looked down at the bed, the duvet was FILTHY, it had a several areas of red stain that resembled blood. I called the front desk, they moved me to another room. The front desk attendant was very nice and even brought us a little goodie bag of snacks as an apology. The second room was dingy, and the bathroom sink didn't drain. When checking out, as to not forget anything, my husband looked behind the bed and there were old candy wrappers and caked on dust. Very disappointed with the cleanliness. The lobby was beautiful, it even had a fireplace! Unfortunately, when you get to the rooms it doesn't even look like they both belong to the same hotel.

Unfortunately the person checking me in was on their phone with headphones in not paying attention and it took me and one other guest to get her attention after about 5 minutes in order to get checked in.

My room appeared clean, however it had a very weird musty smell. I turned on the ac and fan to try to dissipate the smell.

I enjoyed myself here. My suite was clean, beautiful and comfortable.However I chose this location based on the hot tub and also went for the fire pit in the courtyard and the hot tub was down and the fire pit wasn’t available. So I was a little disappointed in choosing this location but only for those reasons.

The room was satisfactory but our stay was marred by the alarm clock that we had never touched but went off at 6 am. In my attempt to shut it off I must have pressed snooze because it went off again ten minutes later. I don't know who was responsible. Maybe a previous client had set it. Perhaps housekeeping could check that no alarms are left set! The front desk clerk was extremely helpful to me when I had to print off a document, and all the staff was friendly and polite.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We didnt have a microwave and notified the front desk and within a half hour we had one. We stayed a week and in the middle asked for cleaning service. They were very responsive. All the staff were kind and went helpful. The grounds were very well kept, well lit parking and a safe area. There were nearby places to eat and Starbucks in the lobby. The only issue I had was the WiFi could have been stronger and you have to sign in every day, a small inconvenience.

The room we stayed in had a strong smell of smoke that at first seemed faint covered by perfume but in the middle of the night it was quiet strong and when we woke up we felt stuffed up due to the smell. It was very disappointing to not be able to get the rest we needed. We were told it was because we were facing the courtyard however, the smell was strong in the bathroom consistently.

The first thing about this booking was it was expensive in comparison to other places in the area. It was chosen by a event planner. At $200 per night we were expecting a cleaner hotel. We stayed in the area but went with a cleaner, updated and more cost effective hotel. It is in serious need of updating. The carpet is worn and dirty. Also, due to a late arrival because of airline delays we were only in the room 3 hrs and there was no way to adjust the stay.

I liked the property. The only issue I had was the key card was difficult to use, It got stuck several times. The front desk was friendly and kind. I had to make a last minute adjustment the night before my wedding because the hotel I booked before was an atrocity. We had a late check in and the front desk was so helpful and so nice. We were able to take pictures in the lobby for our first look the rooms were clean and spacious I would definitely book again! They helped make my day special!!!

Just wasn't what it seemed once i arrived in person. The online pictures painted a different picture but once i got there didn't feel clean or safe. People walking around smoking drugs during broad day light right outside our room. Only stayed 3 hours and immediately checked out. Currently going back and forth with hotel about the return of my money and they aren't being professional about it as well as different staff are telling me different things which leads me to believe no one knows what they are talking about or doing. Will not be returning to this types of property

This hotel was not worth the money spent. The room was not Even cleaned once in 5 days. I had to use the same tower 3 days in a row. I only received new towers because I went to the front desk to complain about it. The bed was not maid in 5 days. The pool was closed. The gym was closed. The business center was closed. There was no breakfast at all. The rooms are noisy. When people spoke in their rooms I felt that they were talking to me in my room. The television did not work properly. The cable kept going in and out and it made a strange, loud, and annoying sound. The buttons on the remote control had to pressed multiple times just to change channels. There was no soap in the room. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and a bottle of body wash. I understand that we are operating under a Corona virus outbreak, but we are still getting charged the full amount for substandard quality and service. This experience has now made me a former customer of the Marriott hotel chain. 100% dissatisfied.
