I found this hotel through Expedia and booked it fast for a weekend visiting family. I felt very comfortable. Very clean! It was an extended stay but I didn’t use anything. The only downfall was that the television was not working all weekend. There was nobody at the front desk even after 9:00 am. So I left the property before I could speak with anyone. I would stay again for sure.

Will definitely check what amenities are available with my next hotel stay, but that stay won't be at a Woodspring Suites. There were very few, a bar if soap and 2 oz shampoo/conditioner combo... For 4 people. There weren't even tissues in the room. The incredible scent of weed was overwhelming throughout the hotel, like it was coming in through the vents. Not against legalized marijuana, but maybe not have your back office smell like it. Pillows were a joke, I've owned throw pillows that had more structured, and mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention the visible stains on the outer blankets on both beds. All in all, we would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, or ever stay here again. Lesson learned; you get what you pay for.

Great place for dogs. Very noisy rooms and can hear people just walking around room above. People above us were moving around in the middle of the night and woke us up.
Need to select room specifically stocked with kitchen items or your room will not have anything. No hand towel, just bath towel and wash cloth.
Staff is only available during select hours and then you have to work with remote staff at a kiosk.
Cheap and feels safe but nothing like staying at a main chain. Would stay again but only if I'm in a room that is not under another guest

The hotel room looked clean from just a Quick Look, but since I stayed multiple days I found the floor in the room to be sticky. It coated my socks in black gunk which was gross, and I found a thick, dark, hair in my bed that didn’t belong to me. The kiosk to check in was the worst, the guy on the other end disconnected about 10 times in the 2 minutes I spoke to him. I think the worst part of my stay was that the place reeked of weed. This could be because my room was right near the back entrance to the place, but it was so bad it was disruptive to my sleep and work.

This place is not a hotel is it an apartment building with lots of movement lots of people most seem to be migrants ( I don’t care what they are I’m just stating the fact ) building smells like food and dogs the key cards are absolute a*s we stopped by the kiosk at least twice a day to get new key cards , no live person after 5 pm , our room was FILTHY SO FREAKING DIRTY, I would post pictures if I could we had to wipe the floor down with a towel and at the end of it the whole thing was black when asked when do they clean they said every two weeks yuck , air vents full of dust no blow dryer no iron nothing this place is bare bones. Had I known how terrible I would of had no problem paying more to stay somewhere else , you’ve been warned and cautioned about this place enter at your own risk.

No electricity for 2 hours, no internet for the entire night. There was no manager on site, the number to reach the front deak didnt work and the kiosk wasnt working either. Also the people on the floor above us were loud until like 130 in the morning, but couldnt get help from the front desk since no one was there and the phone didnt work. Called their reaervation line and no one cpuld reach the general manager on their emergency line. I demand a full refund, thwre is no way im paying to be kept awake moat the night and to not have any help during a power emergency and no one to help with loud rude guests on the other floor above our room

I won't be staying here again as the kiosk was not working correctly also there was nobody at the front desk no coffee pots no hair dryers so basically no amenities that should be there whether you stay for an extended time or for one night or two and we only had two pillows for two people that were awfully thin and we asked for extra pillows and they only had one extra The property should possibly or should get more pillows for people as some people need to be elevated dude some health conditions FYI.

We ran out of clean towles and had to ask for another set next day at night and we couldnt get some due to no staff after 5:00 p.m, we couldn't shower that night \" a family of four\" elevator was not working also the second day , we were at the fourth level, that was not right. Im definitely not recomending this hotel to no one .

Checking in was off putting, the person that checked me in on Sept/18/25 was acting as he was tsa or something, asking me to take off my mask among other things I’ve never experienced, but I got through that…on Sept/30/25 approx. 0915 I went out to the grocery store and when I returned I couldn’t get into my room when I arrived at the the counter to activate my key I was hit with the rudest and nasty looking person I’ve ever encountered and I travel all over this country for work. she had red faux dreads and was just a disgusting person I wanted to speak with the other person that was working I thought he was intervening bc of her nasty attitude, she activated one key I told her I needed two but she literally started helping another guest behind me the guest themself said “just go ahead and finish taking care of her” I said yep that’s the way it usually works. On Sept/19/25 I actually extended but had I encountered this person I definitely wouldn’t have. I must say as long as I’ve stayed with Woodspring this is the only time I’ve experienced such behavior.

My husband was threatened by other guests while we were checking in. We did not feel safe staying there and we left. I would like a refund if that is possible.
The receptionist was very nice but we were going to a concert and would be back late at night and without ANY desk coverage (AFTER 5:00) to ensure our safety, we left.

We arrived around 6pm for our stay, which was apparently \"after hours\" for the front desk, so we had to be checked in on a kiosk that didn't really work. We got up to our room and it looked like someone stopped cleaning halfway through. There was hair all over the bathroom from the previous person, their shampoo and soap was still in the bathroom and not thrown away, food crumbs all the counter, and NO LINENS on either bed or pillows. We had to call an outsourced company for them to contact someone at the hotel about the linens. The on-call employee came within ten minutes and was very nice, but it was a ridiculous start to our stay. We also never heard from the GM like we were promised (shocker). The kitchenette also had no pots or pans to cook with, so the stove top seemed pointless to have. The hotel also had a weird pickle scent in the hallway on our floor that never went away. I definitely recommend not staying here for more than one night if you have to. It's basically just a place to sleep and wash up. Nothing more.

We do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The sink was left with food remains from the previous guest. The rims of the walls were dirty. Employees were not present for checking in or out. They were not friendly or accommodating either. When mentioned that we felt uncomfortable with the virtual check in, the virtual staff member said “I don’t know why you would be uncountable.” She negated any feeling that we had about our stay and comfort. We requested a pillow and they said they would provide it the next day instead of the day it was requested.

Our room keys deactivated several times (not near cell phones or other things that could deactivate them) when I went to the front desk multiple times they said it was because I was checking out that day (which I wasn’t) this was also 2-3 hours BEFORE the posted 11 am checkout. I can understand cards deactivating the doors at 11 am check out but not three hours prior. This coupled up with having to wait over 30 minutes PAST check in time while another room identical was ready but they didn’t put us there. The beds also made an AWFUL noise anytime you moved slightly. The rooms were clean as were the linens and kitchenette area. Probably wouldn’t stay here again tho because of the overall hassles of trying to get into my room but having to continuously go to the front desk (which is also closed from 5 pm to the next morning so I’m glad my keys worked after that)

check in SUCKED! Person is via camera. Couldn't understand what she was saying. Told her I couldn't understand her. Her responce was \"just sign it! I clicked, next.
There were 3-4 guys standing at the entrance smoking & drinking.........When we stepped onto the elevator, there was a guy who just stared at us. DID NOT FEEL SAFE !
Went into the room, and the the beds were not on a box spring; but on a flat bed board.
The floor in the bathroom looked as tho is had a discharge on it. 😠
Turned around and left !!!!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL AT ALL !!

Do not come here if you will arrive outside of their office hours. I called the day of to confirm that we could check in late (after 2am) and the front desk lady said we would be good. We had to use the kiosk, but their system was undergoing an audit and we were unable to check in immediately. This was after hours of driving and needing to just get a bed to sleep in. The kiosk had someone via zoom who told us to come back in 30 minutes but instead we stayed at the Tru hotel by Hilton next door (great service) and when we came by the next day, WoodSpring marked us as no shows and gave up our room. Thankfully, the front desk guy helped us get a full refund and we just stayed at the Hilton. Not a great experience but glad Expedia did right by us.

There may not be breakfast or coffee, but there is this amazing deli, literally a 30 second walk from the hotel, and not only that, there’s a Tim Horton and other foods in the shopping center right next door and they were amazing!
Bed was SUPER comfy, pillows were a little thin, but you can grab more. There’s a burner and cutting board and a microwave all in the room as well as their fridge. Will be booking again next time I’m up there!

Checking in was a nightmare because the front desk was closed and their check in kiosk didn’t work. We had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to open the front desk window back up and check us in.

After getting everything into our room we started hearing a dog barking constantly right across the hall…it wouldn’t shut up. I called the “front desk” extension but must have been connected with a corporate number. I asked if we could be moved to a different room that was quieter (the hotel wasn’t very full) and the foreign woman on the phone told me no because dogs are allowed at the hotel. I asked if she could call them to shut their noisy dog up and she said she would try.

The place was dirty, the hallways smelled like pickles and had garbage all over the floors. The dog barked half the night, sleeping was next to impossible. We won’t be going back to this property.

There was no receptionist on duty at night. We checked in through a machine. We got a room that appears was not ready to be occupied as it was not clean. We got two small pillows for two queen beds. Sticky floor, hair on the bathroom sink, no facial tissue, broken toilet paper holder, stained towel, dirty shower curtain, and not even a single clothes hanger, lol. Just glad the heater and toilet works, and beds are ok. 😳 The TV turns on but it just kept lagging. But the most annoying part was the loud noise above us (not sure what was going on! it was like someone was fixing something and/or running/walking back and forth.. it went on past midnight, noise woke me up again around 4am. Ugh!). This was our first stay at Woodspring Suites and not a good one, unfortunately.

When booking I thought there was dishes in the room it wasn’t false advertisement couldn’t even eat my food they didn’t have a fork. When to do laundry they have a laundry room they were all out of detergent…everything was horrible got up for work at 5am man was standing at the front door trying to get just an overall unpleasant experience. The check in was the WORST!!! You are not told that after 8pm you will need to use the kiosk. Great! The kiosk is horrible. We waited almost 30 minutes before someone would come on the kiosk to help! 30 minutes!! Asked to speak with the manager, she came on and was rude.When asked if she could check me in, she told me she was in her pajamas and was unable to assist. When I called the customer assist number to ask for help with checking in, the lady on the phone was focused on signing me up with a rewards account. Our heater didn’t work. Called for help. No help came. A chilly room it was. Would not recommend this stay!!! Absolutely NOT. Checked out well before checkout time!!

This was a first stay- I’ll start with what went wrong. The Hotels.com site & Woodspring site did not match on room type or availability, I learned. I called the hotel directly the day I booked thru Hotels.com to make sure I was getting the right style room.
I drove 5hrs to get there, only to find my reservation was NOT for the correct room type- & housekeeping was behind. Thank goodness for the gentleman at the desk, Cedric! With only an hour delay, he was able to pull it together with housekeeping & switching things up to get me the correct room! The only issue room-wise was the floor had several large areas of sticky spills- I had to mop it myself- but was otherwise was very clean & perfect for our needs. The room was more like a studio apartment than hotel room- it was great for our small holiday gathering. Other desk staff were very friendly & accommodating as well. It turned out to be an excellent stay, at a good price- I will book there again- but do it directly with the hotel. Things to note: there is a $100 deposit fee that Hotels.com does not disclose; the kitchenettes do not come stocked AT ALL- be prepared to bring everything you need if you will cook, including a coffee maker; Hotel is locked down like an apartment building & unstaffed between 8pm & 8am, so plan your activities accordingly. Again, Cedric went above & beyond to meet our needs!

You’ll get Better service at a hostel

upon arrival, there is no person working at the front desk after 4pm. You have to check yourself in and using a broken machine they have at the front door. The volume on that machine is super low so you cannot hear instructions and look at the screen at the same time.
My baby woke up sick in the middle of the night and threw up, but there’s no staff to bring you clean sheets so we had to sleep on a naked bed until the morning time. They do not bring you sheets or clean the floor in the room you have to bring your linen downstairs and then go redress the bed yourself.
There is a daytime attendant, but Good Luck trying to interrupt her never-ending smoke break… And when she’s not on her smoke break, she’s in the back room and cannot hear you calling her for assistance( There’s at bell at the front). I travel often and have stayed at many different places Generally, I’m super easy-going person however, this establishment was a huge disappointment. Is not centered around the customer experience or comfort whatsoever, I have received better customer service at hostels. I would not recommend anybody to stay here with family

We had a good stay at this property. I didn’t realize this was more of long term stay place vs an overnight trip kind of place. It was good none the less.

I had a short stay but, I really enjoyed my room. It was super clean and pretty quiet. I was able to get so very well needed rest. I would for sure stay here again.

Extend stay Hotels is not for me

This is not a regular hotel with iron, hairdryer, soap, and there was no ice machine or ice bucket. Beds was very good and if you love hearing people walking around over your head than this is your hotel. The remote for the TV had the power button missing, but the TV was very large.
It was clean room.

My reservation was cancelled once because nobody ever said ppl aren’t allowed to booking with third parties. I booked again through choice and it was cancelled AGAIN due to no vacancy. Why would the choice rep not be aware if this.??? To make matters worse there was no one at the front desk.!!!!!
