This resort was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was included, basic but lots. The pool was well maintained and large. All of the staff were very welcoming. Another big plus that needs to be mentioned: the white bus comes by every half an hour or so and for less than a dollar, it’ll take you to Sigatoka. You’ll need a pre paid card for this service so ask at the front desk. My husband and I were not aware of this so a woman on the bus paid for us and we gave her our change. Once we were in town, we got two cards there. We also went on two tours and both picked us up directly in front of the resort. Lastly, the room was spacious, the balcony large and the view of the ocean-wonderful.

The Lagilagi spa on site at Crow's Nest I cannot rate highly enough. Preity and her team were amazing and the massage service is the best!! Definitely a reason to stay at the resort and visit.
Overall Crow's Nest is a very quiet and relaxing resort and a greta place to switch off and chill.

I loved the staff, they were so friendly and helpful.

Accommodation was nice, basic, clean. The restaurant was awesome, you could have cocktails when they opened for breakfast if you wanted!

They cooked all day, and nothing was too hard.

I loved my stay there, not a lot of people around which i liked. I would consider going back again.

Facilities and condition of the room was appropriate for the price point. A little dated, but we’ll located and quiet. Friendly service, adequate onsite parking. Comfortable bed. Only downside was lack of wi-fi in the room, which was needed due to poor phone coverage in the area. Wi-fi was available in the restaurant.

Pros: Quiet, clean, peaceful resort. Well maintained if a bit dated. Pleasant gardens and lovely view of the shallow lagoon. Cosmopolitan restaurant good value. Helpful responsive staff ($20 to do a load of laundry and organise taxi and late check out). Lots of bars and restaurants a short walk. Spa closed but we used the masseurs on the beach
Cons: Quite hilly area with lots of steps. Long commute to and from the sights (which may be a positive if you want to stay only in the Sunset strip area which is not really suitable for swimming). We’d go back

The location was great with awesome views. Access to the restaurant / pool area may be challenging for older people with lots of stairs to climb. Pool area was only set up 1 day out of 7. Advertised spa / massage treatment was closed which was one of the reasons we booked. no Wi-Fi except at the bar. but that didn't work either. Some staff absolutely lovely, yet others not so much. after being there 4 days, one staff challenged us as to who were we and what were we doing there. Unpleasant. Unknown to us that this resort sponsor the Fiji Rugby team and they stay regularly. they checked in the day after us and every day there after we were woken up at 0500 with them heading off to training. making lots of noise etc. The gardeners shed was under our room where they stored tools, petrol and chemicals which we could smell. Room was only cleaned some days, not others, when it was it was always about 4.30pm in the afternoon, just when you are trying to relax and rest before dinner. Overall, quite an unpleasant stay.

Very clean and better than some of the big ones around the corner. I have stayed in many in Fiji but this one is worth more than it costs. Recommend anyone to stay at this place and will not regret. The Villas are bigger than the rooms you get in very expensive hotels in Fiji.

What a lovely place to stay. The view was amazing and the beach beside the resort was gorgeous, just perfect for snorkeling. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Our only suggestion is that the air con. in our villa needs updating. It took the edge off but was not quite up to the task.

This is our third trip to Crow’s Nest Resort. We love that it is a small resort not the hustle of the larger places. The property is well kept, clean just over the road from the beach and a short bus trip to Singatoka for shopping. Thanks again to the wonderful staff the girls in the front office are lovely and helpful. The restaurant staff Vinci , Casey, Lai, Vinata you are all so warm and welcoming. Ana housekeeping and the other girls your all the reason why we keep coming back. Vinaka to you all see you again.

Charming hotel

Delightful hotel with genuinely lovely welcoming staff. Spacious duplex room with Veranda on to gardens and just across road to beach with fast running tide inside reef with indifferent snorkelling. Hotel was extremely quiet, so charming staff had plenty of time for us but the food service was slow (Fiji time?) and a number of menu choices were not available and breakfast was very limited. Room had little kitchen area but no utensils. Ocean bar grill was a very good local restaurant. We had honour of being invited to an Indian wedding being hosted at the crows nest and we were made very welcome with excellent food. Good pool. In spite of its idiosyncrasies, we much preferred it to the fancy Outrigger hotel close by, which seemed full and expensive and less authentic.

Nice hotel let down by some noisy guests

The hotel was great- lovely pool area and friendly staff. The rom was a 2 level room built into the hillside with a bed on the lover level and seating area above which was decorated in a nautical style and rather quaint. The restaurant is outside and the furniture quite basic, but the food was great. Unfortunately there was a large group (20+) guests who took over the pool area and were extremely noisy drinking and yelling to a level more than just having fun. I guess this can happen anywhere but it did spoil the stay a little. Overall the experience was good.

Spider Webs in the room. Rude Staff. When informed the front office of huge spider web in bathroom, i was told that it might have just be formed because the housekeeping supervisor signed of saying room was clean. however the web must have been a few weeks old. additionally housekeeping had to come and clean room 3 times due to ants keep coming on the bed.

We could not get wifi in our rooms for the first 2 days, the pool was closed for 2 and a half days and there was loud major maintenance being done during our visit, including jack hammers, drills and more. The rooms include stairs and balconies which would have been very unsafe for small children. Communication was not satisfactory with staff (did not tell us our tour guide was waiting for us, causing us to miss out). They did not have a cot available for a few hours upon arrival which was requested. No water activities available (snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding).

my trip was great , manager was very nice and helpful, I am happy with the staff at the checking desk welcome drink was served unprofessionally, I was not able to check in early unless I pay $15.00 an hour which would have cost me $45.00 if the room was not ready I would understand but charge me to check in early and make money from guest is not right I am already giving u business not happy when I got of the flight 5am and drove over 2 hours to your hotel all I wanted to fresh up one more thing staff came over with me to the room and count all the appliances and had me sign it so that I don't take any

Most of the time there was no hot water in the room. Long and uphill work from car park to the room. No hotel assistance to carry the luggage on steep uphill path to room. Breakfast was poor and with limited choice. Was not worth AUD1,100 we paid for three nights.

Room was good for the price. Experience ruined by a party hosted at the hotel. Pool was fenced off for 3 days for private function, music absolutely blasting until 1am and barely any breakfast left because the place must have been overbooked.

Upon check in the hotel. The room was not clean.

At 10 pm i checked in at the hotel. The room counter and appliance was not clean. The security was my evidence and i took pictures and video. There were ants on the bed and bathroom. They coud not find another clean room for us. In the morning i went to the counter to change room. Once the changed my room the appliance was not clean. I had to call the housekeeping again. On check out, the mangaer was not even aware on what was happeing. The staff never breifed the manager.

Our second stay at Crows Nest it's a great place to stay, the staff are
fantastic., The resort is situated right opposite the beach not so great
for swimming but great for exploring but you need reef shoes,The pool is the place for a place to swim, The resort is only a 15 minute trip by the
local bus costing $1 each way.
A big thank you to Asha the General Manager and her wonderful staff.
The restaurant staff Vini,Sheena and the Chef's who made us a cake
on our Anniversary. The fantastic Jack a blind guitarist and singer that
entertains in the restaurant we enjoyed your repertoire especially the song you made up for our grandson welcoming him to Fiji.
The reception staff Cassey and Pia you all made our stay very special,
We can't wait to come again.

Great stay!

Quiet and cosy place along coral coast with close proximity to the beach. Food was alright, could do with a little more options and bed wise, it was too soft for me, especially in the middle as it sinks in. But overall it was a great and delightful stay with wonderful and friendly staff! BULA!

Nice and quiet place. They need to pay attention to smaller details like our room locks were loose and hanging, toilet paper holder was broken.

When you want to go to the beach you have to cross the road because its not contiguous to the hotel. (Nothing can be done about that but its just inconvenient)

The restaurant takes 3 flight of stairs to reach, might be hard for older folks.

The room service was poor, we ask the room service to change our towels the next day and we mention we like to wait for it. after 3 hrs still no towels so we call front office for it.

Clearly Welcoming, great presentation by Reception Hosts.

Amazing hosts, very polite friendly and helpful. Loved the short conversations with many of the hosts, thoroughly loved that we were in awe of our Villa, six steps from the lengthy swimming pool, directly creating and indoor outdoor atmosphere by stepping directly into the comfortable air conditioned restaurant, We loved every moment, We included a full breakfast in our package this is recommended.

We will definitely go back. The view is the BEST.

Amazing and welcoming staff

We stayed here to attend friends wedding at the outrigger and couldn't have been happier with our resort choice. great value! It was a Fantastic stay at the crows nest!!! The staff at the resort were very welcoming and made sure we were happy and well taken care of. The breakfast were delicious and the cocktails made by Vik and Vini were amazing- toso mai and sega na lega and the rest!

We stayed at Crow's Nest for 2 nights. The weather was not great but we enjoyed our stay. The staff here are fantastic, always friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night but they still managed to do dinner for us. The only problem we had was noisey neighbours but that was only one night.

Ideal location with great views.

Positive booking process and check in and out. Staff greatest asset, friendliness and great service. Looked after well in restaurant, (gluten free bread pancakes provided), tropical breakfast included, cleaners did a excellent job and reception, grounds and security staff were excellent. Location was spectacular and quiet road access. Next to lagoon and ocean great sunsets. Villas very clean and maintained. Villas not suitable for elderly due to series of stairs everywhere. Close access to Sigatoka town 8km) Negatives: TV/satellite service POOR, only two channels Rugby and Indian programs. News channel would have been better. One power point kitchenette needed extension lead for kettle. Shower pressure poor and hot /cold adjustment very difficult to control Poor lights illumination for reading.( 8w globes used without diffusers). Overall a comfortable 2 week stay.

We were given the Lux room which was incredible and had amazing views. The staff were very friendly specially Vinny. We will be back.

The hotel is along the sunset strip. You can watch the sunset with your Fiji gold during happy hours.

The hotel is also very accessible. You can take an express bus infront of Nadi international airport Departures to Coral Coast. You can also take a cab or arrange one from hotel. There are local buses that can take you to Sigatoka town for $1z

Overall, it was an amazing holiday in Fiji and a wonderful stay at Crows Nest.

The service was excellent

The location was wonderful, close to the beach.
Very quiet peaceful location. It was safe and security kept patrolling throughout the night. I felt so safe at all times.
The guest rooms and hotel dinning room overlooked the beach and clear blue ocean. We made a bonfire on the beach at night and took out beers down.
I would definately stay again at Crows Nest....

First time last year it was fantastic , so we booked this year again, They welcomed us like lost relatives , Wini, Casey , Bill Ashika all remembered us by our names.Everything was 100% except the weather , it rained all week. but we made the most of it.It was fun to swim in the pool when its rained, The food was excellent, not very dear, but tasty happy hr. beer cheap, We truly recommend this hotel . If God permit we would like to return next year again. Thanks CROWS NEST.

Very friendly staff at the bar and restaurant. Good options for dining and they have daily happy hour at the bar.
Downside was that we were not offered any help with the luggage by the staff who showed us the room, only 2 towels for 4 of us (had to request for 2 more and they just came back with 1) and no face towels, shampoo/conditioner & hairdryer in the bathroom.

A great place to relax

This is a great resort to relax for singles and families. A small resort that has been undergoing a reno, they have done
a great job. All you need, small kitchen so you can eat in which is good if you have children with you. We were able to relax in a safe place as we had a young grandson holidaying with us. A small resort with lots to offer.
Thanks to General Manager Asha Restaurant staff Vinni,Sala,Casey and chef Proneel you made our stay a holiday to remember Brooklyn can't wait to come back and see you all.

We weren't expected although we booked months ago but staff quickly got it sorted. Resort is undergoing a lot of updating which is needed. Our deluxe villa was dated but spacious & clean, great views from the deck. Did expect hand & face towel & a toaster for a s/c deluxe. Both were delivered. Meals ok, live music, all staff gave good service. Pool very clean.

The crows nest offers really well thought out spacious accommodation which was to a very high standard on a coral beach. There are several nearby restaurants and the hotel has its own. The pool was out of use but there was a nearby hotel with a pool we could use. All of the staff were very very friendly but they do need to step up a gear... Yes there is Fiji time but 45 mins for toast? Also the \"executive chef\" seemed to spend more time out front than ensuring his food was up to scratch (it was not and I would suggest avoiding the restaurant!). Rooms wonderful though.

Awesome views

Wonderful duplex villas scattered across a steep hill which provided awesome views over the ocean and reefs. Villa 17 - Calypso - was in a wonderful location in the complex. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Bedroom and bathroom on the upper level, with kitchenette and lounge (2 single beds, one of which we turned around so that it could be used as a sofa) on the lower level. Bathroom and kitchenette have recently been refurbished. Everything clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The most used space during our stay, when not too hot and we ventured out of our beautifully air-conditioned villa, was the balcony. Spent many hours relaxing, either reading or just taking in the view. Wonderful swimming pool was located on upper level next to newly developed restaurant and bar. Again, great views. Enjoyable and filling continental breakfast included. Good choice for lunch or evening meals. However the best and most memorable thing was the wonderful, friendly and attentive staff who enhanced our overall holiday experience. We were very sad to leave them.

Falls short of expectations - Not a 4 star

Shower did not have hot water, svn after telling the desk. Management acknowledged they were working on putting in a second pump.
Air-con was insufficient for room size. Management said global warming has made the a/c capicity in sufficient and they are in the process of improving a/c but have not upgraded all units yet. Breakfast staff were friendly and excellent employees. View was great. Room is spacious. Kitchenette was not well stocked. Took three requests to get pool towels. Management apologized but did nothing to satisfy our displeasure.
