Rooms noisy with noise from other rooms through ventilation ducts and from stairwell area.
Only decaf in both of our rooms, and really no service off hours.
Decent shower.
Rooms on small end despite the price.
Wonderful location.
So-so hotel.

This hotel is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Marbella! It has a rooftop terrace that is great for a sunset drink!
The room was compact but had all that we needed.

The breakfast buffet was a bit confusing…it would be better to increase the price slightly so the guest doesn’t feel like they’re being “nickel and dimed.” Boiled eggs were on the buffet, but if you wanted scrambled, it was a €3.00 surcharge. An additional cappuccino was also a charge.
There was a safe in the room, but it was not bolted down…not sure what the point was.

The hotel is in the heart of the old town which is perfect for being close to some really great bars and restaurants. It also has its own roof terrace which is a nice place to relax or have a drink before heading out for the evening.

Staff were really helpful and when checking out we were able to leave luggage with them as our flight wasn’t for a few hours.

Breakfast was included each morning and it was excellent in terms of choice and quality.

Some reviews say rooms are small but for a boutique hotel we found them perfectly fine with no issues as a couple staying for 3 nights.

Would highly recommend if you’re after a great value hotel for a couples break

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was amazing. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was the AC was not as strong as we would have liked but we were also there in the middle of a very high heat wave not really the fault of the hotel.

Really lovely stay at Linda Boutique Hotel! The location is fantastic with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from nearby and just a 10 mins walk to the beach. The hotel itself is really cute and clean, and the staff are all really lovely and friendly. The free croissant with jam and coffee in the morning is a nice touch! The only thing our room was lacking was a window facing outside, as our window only faced the internal courtyard, so we couldn’t really open the blinds. The hotel has a very cute roof terrace too! Such a lovely first time in Marbella, would highly recommend this hotel for young couples as there is no lift in the hotel 😊

Nice hotel in historic center

A small hotel in the historic city center, the small pedestrian street outside is empty during the day, and a major dining area at night. Nice staff, with free croissant and café in the morning. No elevator, and shower inevitably floods bathroom floor.

Very lovely property in Marbella Old Town, with easy access to all the amenities of Marbella while feeling like a bit of an oasis to retreat to. We appreciated the rooftop terrace as a spot to recharge at along with the small balconies that we drank our morning in-room coffee on. Very friendly and helpful staff round out a really pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay; there was a small smell in the bathroom/plumbing system but the hotel is updated so nicely and we had the biggest double suite available. We would definetely return again and were happy we stayed in center of town versus along the beach.

Staff was so friendly, hotel was immaculate and the cutest building decorated with flowers. Just a note that if you take an uber here they can’t drop you at the door as it’s on a beautiful narrow street so be prepared to haul your luggage uphill

Picturesque, Quaint and Beautiful!

The setting was gorgeous! Everyone stopped to take pictures of the beautiful flowering vine draping onthe front of the hotel. A short distance from the beach with plenty of shopping and restaraunts along the way. Tapas, paella, sangria and other delicious spanish fare await you. The front desk was extremely courteous and helpful, especially in securing our tickets for the bullet train. Make sure to treat yourself to this experience. \"Linda means beautiful\" and it definitely lived up to it's name.

An amazing stay in Marbella in the Linda hotel! The staff was so attentive, Pilar was excellent, answering all our questions! The gentleman working in am gave me guidance for booking train to Barcelona and a taxi to Malaga train station! The food was excellent and such a nice presentation! The location was perfect walking everywhere! Our bedroom suite was so special w 2 balconies!!!

Room had no windows, breakfast poor for veggie.

Room had no* windows and this wasn’t advertised. While technically there was a full height window looking into the internal courtyard. This had a blind you needed to keep permanently closed - as anyone going up and down the stairs can see directly into all of the room.
The breakfast option was either sweet or toast with cheese and ham. As a vegetarian, when I asked for ham to not be added they needed to check there would not be a charge for this.
And it was removed from my partner breakfast too despite her having for the ham (she is not veggie)
Generally the hotel came across as very stingy. Constantly telling people lots of things are not included even if you didn’t ask to use them. Indeed There was we a price list in the hotel for stealing things, it just missed its mark for creating a welcoming feeling and came across as petty and tight.

Don’t take ground floor room! Without any access to window so very dark, very noisy in the night and morning. I asked prior to arrival for a quiet room and I was told “ we can’t guarantee “… for sure they can’t and they know… than you for this stay wasted by this lack of precision ….

A beautiful little boutique hotel . The two reception staff were fabulous couldn’t do enough for you! We chose a deluxe double I didn’t find the air conditioning that great and had to ask for a fan. There was no window out into the st only into a courtyard which didn’t allow any air or view I wish I had read the description better. But the room was lovely clean and comfortable. We had free breakfast every morning . The hotel is on a perfect location for the old town which I charming and only a short stroll from the e beach! This hotel does lovely food but only serves until 1.30 which is such a shame as the information in the room says they serve all day. The room terrace is lovely a jacuzzi would have been a great addition . Overall I would still give this hotel an excellent review

We live in Spain and often visit old town Marbella for lunch or dinner. On this occasion it was dinner so chose Linda BH because it looked beautiful from outside in an excellent location - we found it was equally beautiful inside, with warm friendly staff and lovely rooms and amenities.

Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers.

Hotel prices for hostel quality

Hotel has an excellent location in the old town of Marbella and the decor in the communal areas is nicely done. Even though we booked a balcony suite, the room was very small and had the feeling and quality of a hostel rather than a hotel, which we were disappointed at. On arrival, a price list is laid on the bed showing the replacement cost of items from the room, should you steal them which we thought was odd and unwelcoming. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable we had ever slept on - There was bump down the middle between us and deep dips where we slept. It was clear the mattress was old and / or of poor quality and we could see that the hotel had tried to remedy this by placing an IKEA mattress topper on it, but this has no effect. On one of the days we asked for our room to be cleaned, new towels were provided, but the bed was not made. There were splatter marks over the wall above the couch from previous guests which had not been cleaned away. There is no wardrobe, just a railing with a few hangers, so I had to lay most of my clothes out on the couch. The shower had good power however, the holder for the non-rainfall shower head was missing, so it had to be used by hand instead. If the mattress situation was resolved, I'd rate this an adequate low to mid-range hotel, but even then it would be punching above its weight with the prices it charges... Certainly not with the money and we will avoid in future.

My experience staying at Linda was on the whole a good one . The staff were courteous and helpful and the quality of the cleaning in my room was excellent. Lovely bedding and pillows too. The only thing was that the air vent seemed to be connected another bathroom somewhere and when their fan was on and able to hear what was happening it was quite intrusive and early too !
On the other hand the terrace was pretty and The breakfast selection was excellent and on the whole I would recommend this lovely little hotel .

It was wonderful. The staff is amazing, the location perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. The AC doesn't work great but luckily it wasn't really hot during our stay. Nice made to order breakfast. If you arrive be car, there is no parking at the property because it is literally in the centre of the old town, but they do have a public parkade within an easy five minute walk.

Lovely stay for the start of our honeymoon, very well decorated hotel with amazing toiletries! Located in the old town, just out of the hustle and bustle meaning a quiet night sleep! Comfy bed and beautiful decor, we were on the top floor beside the rooftop bar. Only comment is that the aircon wasn't very cold.

It got off to a bad start. After a flight delay we arrived at the hotel very late. It was a shock to find that the front door was locked. We could not gain access.
There was an external plaque indicating emergency contact numbers. We telephoned repeatedly. No-one answered.
Luckily, two guests arrived and let us into the foyer. Inside we found an alternative phone number. This time we succeeded in speaking to a manager. It turned out that our room key had been placed in an external safe box by the front door.
After much stress, we were able to access our room. But all this inconvenience could have been avoided.
Annoyingly, I had sent the hotel management two messages via my Expedia account explaining that we expected to arrive late. The messages were not responded to.
Once I connected my phone to the hotel internet, I found that they had sent me a late message about the routine closure of Reception at 10PM. But we were on the plane at this point.
On discussing the issue with Reception the next day, they said the hotel's Expedia page indicated the time that Reception would close. But frankly, this is in the small print. At no stage ahead of our arrival were we asked at what time would we be arriving. Or for that matter, there was no mention of the locking of the front door in the automated communications we received from the hotel. This was a real lapse.
The front desk staff compensated us with a free breakfast. They were great. But the management need to improve procedures.

Idyllic boutique hotel in the old town

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel. The room was stunning and bed incredibly comfy. I visited in December and the decorations and ambience were second to none - a real winter paradise! Service was great and felt very personal. Loved the touch of a Christmas card and chocs in the room! The balcony was small but perfect for relaxing with a book and people watching. I very much hope to return!

Very friendly staff. Had a lovely breakfast, but opened at 9am, which is the case for all places in Marbella. Not really a problem, but was for me as I had a meeting at 10am, so managed to eat my breakfast quickly. If no meeting it would have been a relaxed breakfast. However not disappointed. They have a small roof terrace to relax and enjoy some drinks. I went off peak in mid November, so not sure what it is like at peak period.
The hotel is immaculate and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

IT could have been better

We were given ground floor room,3 meters from the reception, 1 meter from the main stairs to the rest of the rooms in the boutique and one top that the room is really was for a disabled person room., Nothing was mentioned in your website about this ...... £131.0 cost for this room.
And there were no other rooms available ...
I am an executive member of Hotels.com and this is very good reward to get from you.

The location is good, staff friendly and the place was NEW and very clean .
