This is a solid option for a good night's sleep in a clean, friendly hotel near the highway. You're not going to be spending a week here, but you will definitely leave refreshed and ready for the next day's drive.

The staff was nice and helpful. The phone in my room didn't work, nor did the desk lamp, and the window was slightly ajar, which meant the entire room was freezing when I first arrived.

The property was well located near the highway. First impression was very disappointing. The place is rundown and shabby. I didn’t want to stay there but I had booked for four days and it was to late to cancel. The place is in need of a major redo. There is no elevator and we had to carry our heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. (We are seniors). The hallway is totally dark no light comes on until you are half way down the hall. The flours have very worn carpeting and there is a musty smell. The room was clean but I did not have a hair dryer. I asked for one at the desk and they said they only have a few and they lend them out. I asked each day and did not get one till my last day. The worst part were the towels. We received towels two days in a row that had large black stains all over them that they couldn’t wash out. We had a king size bed and were given only two small lumpy pillows. When we asked for two more we only got one more they did not have any extras. The majority of the guests seems to be workmen and stay during the week only. So the breakfasts were surprisingly good until the weekend. On Sunday they no longer offered fruit and there was very little bread. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff lovely. Small but nice beer garden. Rooms plain but clean and functional. However not really suitable for a wheelchair user. No ramps and not able to access bathroom safely. Economy price and you certainly get what you pay for. 16 miles from centre and no shops other than a KFC and Subway to eat at. If I wasn’t a wheelchair user though I would be happy to return to use this hotel as my base and in fact we did extend our stay to two nights

Hotel in Heerlen
Stayed here for an event in Heerlen. This location was about a 45 minute walk to the main City Center / Shopping / Theatre area, which was where my event was. Otherwise, it's a 10 minute walk to the bus stop which will take you to the city center. Do not expect much around the hotel itself, it's kind of off the beaten path in its own area, but during the 45-minute walk to the city you will encounter an Ikea, KFC, Subway Sandwiches, and a lot of furniture / home improvement stores.

Nice hotel in walking distance to train station
I chose this hotel because it is only a few minutes away from where my friend lives. It is a dated hotel with no air condition but a fan. Instead of the electronic card keys, their key is a regular key with a big metal attached. Not convenient to carry around with small purse. As for the shower, there's only a shower curtain with no tub so water splashed to the floor, I had to lay towels down to clean up my mess. Other than the above, the hotel is decent if you don't have a high expectation. There are free bottled water from the hotel. It is very close to the highway but is safe and quiet. They lock the door to the hotel after 10pm or 11pm? There were a few times I got back late and I just have to ring the bell and a staff will make sure you are one of their client before letting you in. The staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. I went to London for 3 days and had my Do Not Disturb sign on my door. The next day I was at the hotel, a staff locked on my door to make sure I am ok and if I need any towels. And when i check out, there are free bottled water for me to take along with on my way to the airport. I definitely will go back if I'm going to visit my friend again in the future.

For the price, the hotel was fine. Rooms are twin beds and the shower is about as small as you can possibly be. It's a traditional old style European hotel room. Internet connection was excellent. Overall, a good place for a 1 or 2 night stay over.

The restaurant is poor, and the neighborhood is principally retail parks, so the is very little choice of where to eat.

I only stayed the one night but found the staff very friendly helpful and spoke good English. Room was also very clean and a good size, bed very comfortable and every thing cleaned to a high standard.The only small downsize was the breakfast as there was not a large choice but was was available was ample. If using this hotel be aware that if you are travelling by train you might need to take a Taxi from the station as it is a good walk away.

Average hotel with a reasonable breakfast to be paid separately. A little too expensive for the quality. Dinner menu average but decent. All in all agood hotel or an overnight stay but not for a extended period.

I have stayed there 2 times now and am very happy with everything that this hotel offers. Friendly staff greet you on arrival and are very pleasant when you walk through reception. The rooms are very comfortable and the catering is very good to. The hotel has it's own bar and everything is there that you could wish for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to going back time and time again

If you are visiting Maastricht During TEFAF, this is an affordable alternative to the hotels downtown. Inexpensive, it is clean and efficient. Parking is free but no shuttles. Biggest schnitzel around for the best price and good too!!!

Het hotel is wat gedateerd met verouderde meubels sanitair en beschadigde muren. Prima bed en prima bediening

Overal lag modder binnen van grote groepen mountainbikers die er ook verbleven en zich gewoon in de lobby aan het omkleden waren. De modder lag ook in de ruimtes waar de kamers waren. Tevens is alles een beetje gedateerd en zou een beetje onderhoud geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Directe omgeving van het hotel was niet erg inspirerend: wegen rondom, industrieterrein, maar van het verkeer hadden we geen last. Het was rustig. Al die wegen maakten het hotel wel gemakkelijk bereikbaar, zolang je per auto bent tenminste. Van bereikbaarheid met ov hebben geen ervaring.

Prima verblijf gehad. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer was schoon en netjes. Qua prijs- en kwaliteitsverhouding is het in orde. Er was een dag dat het niet mogelijk was om te dineren omdat er geen kok was. Niet echt een probleem, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. De kamers zijn wel heel gehorig.
