Prima ontbijt. Van alles wat. Badkamer prima. Lekkere bedden. Door personeel tekort lang moeten wachten op diner in het restaurant. Wij hadden er geen moeite mee maar veel gasten klaagden hierover. De lift was kapot dus moesten we via de heel smalle trap naar de 3e verdieping. Er verbleven veel ouderen in het hotel die slecht ter been waren dus die hadden wel een probleem. Verder kon je lekker buiten zitten om te eten of wat te drinken. De bediening deed hij best.

The building looked fine outside but inside it was not what we expected, sloppy renovation, not properly clean, our room smelled mouldy, and the bathroom was a plastic cubicle.
Service, however, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A couple of items were missing in the room but they were delivered quickly. Also, allergy free options were made available at breakfast upon request. The elderly gentleman serving the breakfast was super friendly and organised alternative products quickly and with care.

We zijn erg geschrokken van de armoedige staat van de accommodatie. Kleine donkere kamer (hoezo spacious room) met afgebladderde deuren en plafond in badkamer. De badkamer zou in 1970 al gedateerd zijn geweest. Super klein en vreselijke gele tegels. De vloerbedekking krijgt een compliment als we die vies noemen. Het was erger, bah!!!

De badkamer is oud en vergaan, het verf bladderde af, er zit schimmel aan het plafond, er zijn stukken van de deur af. Op gordijnen zitten allemaal vlekken en zijn te vies om aan te pakken. Ook de muren zijn smutzig, Het matras zakte helemaal door waardoor ik in een soort van gat lag. De muren zijn heel dun waardoor je alles hoort wat de buren zeggen en doen. En de gangen zitten de stofvlokken aan het plafond.

De inrichting van het pand is verouderd en de kamer en badkamer zijn klein. Echter wel schoon. Het hotel ligt in een schitterende omgeving met het centrum van Maastricht binnen 15 minuten en Valkenburg in 10 minuten. Op 200 meter van het hotel begint het natuurgebied Ingendael. Het personeel is deels onervaren maar wel zeer vriendelijk. Overall was het een fijn verblijf.

Lift kan na 10 uur niet meer gebruikt worden. Kortom zeker niet Fletcher waardig en dus veel te duur. Je denkt dat de boel failliet is en snel gaat sluiten. Als je de reclames mag geloven kom je in een paradijs. Nou nee dus.
