Desk clerk was courteous, the room was somewhat clean. The toilet tank had splashes of a red substance on it and there was a forgotten cigarette butt left on the back of the head board (there weren'tany non-smoking rooms left). The parking is tight, Otherwise for a last minute place to stay, it wasn't too bad.

I’m typically not picking about rooms and hotels. I just need the small minimums. Bed, TV, bathroom with a shower. Well it had a bed. The tv (or WiFi) went in and out the entire time and had no basic cable to fill the dead space. Tried connecting my phone to the tv, no shot. Ok well at least I had my phone. The shower was fine but the establishment didn’t provide towels. Which I found strange. Had a shower with shampoo and body wash but offered no towels. Maybe I missed that in the reservation. It’s an ok stay if you just plan for a quick stay and moving on. Wouldn’t stay for more than a day 2 max.

Room with no smoke detector, looked like it had been ripped out. Was told it was a non-smoking room and when I opened the door I was met with the immediate odor of cigarettes.
The shower looked like it wasn't cleaned in months.

Our nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, the ice bucket was filthy, dirty and covered with either ash or mold and hair. The walls and ceiling had stains, bathroom shower needs a good cleaning in corners, floors were also unswept/mopped. Two flat sheets per bed as covering, only 2 towels for 4 guests.

The room was not cleaned until the fifth day. The bed was very comfortable except is was too high. It was on a platform. I had to use a chair to get into it and I am 5'7\". It was an accessible room so I don't know how they expect the disabled to get into the bed. I use a cane and it was nearly impossible. Also the towels were very small.

Staff is friendly. Room was not ready for 40 min. No bath towels in the room had to request.

The main issue was the WiFi signal was weak so could not sign on to WiFi. Took laptop to front desk and WiFi logged in with no issues. Got back to the room , WiFi dropped. Used personal hotspot.

Disgusting rooms. Rooms smell horrible, stains on all couches and chairs. Floors were filthy with dirt/mud/ stains, they never clean them, we wore shoes the entire time inside.
From hookers standing outside, to the numerous sketchy people showing up to random rooms this place was sketch.
The only positive was front desk always smells like butter chicken, & friendly staff.

I can’t speak for all the rooms except the room that I was in. The room that I was in was on the dirty side. The bottom of the shower doors had black filth. There is no place to put your stuff in the shower except the floor. The sheets had stains on them and it appeared that the comforter was not washed. It’s unfortunate because it looks nice on the surface but once you get in the stuff starts popping out at you. Also, there were a lot of shady people coming and going.

The room did not have a blanket on the bed . Upon entering the room it had a very strong order of bleach and pine sol. The smell was so strong our heads hurt and we had to have the door and a window open. We were grateful we were able to open a window

It was cool got the king bed romantic suite…could’ve been cleaner. When I turned on the water for the jetted tub the faucet literally came off with the water pressure. Some of the lights didn’t work, the heater didn’t heat up the room at all. Overall okay experience.

Receptionist was not at the desk I waited a long time mind you I drove from Las Vegas. I called the number and told them I was waiting. The internet reception was bad and the tv wasn’t working I couldn’t watch the game. Limited parking. Also the housekeeper told me not to dirty the towels I told her I wouldn’t have to if the floors were clean to begin with.

The floors we're filthy. We stayed for four nights and for three nights we complained that the room was not cleaned, each time they said they would clean it and they never did. The sheets were never changed. We have to continue going down to the main office to ask for new towels. The TV doesn't work, the internet barely works. The phone to connect from the office from the hotel didn't work, and three times over they said they would come and fix it, but never did. The couch looked like someone had died on it, absolutely filthy and full of stains. We asked for a blanket to put over the couch so that we can sit on it. We found cockroaches inside the couch and all over the room on our last night there. Please don't stay here. The only thing positive I have to say about this place is that there's an extra parking lot in the back. I could barely sleep on my last night here. Terrible experience

The property was easy to get to, easy check in, and easy to find our room. Really liked that they came in to empty out trashcans daily. However, the bedsheets were stained, there were roaches that would come out in the restroom, barely any water in shower, dirty/dusty A/C unit, and our room reeked of cigarette smell, despite requesting a non-smoking room. Forget, trying to sleep well, with the constant noise from outside cars and people. Also, they definitely do not have enough parking, once we were even told to just park our car in the alley. Wifi? They advertise having some but you are never able to connect and when they help you connect it disconnects a couple seconds later. Would not book again.

We chose this hotel after reading reviews and thinking it was the best option in the area, but unfortunately, it was nothing like what was promised.

The first room we were given was awful sheets had stains, the pillowcases and blankets had holes, and the entire room smelled like cigarettes. After traveling for nearly 8 hours, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I went to the front desk to request a new room, but the second room was even worse. It had the same issues plus mold around the bathtub and edges of the bathroom. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Yes, the hotel has been “renovated,” but clearly the cleaning and upkeep are completely neglected. During our stay, housekeeping never came to clean our room we had to go out of our way to ask for fresh towels every single day.

We felt stuck because everything else nearby was way more expensive, but this experience completely ruined our trip. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Do not stay here. The bedding was stained and the floors are not properly cleaned. When asked to be cleaned it was never done. Photos attached are the floor before “cleaning” and the towel is from after supposedly being cleaned. Not even the lobby was cleaned.

If we come to a hotel we are expecting them to take full responsibility to ensure an enjoyable and clean experience. Until they learn to take responsibility for what goes on in their property, they are not recommended.

When we arrived at 4:00pm and they told us to wait to enter our room because they were cleaning the room. When we enter the room there was a strong odor of bleach. Later when my wife was taking a shower the drain was overflowing and was just nasty having the water overflowing. When I made a complaint, they told me they will fix it the following day, but instead they bother us by calling us in the middle of the night to enter the room to fix the drainage issue. The hotel policies said that there was supposed to be housekeeping everyday, but when we there they said it will be every other day instead. The flooring was so dirty it made our feet look like charcoal. That is the reason why we left the hotel one day early. To many bad things in this hotel. Don't recommend.

Terrible service! Their house keeping wouldnt knock on all doors and when they missed us i went to the front desk to ask for our necessities like towels and she would get annoyed and tell me i need to do it when housekeeping comes around and there were time when i did ask housekeeping but they would forget and the front desk lady would still have an attitude about DOING HER JOB. The place is very nice but i would never stay here again due to front desk attitude

The bed sheets had yellow stains along with the pillows. When i arrived the pillows did not have pillow cases and one pillow was almost completely yellow with stains. I was also missing a shower towel. i didn't realized the shower towel was missing until late that night when I went to take a shower. The staff had already gone home and the office was locked. I tried phoning them with no luck. The room itself was nice and clean but unfortunately i have to leave a bad review due to the other issues.

Maintain and Clean the rooms. Only one garbage can in the entire 3 bed room. Cleaners forgot to clean the room a couple times during our stay.
Mold and mildew and grime in the shower. Very unhygienic.

Homeless people in the parking lot. Rusted ice dispenser. No coffee no kettle. Negligible customer service. Unapologetic to being horrible.

When twice we complained that the housekeeping hadn’t cleaned the room, they didn’t even acknowledge that, pretended to talk to The cleaners but did not even offer to send anybody to remove the trash, provide fresh towels

Found a long black hair in the shower/tub. I and my friend both have short gray hair. Had to ask for towels. They were not in the room. Staff member stated she did not understand English. Surprised her when i repeated my request in Spanish. Im not staying there ever again. Parking my car was ridiculous to maneuver in the tight parking area

I was thankful to be able to find a room last minute. When i got to the desk the lady was friendly but didnt speak up and never stood to greet you so it was hard to understand her. She handed me my key i got to my room and immediately noticed the sheets were not changed. There were red and yellow stains, pillow cases were wrinkled and stained. I went to the desk again. No apology was offered. She gave me another room and asked if i used the room! As if she was just going to offer a dirty room to the next person. I got to the second room, again sheets were not changed pillow cases had makeup on them. I found the floor around the table was sticky and had a Popsicle stick on the floor, broken lady razor in the shower hairs all over shower wall and bathroom door, freezer was so full of ice nothing would fit there, remote had no battery cover, shower took 10 minutes to get hot, looked to be dried flowers in the a/c unit, and the ice machince outside was disgusting. On top of that the parking was very tight.

I get what I paid for..

Rooms ok like newly upgraded... beds like sleeping in tin cans noisy. Restroom shower clogged and waited 15 min for warm water. Freezer did not cool beds were not made just dropped towels wow ... parking so packed cars parked behind other cars squeezing out inching by parked cars...oh Hookers walking around the Hotel . Only thing the price was resonable.

Went hoping for an easy hotel for our trip, but instead we got a literal hotel from hell. Our bed sheets had hair on them and were dirty. We found roaches in our room. Luckily we didn’t need a smoke alarm because if we did ours was wide open and held no batteries. One time we heard people fighting in the room next to us and we called the lobby for the hotel because we were genuinely terrified for them to not do anything about it and for us to attempt, yet fail to find another place to stay. While the prices might seem cheaper than most places I would spend the extra dollars to stay else where.

The floor was not clean, I would not stay again. Parking was terrible on lot and “extra” parking lot. Tv/remote didn’t work. Only thing worth the stay was Mugs Cafe close by.

The room looks nice. However, the bed, pillows, towels were SO SO DIRTY. There was no more toilet paper, and when I asked, they only gave us 1 roll. BAD SERVICE.
The room above made noise every night that we couldn’t sleep at all. We already notified the staffs and NOTHING CHANGED.
I really wish I have a refund back. NEVER GO BACK THERE.
