Close to a grocery store. The kitchen was poorly set up. No cups, dishwasher pods or soap.

The property itself is very nice but the room accommodations were lacking. To start the sheets and bedding were dirty and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. There are limited pots and pans and the remote didn't work, so I ended up downloading a remote app to operate the TV. I informed the New Inn staff, which is completely remote but all they did was send me new batteries after I explained the remote wasn't working and had nothing to do with the batteries. When you communicate with them they give very general answers which in most cases wasn't pertaining to the inquiries. I requested a late check out and housekeeping still showed up and told me \"no\" at which point I had to translate the very generic response I received from the new inn staff. They don't provide paper towels or trash bags and only provided only two rolls of toilet paper, which I also ended up having to purchase. If you book this hotel please be advised they only provide the bar minimum and are slow to respond to inquiries. When I arrived I was at the airport awaiting a response for check in instructions for over an hour.

I came at the residence estimated 14.00. I got my keys at 16.30. When I came in the room at 18.00 it was a complete disaster. The room was messed up and there were maintenance there to repair the bed. I called the place because there was no reception downstairs so that was one hell of a job.
They told me that they forget that there was a maintenance repair today and they didn’t arrange it on time. They said without any pardon that they would return my money and that there where no any rooms left.
I haven’t received any mail yet with the cancellation of my booking or any evidence of the refund.

I was really surprised when the security guard refused to allow me to enter to the lobby to complete my check in as the hotel was out of staff at reception… I was left with no option just to sit on the street pathway to call the support team !!!! Security guard must be trained how to treat the customers in more respectful and professional way

I like this property for being clean, with a few nice amenities; however it was far from some of the tourist attractions and Grand Bazaar. The concierge desk was helpful, but our check-in wasn't a smooth one with a couple of hours delay to get our apartment ready which should've been ready by 3pm and it wasn't ready by 5:30. There was a trash left over in the apartment and the bed cover wasn't replaced. The bed sheet had a nasty stain on it and we had to request to get it replaced which was finely replaced the next day. Another issue with this and surrounding properties which are located outside of the city, it takes time to request a taxi and there is no metro near the property. Thank you!

It is clean, quite relaxing place for family. Spend eight nights with family the atmosphere was great with a helpful front team. Zahoor, Mustapha and Kamal are always there to help you whenever you need help 24 /7. The place is quite far from most touristic attraction site and no restaurant around but cheap taxis ranging between € 10-15 are available and the front desk can help you get one. If you are looking for quite relaxing place then you won’t regret Grand Residence. What is guaranteed is Zahoor, Mustapha and Kamal will be on your side all the time because of them Grand residence will be my second home. To the management of the Grand residence take care of those gentlemen as they are the face of your business. Thanks you for your service and see you again in near future In Sha Allah.

Grand residence is probably one of the cleanest and most beautiful hotels/ apartments I have ever stayed.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for us, and it’s more ideal for those who have their own transport. However the bus stop is just opposite the hotel for public transport.
The residence does not have their own restaurant. If you need food, you have to order a delivery, drive about 5 minutes to buy food, or go to the supermarket opposite the residence to shop and cook for yourself inside the apartment.
Things to improve:
1- when we arrived the internet in our apartment was not working. I informed the receptionist, Mustapha, he gave us access to the other vacant apartment’s internet, and told me that he was going to report the issue to get it sorted.
However, it was not sorted out until the third night of our stay, and only after I made multiple calls.
2- the toilet sit lid was broken, when we get to the apartment and we had to wait until the next day for a new sit to be installed. This could have been fixed before we check in.
Despite those few things, I loved my stay at the residence, I felt very safe and everywhere I needed to go is not more than 25 minutes drive away from the hotel, including the airport.
The place is super clean and very safe with spacious rooms with private fibre internet for each individual apartment.

My stay was great. The place is clean and vey spacious. Open area with fresh air and a very good view regardless of which side the apartment is on. The place is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There’s a small supermarket, bakery, barber shop and coffee shop within two minutes of walking. I had rented a car so the distance between the city i.e The grand bazaar and these apartments is about 30 minutes not bad at all! The hotel staff were very helpful and speak multiple languages aside from Turkish. English, Arabic and Urdu. Check-in/check out was very easy. Mr. Zahoor made our stay very pleasant. He was extremely helpful, polite and super professional. Also, Mr. Mustafa was helpful and attended to everyone request we made immediately. I will stay here again.
