Generally, the room was fine. The AC had been left off for a long time, so the room smelled very stale when I first came in. The motel was fully booked; two pickups with flatbed trailers AND a semi truck with a trailer occupied many parking spaces, leaving us nowhere to park. A wild group staying in the room next to mine was loud all night. I felt a couple of heavy stomps, and someone must have jumped onto the bed enough to shake the wall at 3:30 AM. The pillows were not great. Too weary, I skipped their limited breakfast and left early at 7 AM. When I got home, I went to bed early to catch up.

1. the sink faucet doesn't have proper pressure control. It sprays us frequently
2. The bath tub faucet can detached from the wall
3. When the toilet is flushed, you must open the lid and manually refill the water
4. The room phone isn't connected, so you can't call the front desk
5. The air conditioning is broken. It makes A LOT of noise but no air comes through. There's also mold on the vents!
6. It stinks of urine at all times!!
7. An appropriate amount of towels was NOT provided until asked
8. There is only 1 lamp in the room, forcing us to leave the toilet light on constantly to have enough light
9. The fan in the bathroom doesn't filter out the steam when showering so we had to have the toilet door fully opened to see anything
10. There were holes in the bedsheets + useless pillows that barely support your head
11. The mini fridge stays roughly room temp at all times

It was our second time staying here. The first time wasn't great either, but this time was worse.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul despite its outside appearance. Don't treat your guests like this! I will NOT give this place a third chance.

First off the hotel is not ADA compliant had no elevator and if you had a first floor room you had to go down a flight of stairs. They had me on the 3rd floor and I had just had knee surgery and I asked them are you not Ada compliant, they had no idea what I was talking about. The free breakfast was toast and cereal. It looked like they converted two old rooms for the dining area. The sink in the bathroom in my room trickled at best. We had to use the tub water to wash hands and brush teeth. The mini fridge froze everything we brought. The safe in the room did not work.

When I arrived, the parking was not bad but it wasn’t good either. Staff were friendly enough. Room was poor. Tears in the carpet, torn up drywall, a/c worked if you pressed reset and poorly lit. Walked down stairs to breakfast and there was COCKROACH crawling on the wall! Breakfast was horrible. Talk about slim pickings. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, bananas and juice. At least have something with protein! Fire alarm system looked like it was from the mid 70’s. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning.

Bedroom window wouldn't lock, good thing we were on the 3rd floor. The extra chair had rips in it, one of the lamps flickered and wouldn't stay on. Bed was awful - very firm. Shower head was rusted. Holes in the wall by the window that were poorly patched. I was charged a $75 incidental fee at check in by the employee working instead of only charging if needed. This was a 2 star hotel not 3.5 star as rated.

The room was so dirty. It had obviously not been cleaned. There was a dirty towel hanging on the door. There was dust and grime on just about everything. Stains on the sheets. Random hairs throughout the room. The room was not taken care of at all and very run down. Breakfast was a loaf of bread and a banana so also a let down.

The room was very clean the bed was comfortable abd the TV options were great. We checked in right before midnight on a reservation we had. Since we were checking in late I asked for a late check out and he said no problem. I asked for at least noon because that's when I take my lunch for work, and he said to me that I didn't have to check out until between 1 and 2 pm. I said perfect. At 11 o'clock my friend called and they told her they had to take the $50 deposit for the late check out @1 pm. The guy that checked me in said he never said that to me. I am a grown man who works for a living l, why would I lie about that. I even would have paid for a late check out when I first checked in ,that wasn't an issue. I feel like they do this kind of thing often so they can keep your deposit l. There always seems to be an issue on getting deposit. Back. Other than this issue , everything else here is good. The rooms are great they are clean and comfortable beds. The heater works and no issues with the bathroom. The breakfast wasn't really stocked up at 6. There were no plates or syrup. Not much to offer. Otherwise everything else here was great.

We were required to put on a deposit either with cash or credit card this was not on the website at all not stated at all during my reservation or the email i got, so why did we have to pay this? they demanded it. this needs to be put on your website that they require a deposit what happens if somebody doesn't have it do they lose their money that they paid for the room in first place I want a refund from my whole trip because I was not happy the whole time I was pissed. I want a full refund for my trip along with compensation for my distress or my autistic child who was stressed out over the whole stay.

Now the bad: room next door had a barking dog ALL NIGHT LONG. Called front desk 3 times and said they would handle it. Left at 6am because dog still barking.
Bathroom faucet only dribbled water out. Walls very thin. Had to put towels under door between rooms because gap underneath let in light and could hear everything people were saying.

I booked online not knowing the area well. When we got there, we were a little worried as the area just seemed sketchy. Once we checked in and ventured down the hallway, every door was stained, worn and just rundown. The rooms were sparely furnished, everything smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire facility gave me the creeps -- we turned around and checked out without unpacking. Did not receive a refund.

When booking a 2-night stay online, I was charged once, then charged again at check-in for double the price. On top of that, I was required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit for my registered service dog, despite offering proof of registration and asking for clarification.

The room itself was in poor condition—dirty walls with food and other substances on them, and cockroaches present. At one point, my room keys stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the overcharging, the improper service dog fee, and the unsanitary conditions, I cannot recommend staying here.

This property had traffickers out in the parking lot making young girls smoke drugs and drink alcohol and actively solicited people. It was the most terrifying experience I have ever had!!! I reported them and shared the videos I took of horrible conditions to the Attorney General and Wyndham Corporate. Management did not care and allowed it on the property!

You get what you pay for. The only renovations are in the lobby. They have the thinnest towels I’ve ever seen at a hotel. We had to get our room key cards figured out daily because they would stop working after 24 hours. The staff would get upset when we would ask to switch out towels. I got double charged for my stay. The best part was the convenience of the hotel.

A nightmare. Cleaning solutions and covered up stink was horrible. Really nasty. The website said it is pet-friendly. The desk attendant said that pets are not allowed so I had no room. He barely spoke english, offered no apology for the confusion, offered no help, no suggestions. Just said, \"No pets allowed\" with a blank stare. Thank goodness I have a friend in town where I could go and regroup and find another hotel. Super 8 should be ashamed to have this hotel in their chain. Very ashamed. I didn't realize Super 8s were so nasty. I will never, ever book one again.

BEWARE- scam on amenities

When I arrived, I realized that to get anywhere within the hotel, I had to go up or downstairs, and there was no elevator, contrary to the fact that it said it was ADA accessible. I could not find anybody to check in to my room, and when I called the number listed at the front desk, it rang to the front desk. Another patron came up and started asking how much we paid and then proceeded to tell us that he was homeless and paid half of what we paid for our room. it made me very uncomfortable. When the staff member finally came to the desk after about five minutes of waiting, he told me that I had to pay a deposit on which I refused. When I asked about the ADA accessibility, he said that it was one floor down and accessible from an outside entrance, but the room that he had available for us with the two beds that we needed was on the second floor, so I had no choice, but to maneuver upstairs with great difficulty. Also, if he had put us in the ADA accessible room, the only way to get in and out of it would be an outside entrance with no accessibility to the lobby. The entire hotel smelled like fish, like some of us cooking in one of the rooms. Our bathroom door was broken, we had broken tiles on the floor in the bathroom, the room carpet had not been vacuumed, and the air conditioner was not properly blowing. The next morning when I went down for the complementary breakfast, there was nothing and I had to go find a staff member again and ask if anything was going to be set out.

There was no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor with a toddler and handicapped tags. The only option for hot breakfast was waffles and even tho it clearly stated “all taxes and fees included what you see is what you pay” I still had to pay a $50 deposit. I didn’t have cash so I had to use the atm-which cost me a $3.50 fee and since it only gave me 20’s and they didn’t have change so I had to give them $60. I could have paid it with my card but wouldn’t have gotten it back for 7-10 days. Very inconvenient! The pillows were sub-par and the dripping faucet kept us awake all night. On a good note the staff was friendly and the a/c worked great!

I stayed in room 134. The bathroom definitely had water damage and probably shouldn't have been used. The sink faucet wasn't even connected so I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub. I am 99% certain that this room wasn't supposed to be used because the first room that I was assigned to had people in it.
