So I understand that you get what you pay for, but this property was just disgusting. I've spent a lot of time on the road and stayed in some less than fancy hotels but this was a bridge too far. Sticky spots on the comforters, sink had crusty bits, showers on the moldy side, with paint peeling off the door. Asked for two extra pillows and got them- but no pillow liners. I asked for the liners and was told I should just wrap them in my sheets. Room was not cleaned during my two night stay. Free breakfast was just some granola bars and a juice machine. Do not recommend.

The staff was very nice, but the room was nothing like pictured. The air conditioning you didn’t work very well. The room was very hot. There were some sort of burn marks in the room on the wall. We did not see any bugs though!

The front staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms aren’t the best. There was a residue on the bed that irritated my skin. There were visible stains on the bed cover. Neighbors were loud. The room kept making noises, toilet randomly running and another noise I never figured out. The bed was not comfortable and I did not get much rest. The rate was great though!

Honestly for $56 I wasn't expecting much. However the floors turn your feet black, there were numerous hairs stuck to the toilet and the shower walls that didn't belong to us. The toilet would run indefinitely after flushing it. The refrigerator made a god-awful buzzing noise all night long. Even though there were two of us in the room there was only one towel. The pillows were quite small, reminding me more of throw pillows that go on a couch. The only bonus was this hotel did not charge a deposit, and there was a 7-Eleven right around the corner for snacks and coffee. It's not the worst place we've ever stayed but we will not stay here again.

I understand this was a cheaper hotel, however the room was very dirty. The bedding was not washed, I slept fully clothed because I did not want my body to touch the bedding. It had stains and hair on the bedding. The shower was pretty gross too. Also there were ants crawling on th bathroom floor. Should not be seeing ants in the colder months.

My door wouldn’t lock the room was cold and you could hear the partying in both rooms next to me and smell the exhaust off their tail pipes running outside my door all night. Someone rattled my door too 3 am I checked in the afternoon and was gone by 6 AM. I wasn’t even there 24 hours. only to find out I had to call Expedia to cancel my reservation days could not help me and then I only got reimbursed half of what I paid and I wasn’t even there a full day complete rip off complete disappointment unsafe and dirty refrigerator in microwave and the bathtub had to stained to where I didn’t shower. The worst part was walking out to all the trash from the drinking rampage that was going on around me and some strange man sitting in the hallway day and night would never recommend staying there. Sad part. It’s down the street from where I work, I thought it was a safe good idea. I’d rather be out in a tent on the street.

Wonderful, helpful staff. The room had everything I needed and more, including comfy bed, tv with premium channels, free wi-fi, great shower water pressure, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Free breakfast too, but I didn't take advantage of it. Best value for the buck for sure!

It's a scam, they charge you a deposit then they won't give it back. I stayed the 27th of December till the 28th, in which they charged me $52.50 deposit. Okay fine up to 7 days I would get it back, I called 3times each time I was told it was the holidays was the hold up, after the 4th call they said smoke was inside the room haha we don't smoke. It's a scam

I checked in late, and in the morning I could not check out at 11, though I talked to the receptionist earlier that day; she agreed. But the next day, they had charged me for the whole night, even though my check-out was 4 hours late. And I was out of the room they went to my room with their key, checked stuff and all, when I arrived the greedy receptionist started yelling at me even though they had charged from card without my permission, I told her I would talk with my bank, and you leave. So she canceled my key access, and stopped taking my stuff from the room, and my passport was there and I had a flight in a few hours. I almost missed my flight in this, so paod extras to Uber to reach airport earlier. In the end she wanted 30 bucks from me, and was laughing, I figured out they are nothing but greedy, totally suggesting you do not go to this place ever, go to Kotel 6 or any other.

Front desk staff rude. Had to ask for additional towels and a box of tissues (one in room was empty on arrival). Staff said we had enough towels (2) and they did not have any tissues. Offered \"breakfast\" but juice machine was dirty and \"out of order\". Asked staff if there was anything else available and were given 2 snack bars that were OUTDATED for a year. Ice machine not working, mold all over outside of the bathtub, very limited hot water for bathing, and the refrigerator in room was covered with melted plastic due to the microwave oven sitting on top of it - a real fire hazard! Each bed had only two nasty pillows that were filled with shredded foam that were lumpy and went flat when you laid on them! Overall, our stay was LESS than what we are used to from Wyndham facilities. Definitely would NOT recommend this facility!

So I had to book a hotel in a hurry and didn’t really do too much research. This hotel looks real run down from the outside. It looks pretty shady and I was very nervous even parking my car in the parking lot as I was worried it might be broken into. The room inside is decent but run down. Bed was comfortable but that’s it. I had a chair brace against the door just to feel safe. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone traveling alone or with kids. Not safe.

The hotel is rundown; there were no hangers; the pillows were lumpy; the toilet would barely flush and the staff refused to do anything about it; the heating control did not work -- the room was extremely hot and we had to run the AC in the middle of winter just to keep from roasting; we were provided a single serving packet for the in-room coffee pot, and no additional coffee or coffee cups were provided during out 2-night stay; the in-room fridge had uneven legs so that it rocked back and forth, and it froze everything we put in it (it had no temp adjustment); the linens were dingy and the washcloth full of holes; and we were charged $20/night for the pet fee, when the hotel's website says $15/night.

room could use a deep deep cleaning. air conditioning unit had a lot of visible mold in it, bath tub had hair from a prior guest, paint is peeling pretty dramatically in the main room and some in the bathroom over the shower. breakfast was disappointing and left us still hungry. key card was finicky and wouldn’t work sometimes. pillows were small and didn’t match photos online. staff was very kind and friendly. this hotel just needs some love and updating.

The room, although it seemed \"clean\" had a slight problem with insects, specifically roaches. Also, we were told on arrival that we could expect issues with hot water in the morning hours as there was a \"water shortage. The deadbolt and lock on the door had been tampered with, the room smelled of cannabis, the toilet paper and tissue dispensers were empty and there was no coffee supplied in the coffee maker.
In addition, holes in the walls were left unrepaired.

Expedia s pictures were deceptive. It was not how it looked on the app. I just needed a place to crash for the night sleep was all I really needed. There was mosquitoes inside the room and noticed them when I woke up in between the sheets.

Drove up and it looked like home for the homeless - people loitering outside. No one in the lobby to unlock the door and no doorbell even to ring. My son wouldn't let me stay there, and I abandoned my payment and found a different hotel.

Desk agent call me and j call back I wanted to know if I was actually check-in. I told the agent I was at a funeral and I will not be able to check in this about 9:30 to 10:00. When I got there he already charging my credit card and I told him that I was going to pay attention we had a little disagreement. He gave me the key and I went to my room so no light went to the restroom and there was a roach on the floor. We did not stay out there till we left.

Parking was fine. Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to unlock door to lobby to check in. Pillows were extremely small and bathroom had a hole in the floor.
Breakfast was only for a short period of time in the early morning, so after 9AM you were out of luck.
At one time Days Inn were a great place to stay. Quite disappointed 😞

The parking lot was well lit. The rooms are not clean, sink faucet difficult to torn on and it leaked so there was water on the counter. The pillows are very uncomfortable. Walls, doors and baseboards were dirty. No USB ports either.

Parking area was safe enough I suppose. The place itself was a dump. The TV in the room was stuck in programming mode and the remote didn't operate it. The little ght over the TV didn't work and had exposed cabling. Almost every way had drywall damage or very shoddy repairs. The bathroom door was covered in deep scratches and missing paint. The toilet constantly ran and barely flushed. The attendant at the desk was curt, rude and acted as if myself and other customers were bothering her.

I felt she while staying here. The breakfast was lacking. It consisted of juice, coffee, pop tarts, granola bars and nutragrain bars. The facility is old and needs renovations. The shower reminded me of taking a shower at a truck stop. When I got in bed, there was a cough drop wrapper under a pillow. I did not report this because there was an explicit warning at check in that you only have 15 minutes after check in to complain about your room. Others will be asked to leave the property without a refund.

got in early in the morning for a quick overnight stay. the room was DIRTY with cockroaches in the bathroom and bed. IN THE BED. in a matter of less than 10 minutes we were packed up making the 5 hour drive home because we were disgusted. as soon as we pulled up to the building, there were at least 6 cops patrolling the area, if that helps convince you on if to stay here or not. but personally, do not stay here.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever come across. Blood or other brown fluid on the door jam, urine droplets on the toilet, stained and dirty carpet, black stains on the counter and the shower, and more. It was too dirty to stay but I couldn’t get a refund for the two nights I’d bought.

We found chewing tobacco left on the desk, which was unpleasant. The sink wasn’t properly secured and the faucet caused it to lift slightly when pulled out. I didn’t expect the free breakfast, they were pre-packaged store-bought snacks.

The good: it was adequately clean. The employees were polite. We did not have any safety concerns while we were there. The tv and refrigerator worked.

The bad: This is NOT a convention center of any kind -- it is a motel. The room entrances are on the outside of the building, There are no communal areas or meeting spaces. There is a tiny office with a breakfast nook. The breakfast provided is a true continental breakfast -- granola bars, oranges, a couple of Otis Spunkemeyer muffins and a coffee pot. The room is very old fashioned and the beds were very small (a bit too small for two people to share unless the two people are children or are married). We had three people booked in our room but only two towels and washcloths were in the room. There was one tiny trashcan. There is a (very old) microwave BUT if you use the microwave, it flips the circuit breaker and the air conditioner and lights go off.

Do not let the Overland Park address fool you -- this motel would fit right in on the Missouri side of the metro.

They do not have breakfast it’s more of coffee and a granola bar. One of the reasons we booked it was to not have to spend on breakfast. Also, when they are going around cleaning the rooms, they don’t knock on the door They just , walk in which I found it very disrespectful. I’m just glad that I was dressed when they were first into my room. I would not stay again, specially for the amount that I paid.

They had no copy of my reservation when I arrived. Took much longer than expected to get checked in. Parking lot is very small not a lot of room. Door was unable to secure the deadbolt in the door to the room. What’s inside the room bedspread had spots all over it, not clean looking, mattress was like sitting on a feather pillow, sunk down into it. Breakfast consisted of granola bars.
I don’t know who’s given this hotel 10 for 10 ratings but apparently they have not stayed in a very good hotel in the past. Room is very dated. Looks like 1960s.

Cheap option in an okay area.

This hotel is an okay option. Its next to a couple very nice hotels so the immediate area is well lit and feels safe. They do have breakfast and its fine but nothing special. Would stay again if i didnt have kids with me.
