Room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came daily for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was adequate they served the standard fare, scrambled eggs. sausage, pancakes. Bread options were just that...bread. No fresh fruit. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

I appreciated the location of this hotel—it was convenient and in a good area, especially during a very busy weekend when availability elsewhere was limited. I’m also thankful we were able to secure it at a reasonable price given how many events were going on.

That said, the condition of the hotel was disappointing and did not match how it was presented online. The property felt run down overall. There were multiple water stains on the ceilings in both the hallways and our room, which gave an unclean and poorly maintained impression. Most concerning was a large, noticeable stain on one of the mattresses, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness.

While the price and location were positives, the upkeep and condition of the hotel fell short of expectations. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Breakfast was good but that was IT! The hotel room was outdated, refrigerator did not work, my son kept getting stuck in the bathroom due to the door being broken. Also the room door did not close unless slammed. I placed the do not disturb sign on the door when I left for the day and housekeeping still entered the room. As I mentioned previously the door did not close unless slammed so when I returned to the room my door was open. Fortunately nothing was was missing but that was a hazard in itself. I'm completely disappointed with the response of the management and front desk staff. I would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN nor would i recommend to others. 0 STARS 🌟

Ac rattled all night. One outside door propped open with rocks. Bath tub water went cold stayed cold. The window coverings look like it hung alongside an asphalt truck dirty floors. Carpet in hallway beyond nice. I can’t belive they still hold a franchise. I’m done with Laquinta if that’s what they are representing.

My 1st experience was at the front desk where he told me that my reservation for a king bed was not available and I had to take a double bed room. He didn't apologize or anything. The outside door card reader was old and janky and needs to be replaced. Walked into the room and it had a smell. The door had cracks on the side and bottom that let in light and sounds. The wall in the bathroom was peeling. The toilet doesn't flush well. They do give you good shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast didn't have any fresh fruit options and the pancakes tasted funny. The air conditioner worked well and the room stayed cool. The room overall was clean except need to pay more attention to the sweeping of the floor. If I was staying for pleasure on this trip I would have had my $ refunded and booked at another hotel.

There was egg spattered on the wall behind the breakfast bar. Rubbery scrambled eggs and leathery sausage. Dirt in the corners and sullen staff in a cheerless building. You know how dirty, sloppy places can sometimes be charming because of the easygoing smiling staff? This is not one of those. From the pot smell in the halls and elevator to the dim and dangerous stairwells, this is a sad depressing place.

WE STAYED IN ROOM 122 AND THE TOILET DID NOT REFILL ALL THE TIME. THE AC UNIT WAS NOISY. THE TUB WAS TOO HIGH AND NARROW.

The bathroom toilet did not flush. My husband had to fix the chain twice! It was very disgusting ! The bathtub , I needed a step stool just to get into the tub to take a shower!! I’m only 6 ft and the tub was ridiculously high!! Also the tv didn’t work. Talk to the young gentleman at the front desk and the only thing he said was “ I will talk to my manager “.
I will Never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there!

Lower level door said locked 24 hours a day, was not secured. Entire floor smelled of “weed”
One bed was so uncomfortable and if you moved it made noise like metal being bent. For the bathtub you had to take a huge step up into it, there was a handle on wall next to but needs a safety handle inside tub.

The good:
Check in, the fridge was very cold, heater worked very well for being negative temps out, bed was not the hardest thing but it was doable. The breakfast buffet was decent for free.

The not so good-
The room was ok. Bathroom floor was bubbled when you stood on it like it had leaked. There was no stopper for bath tub. The beds not the most comfortable. I asked to be sure we got a non smoking room and it was. But could smell people smoking pot somewhere near by. The door doesn’t seal tight so there is light that shines through it.

All in all it worked for one night.

I had reserved handicapped accessible. Room definitely wasn’t that tub instead of shower with shower chair and the tub was so hard to get in/out that I almost fell getting out. My handicapped companion wasn’t able to take shower at all. Desk clerk had no response when I asked about handicapped accessible and also couldn’t provide me receipt when I checked out. I won’t stay there again.

The bed was good, and the bedding and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. The room also had all the things that you expect including dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower and soap and lotion at the sink. The fridge and microwave came in handy, and the breakfast was substantial. It is also in a convenient location. I was, to be honest, very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again.

Heat would not shut off. Ceiling moldy and chunks falling down. Moved us to another room. After 1 night this furnace quit blowing warm air. Told desk about it 3 times. Did not fix it. Gave us a space heater to use. Next day they still hadn’t fixed it. Did not seem to care at all. Sealed the asphalt drive while we were there and the smell was terrible in our room. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend anyone stay here.

Awful, scary surroundings, poorly lit parking lot. The pictures posted must be very old & are a misrepresentation of the property. We were traveling with a team & everyone had a scary story about their stay the next morning. My daughter slept with her softball bat she was so scared but we arrived so late, I was afraid to leave the 1st night. Cancelled after the 1st night & Expedia said they reached out for a refund for the 2nd night but the hotel would not reply. Would highly recommend not staying here if you have children. Kinda disappointed Expedia did not do more to help with a refund for the 2nd night.

The rooms were okay, though slightly delapidated. Small cracks along where the baseboard and floor joined, spots of a similar nature duct taped under the sink of one bathroom, stains on wall. Could have ignored it all were it not for the roaches we had not seen until morning of checkout [in late on friday night, barely there saturday, out on sunday morning]. Two, and they clearly felt comfortable enough to come out when lights were on and when people were up. One was crawling along the floor and went underneath the bed my kids had slept on, and another crawled along the joint elongated headboard between the beds.

Few plus sides were that the fridge in the room was large for a mini-fridge, the breakfast was decent, and the prices were cheap.

Hotel was remodeled somewhat recently but the entire space was really dark and uninviting. Breakfast was minimal and I did not see anyone eating there. The hotel was ok. Floors were scratched and there was a toenail on my bed when I arrived. The door security latch was broken on my door and the room was pretty loud (echoes and you can hear everything in the halls). The property had a unique smell as in it smelled clean but there was an underlying odor from the past that they were trying to mask. The parking lot was riddled with pot holes and the shutdown Denny's next store made the area very uninviting and slightly unsafe. I will not be back unfortunately.
