Right away was greeted and the front desk hostess let us know what was around. She checked us in. The room was just what we needed. We will be coming here monthly thanks to the small kitchen area. And its very comfortable.

No I will not stay here again

When we check in got there hubby seen urine on the toilet seat I had to clean it which I was piss elevator don’t work we was on the third floor room 316 I have never been at a hotel we’re elevator took us only on the 1 And 2 work don’t go to third floor had to get someone to help and the toilet didn’t flush told the housekeepers that my toilet wasn’t working came back from a funeral in a still wasn’t working. Had to tell the front desk again there was a nose ring in the drawer, which you could tell it was not clean driving for hours to have to use the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is bad 2days a mess

First off this hotel is way over rated on this website, it's ok, not exceptional, or wonderful, or great, just ok. My most recent stay will be my last. First the negative, there's a $100 security deposit for which they hold for five to seven days After you have checked out. Ridiculous! I've stay a 5 star Marriott's and never paid a $100 deposit. Anyway, my recent stay required three room changes, the first room the heat would work for about 10 minutes then it would switch to AC. Next room, no heat at all. Final room, heat works, but now this room had a mattress that was sunken in to the curve of someone who must have weighed 300 pounds, very uncomfortable, had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed towards the window. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra $20 bucks and get a better quality hotel. Also breakfast is a joke.

It seem to have a clean appearance when I entered the lobby but when I got to my room it wasn't as clean as I would've liked. Every single door knob was dirty and smeared as if they had not been cleaned in a long time. Then I found out after checking in that there would be no water from 9am to 2pm everyday. I guess because of that there was also no breakfast available. That was the reason that I chose this hotel. I was very disappointed.

Staff was really the highlight of the stay. They were warm and accommodating. The stove tops do NOT get warm as much as most do. However, it was good to have a kitchen for my bodybuilding meals.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable, beds and pillows were fine, hotel is a little dated but under renovation. Service was pleasant, we did not like having to put up a $100 (hopefully) refundable deposit but this seems to be appearing more often. No breakfast, just coffee and granola bars

Everything was great besides needing the fold out bed and the mattress was stained and disgusting. There was also hairs and unrelenting filth in the drawers of the dressers. Attention to detail on cleaning at an \"extended stay\" is much needed at this facility. Other than that the staff is great.

The recliner in the room doesn’t function properly. The door into the corridor lacks proper seal as it is a source for unwanted light and noise. The tv lounge/breakfast area needs to be policed during breakfast hour, tables are dirty. Hotel first floor under construction

I didn't know the hotel was under construction when I booked. Just a \"grab & go\" breakfast of small muffins, granola bars and packaged oatmeal. If you didn't save your coffee cup from breakfast you had no coffee the rest of the day. I loved the size of the shower in my room. No utensils even though the website says there are to prepare meals in your room. The person in the room next to mine had their TV blaring (I heard it clearly when I was in bed) and when I said something about it to the desk person, their comment was \"oh- they're hard of hearing but I'll talk to them\"- nothing changed. The actual room was nice and the bed was comfortable. People working there were very pleasant

Reserve una suite, donde supuestamente en la foto tenia puerta para dividir la recamara de la sala. Y me dieron un estudio. Y cuando fui a preguntar me salen que solo tienen 9 y todos estan ocupados. Porque cuando hice la reservacion no me dijeron que no habia disponible. Porque una cosa es una suite y otra un estudio a parte de claro el precio es diferente. Y tampoco me regresaron la diferencia.

Good Value, but Not Great for Women Traving Alone

Overall it was a good place to stay for the amount of money; however, I would not recommend this hotel for any woman traveling alone. At times I felt unsafe due to the other guests who were primarily men. When entering and exiting the hotel there were several groups of men drinking/hanging out in the parking lot that made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

With that said the front desk staff where incredible and once inside my hotel room I was very comfortable and felt safe.

I will not be extending my stay! Upon arriving, we were told there would be an additional $100 deposit. 11:00 pm, too late to change hotels. We were also not told that major construction was in progress. I found nails and wires along the hallway.

I was told I requested the first floor which was not true. I believe this was because we booked using Expedia. The furniture was outdated and we had to plug in our lamps and clock. Overall, the room was clean and the staff was great! I’m still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

Little worried when we checked in as the night clerk said she'd had internet problems all day. Got our room with no trouble. Never saw breakfast, we were told it was pre packaged snacks. Lots of guests congregating in the parking area on Friday night, but not noisy. More like staying in an apartment. Felt safe and secure, didn't like that we had to request any kitchen items from the front desk. What's the point in a kitchenette if it isn't stocked?

Everything was great from the check in, to the rooms, comfort of the bed, access to restaurants close by…except the continuous smell of marijuana in the hallways….pretty sure people were in the stairwells smoking it…if smoking it is your things more power to you but at least go outside the building.

Internet was out during check-in and it caused us a major delay. We missed an hour of our concert that we went to attend. There was nothing we could do to avoid it. The hotel had several vagrants looming outside. Alcohol was split all over the outside tables. The room wasn't horrible but was clearly way outdated. Breakfast was a fiber bars. Yes that was the only option available. Absolute joke.

There were roaches in the room. The breakfast wasn’t really breakfast more of snacks, which shouldn’t be advertised as breakfast. It’s annoying that we had to come down to the lobby if we wanted any extra TP, or towels.

No respect or protection to guests

There was hair in the sink and hair in the bath tub. It was not clean. The toilet under the rim was horrific. The mirror was dirty. They obviously didn't clean the bathroom or sink area at all

The front ask just said sorry.

Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit that is even more than the room costs. And assign a ton of documents.

In the description of the room I selected, it stated there was 2 queen beds and a sofa pull out bed. The beds are not a queen, they are a double. Which made it difficult for my 2 teenage boys to sleep in the same bed. The sofa pull out bed needs a new mattress. Very stained and was not comfortable at all. The room was clean. Except for the crumbs on the sofa bed.

Shelley and Summer were amazing and very helpful! The hotel is great and clean. Well located. Laundry room onsite was great too.
Only disappointment: the microwave didn’t work and the hide a bed mattress was stain and looked dirty. The rest was impeccable though.

The receptionist had family members hanging around front desk and there seemed to be confusion with what to do. Staff did not seem prepared or trained, gave us a double bed instead of queen and we had to pay for an upgrade.
Unbelievable how they separated coffee, paid items, and little prepare food for breakfast into three rooms.
The hotel seemed in good shape but beyond that I would not recommend. It is clean but not on pare with other hotels of its rate structure.

Bed was very hard. Sofa bed was impossible to pull out the way they had the room set up. Only 1 of the lamps beside the bed worked because there was no where to plug the 2nd lamp in. Had to unplug stuff to charge phones. Customer service was great. Full size fridge in room.

The coffee service was available all day, but they took the condiments and cups down at 10:30am. The beds WERE TERRIBLE. Old and need replaced. They did not provide linen service other than you requesting a trash bag to bring down your dirties and then they would give you one towel per person. Could definitely be better. Property has great potential. Excellent location, friendly staff the property just needs some attention

The hotel was nice and comfy. We only stayed 1 night but would have been nice even for several nights. The front desk check in staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was truly grab and go and did not offer a big selection. I wish they would have had coffe pots in the room or left the coffee station set up all the time instead of just briefly in the morning. Not very noisey which is nice. The full size refrigerator was great! Good place to stay for the price!

Not a lot to be desired

My husband and I stayed overnight with our 4 children. The details of the room said it was for 6 people max. The couch was a love seat, so 1 of my children had to sleep on the floor. 😔 Also, there were French doors that separated the 2 rooms, but one of the doors was open all the way and the tv/tv stand was in front of it. So, we weren't able to close the doors. We had to move the love seat in order to pull it out into the bed position. There are 2 double beds in the other room. The bed closest to the air conditioner was so close you hardly had any room to walk in order to get into the bed. We have stayed at extended stay hotels before and we have never had to use our key card to get ice from the ice machine. 😳 Nor have we ever had to pay extra for streaming wi-fi.

I will say though, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. This hotel is just a few minutes from I-435, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, this is the last and only time we will ever stay at this Extended Stay hotel.
