My room was among the cleanest rooms I had ever been in, but it did not smell like it, and I mentioned that in my check-in review. However, the GM is exceedingly kind and walked with me to my room, saying she met with housekeeping in order to freshen up my room when I was away. The room did smell much better and I had great service from her at the front desk as well as one of her other employees throughout my visit, they even complemented me on my jacket. This hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the rooms look brand-new and have plenty of amenities, including silverware in the drawers. Next time I stay in the area, I will probably be here.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Filthy, falling apart, bugs dead and alive. Cigarette smoke smell everywhere and cigarette burn on toilet seat of non smoking room. Not to mention was lied to about cancelling my stay after 1 of days. They will not refund my money. Expedia went above and beyond trying but hotel refused to approve the waiver for cancellation. Pathetic ownership and whatever corporation this horel is under should fire them as it is a 3rd world experience.

First room had a leak in the bathroom and floor was flooded. When desk attendant came to check she said she had to call the boss before being moved rooms. They did move us but she stated normally rooming moves is not allowed because they are extended stay and people just have to “deal” with the issues. The room was old and dingy. You had to pay for extra blankets. The only good thing about the stay was the shower.

Firstly, it took staff 30 minutes to get the door to open. Faulty handle. Once we got in the room, immediately realized that it wasn't the ADA room that we had reserved through Expedia. Hotel staff said that their correspondence received from you hadn't indicated an accessible room. Of course they didn't have an ADA room available for several days. We already had our luggage on a cart in the room and were tired from traveling, so decided to take the room anyway. An uncomfortable and potentially dangerous stay.

The property was very clean. I was there 10 days and requested my room to be cleaned half way through my stay and was told I would be put in the list. The room was never cleaned before I left. The neighbor was loud and I could hear everything. Overall for what it is I would stay there again.

Stay away! You have been warned!

Where do I start? Walking down the hall every door said no smoking but you could smell smoke like it was a bar. Entering the room we immediately could smell pet urine and the humidity in the room was unreal! The carpet even felt wet. We found the window was unlocked and appeared that someone tried yo enter from the outside. The bathroom was horrible. The lower walls were discolored and dirty. You could tell there was mold on the ceiling and they tried to paint over it. They also tried to spray paint the cocking around the tub. Lastly, every time the A/C turned off, it made a loud noise that sounded like a dog. We could not wait to get out of this place!

Nice little home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed here. This time was over 3 weeks while we searched for our new home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Manager Shante went out of her way to welcome us and make certain we had everything that we needed. The suites are roomy and we loved the fact that the sleeping area is a separate room. Nice pet area just across the parking lot with good lighting at night. A nice bbq area with tables on the side of the building. Kitchen area was very user friendly with ample storage, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and cooktop. Plenty of other amenities to make our stay even better. Gym, snack machine, 24/7 coffee and laundry facilities. Dryers took a while to dry but eventually got the job done. All in all we would book again if needed and definitely recommend to friends.

House keeping was spectacular. My room was so clean and organized I loved it. However, it took them a week to get to me and I stayed there for 13 days total. Also, trucks are all over the parking lot taking up 3-4 spaces each so that was unfair. Lastly, the laundry room has all broken equipment. Out of 5 washers and 8 dryers there’s like two of each that actually function. I had to take a hammer to one of the machines bc I refused to waste my day requesting a $3 refund from a third party. Probably won’t go back if I needed another long term stay. Kitchen doesn’t have any dishes or anything of worth anyway. You’ll spend more money trying to feel at home. Just get an Airbnb.

Do NOT book here. Infested with cockroaches and hotel will not issue refunds under any circumstances. Management is aware of cockroaches and has been for over a year. Management told me some guests are long term stay so there isn't a way for them to know of cockroach issues. We were moved to another room that was NOT clean. Fingernails on the floor, hair stuck to the wall, drips down every wall and holes in the wall. This shows I can upload 8 photos but it will not allow me to. I understand a no refund/cancellation policy after a certain date if it had been my fault. Being told no refund/cancellation when the entire hotel is infested with cockroaches that carry bacteria and rooms that are not clean is unacceptable.

Please don't be fooled by the suburban location. This hotel is a roach infested mess. I don't believe I've ever experience so many foul and musty smells. Also, the majority of the "long term stay" guests are homeless, and rough contract workers, who feel it's OK to party into the wee hours in the hotel parking lot. The homeless clearly feel this is their entitled home, where I had to pay out of pocket. Please avoid these types of properties at all costs. i will also be writing my congressmen (women) in order to investigate how this is allowed in such a nice area. Additionally, the homeless staying here don't work. They either hang around the hotel all day and night, or beg on the surrounding median strips. As a paying customer, I would like to think that Expedia will consider a form of reimbursement for this hotel tragedy.

Before my stay I had looked at the pet fees $15 per day for one pet along with $50 cleaning fee. Max was two. I get to the hotel was not aware of a $200 flat rate fee. I was given a room with a beaten up bathroom door. That they just slapped some paint on. Luckily I brought toiletries because there was no shampoo or body wash in the bottles in the shower. The shower had a small rust or dirt ring near the front. The air conditioning unit in the room sounds like a construction sight at night. One of the doors to get into the hotel doesn’t even have a lock. So anybody can walk in. I did not feel safe. I asked for a manager multiple times at the front desk so I could possibly get another room or refund. I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

Pictures are at least 10years out of date. They had fans blowing in hallways and front office. Guest room across hallway was full of smokers , no blankets had to purchase them. Disgusting dirty hotel. Walls and floors of public areas and room were filthy. Strong smells of tobacco smoke and marijuana throughout the hotel. Smoke smell even stronger in our room. There was mold in the shower, bugs crawling on the walls, and water damage multiple places with had been badly repaired, no doubt causing the mold\mildew smell in the room. Staff was unable to provide a new room. Manager was unwilling to offer a refund even despite numerous calls by us and hotels.com. Manager denied problems. Manager hung up on us twice while we were trying to reason with her.

There were red spots all over the floors, not sure what substance was on the wall, clear sign of bed bugs, and I even found a roach on the wall behind the fridge. Staff was nice but the rooms were a little outdated and definitely had wear and tear from long term tenants. It was a nice place to stay while recovering from a surgery. The kitchen made it nice and easy. Very little within close walking distance but not too far up the road. The door to the parking lot was also broken and people would prop it up a lot. The manager Shautay and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly. The neighborhood felt safe with places to eat and a cute ittle grocery store. Nice sized room, comfortable bed and large grass area for my dog. I travel nurse so I spend alot of my time in extended stay hotels and have felt very comfortable here.

We stepped into our room and noticed the window open. It didn’t take long for us to realize the AC was not working, which explained the open window!
We began to get settled and starting seeing cockroaches!
As quickly as we could we gathered our belongings and ran out. Went to the front counter and let them know. The young man there was unmoved. He didn’t seem surprised at all. He gave me the managers name to call the next morning.

We left and found another hotel.
Expedia reached out to the manager to get us a refund and the manager will not return calls or emails.

I called and talked to another staff member. They will not refund us anything because we chose to leave and we stepped foot in the room, which shows acceptance on our part for the room for the night.
Bottom line is, they are admitting to renting rooms out without working ac in them and they suggest leaving a window open.

They have roaches and they expected us to stay there with those bugs. They will not refund any portion of our money even though we didn’t even move a blanket or pillow. We were only in the room for about 15 minutes.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

The hallway smelt like urine the entire time we were there. Our room had a cigarette smoke smell to it- however we were told that it’s a non smoking hotel. When I brought up my concern for it the guy at the front desk just brushed me off. I was told there is no refunds so I had to suck it up and suffer with my 9 year old son. The carpet in our bedroom had a grimy feel to it, I refused to go barefoot in the room. Over all I would not stay there ever again.

Even while I had a valid reservation, I was told my reservation was cancelled - not by me or by Expedia. It was obviously a bait and switch because they did not want to honor the lower rate when their demand was probably high. The young boy (Jay - looked like he was barely high-schol age) at the front desk did not have any authority and had to frequently text his sales manager for honoring the reserved room. I had to pay a higher rate at another hotel because of the last minute reservation made necessary by this fraud! Expedia should reimburse me for the difference. I have the receipt.

This was a TWO nite medical trip.My husband has stage four cancer,and the room was prepaid.When we arrived to a stifling hot room(Room 214)a little after 3pm,and found that the a/c was only blowing hot air,I went to the front desk to get some assistance.I told Jordan, the a/c was not working and asked if there was a maintenance person who could help?He said,“No, he left at 3. I’m the only one here now”.So I asked to be moved to another room,letting them know my husband’s health.He said he couldn’t move anyone to a different room without permission from the manager.He also didn’t have any customer service skills or problem solving skills of his own.Since customer service is my forte,I asked if he would call the manager, Shantay Wade.He said he would.Then I asked if there was at least a fan we could get,to helpmove the air around,& Jordan said,”I think I’ve seen a fan but I don’t have keys to the closets where they are.”There is one person left in charge of the hotel from 3pm-7am and they have no authority to move customers to a room that is acceptable,or given a key to a closet?I waited over an hour and called the desk to find the solution.All Jordan told me was that he called the manager and he hadn’t heard back from her!I checked 2 more times until 10pm! NOTHING was done for me and my husband with stage four cancer!This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! Even worse the next morning I spoke with the assistant manager,Katy,“your a/c is broke!”so they booked our room knowingly.No fan

When we got to the room, the lamp by the bed wasn't there and neither was the TV remote.
We went down to the front desk and the attendant was able to find us a remote. We told her about the bedside lamp to which she said she will look into it, but never got our room number (not who checked us in). The recliner was partially open and stuck that way, It doesn't close. We decided not to use that.

The bed felt extra springy. We pulled off the fitted sheet to find the mattress was flipped upside down. We don't know why and didn't care to look or flip it over.

The wifi is spotty. Probably overloaded with guest connections.

For the good:

-Shower was hot and had amazing water pressure. No draining issues either!
-Room was clean.
-Items were stocked (coffee etc).
-Attendants were friendly
-Good Location
-Good Price
-Safe place to sleep
-Quiet hallways
-Elevator

I'd stay here again and I'd recommend.

The room was dirty, the halls smelled of urine and were filthy, there were several people playing loud music that I could hear in my room. I felt unsafe as there were 2 men arguing in the parking lot the first night I checked in and the police were called and there was a car alarm blaring every night. There was also 2 huge cockroaches and I was terrified! No telling how many more cockroaches were hiding in the walls. I was there 4 days and never saw housekeeping. I never even saw them in the halls. The staff was very rude and lied to me about the check out process. I had 2 different people lie to me about a refund for unused dates. The desk manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and offered no help to me whatsoever. The general manager also did not offer any assistance or apologies for her staff lying to me and she hung up the phone in my face! They do not care about paying customers and will keep your money and refuse to issue any refunds. The general manager refused to give me information to speak to anyone above her and stated they do not have a corporate office. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! It’s cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for! Don’t believe the pictures. You will regret it instantly when you walk in there. Pay the extra money and get something safe and clean.

This stay was a disappointment. I was mostly disappointed because the staff member that helped me arrange the details of the reservation post-booking was extremely friendly and helpful. I did also find our room to be bedbug-free.

There were a few problems, however:

--The outer door near our room did not close all the way. A couple of times when I came in from outside I made sure it had closed...but every time I encountered it otherwise (either going out or coming in) it was open, anyone could have walked in.

--The door to our room was jammed tight against the door frame. Opening it required a lot of pressure and made a fairly loud noise without a huge amount of care.

--The door was also missing any chain or other supplemental locking mechanism. I could see where there USED to be some hardware, but it had been removed. On the outside, the door was dented and scratched at the same location...perhaps someone had forced their way in after hammering on the door with something heavy?

This WAS an accessible room, I expect it was possible that someone handicapped had been accidentally locked in, and this was the sign of an attempt to free them. Other explanations would be less savory.

--The night check-in clerk was not at the front desk at any time I checked, and there was no bell or other way to alert someone that I was there. Just had to sit and wait.

--There was no continental breakfast of any kind.

On the day, I was scheduled to check out, one of the staff banged on my door at 9:15 AM to ask me if I would be checking out that day. Could they not check their computers? On the reservation I made through Expedia, the checkout time was noon. The staff member that knocked on my door told me it was 11:00 AM because they were “ Independently owned”. I spoke with Expedia, who tried to contact the hotel, but no one responded. There was hair all over the bathroom floor in the room I was given. Would not recommend this hotel.

Questionable checkout time…??

It’s annoying reserving a room with a noon checkout and then having staff checking with us at 10:15 to make sure we would be out by the 11:00 AM checkout. The noon checkout was the reason why we choose this place so we could come back after an event to freshen up. Not sure if this is a listing issue or a hotel issue, but our hotels.com confirmation clearly states noon.

interesting STAY

I want to start off by saying it wasn't terrible. The hotel was really quite. The rooms were clean. But I have never heard a hotel that did not have a blanket or a comforter for your bed. They did make the bed with sheets and pillows. Another thing if you run out of toilet paper at night, they will not give you more. until the next morning during regular business hours. They stated there was paper towel that we could use until morning. I was cleaning my room one morning and set my trash outside the door to take to the dumpster... I immediately got a knock on the door with a piece of paper stating their rules of the hotel, as the lady was explaining the rules she was sitting our trash back in my room.
Again, not terrible, but will we ever stay there again probably not.

1st time in 30 yrs I've heard of a hotel not giving toilet tissue to wipe your bottom besides the first day you check in.. I could understand it being a rule for your live ins or contract workers staying long term but not daily rents at 100 plus daily sorry
