We didn't stay here! We were only able to check into one of our rooms, because the other room was not ready. The male clerk said the other room would be ready in 10 minutes, as there are 2 housekeepers working on the room. I'm pretty sure it takes more than 10 minutes to thoroughly clean a hotel room. When we got to the 1 room that was ready, the entire floor was sticky, had food pieces under the bed, and something that looked like milk and some other substance on it. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the counter had something greasy stuck to it, there was food left in the cabinets, and the cabinets had greasy stains on them. After seeing all of this, we checked the beds. The beds had food crumbs in the frames, there were food crumbs and a whole peanut UNDER the sheets of one of the made-up beds. We called the front desk and the same male clerk came up with a plunger to plunge the toilet. We then told him about the substances on the floor. He then came back with a spray bottle, and a rag. He said the floor was sticky because of the floor cleaner they use; however, the floor could not have possibly been mopped due to all of the substances and food crumbs on the floor. He sprayed something on the floor on one of the substances and wiped it up, but made no effort to mop the floor. We then we told him about the crumbs on the frames and in the bed. He picked up the peanut and put it in his pocket, then said housekeeping left. We handed the cards back and left the property.

Visible filth on the walls and surfaces, previous toothpaste on the wall in the bathroom, dust and cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. Staff was helpful but the breakfast was packaged muffins and oatmeal packets, nothing fresh and a very small space for guests to crowd around. Didn't try the coffee due to how dirty the rest of the hotel was.

Breakfast was granola bars and packaged muffins, with luke warm coffee. The hotel inside needs a fresh coat of paint everywhere! When it says 2 beds, I thought it would be queen beds. The pillows were aweful!! When the hotel is advertised non-smoking, the hallways should smell alot better. Whatever cleaner that is being used, makes the floor in the room sticky.

The first thing you will notice when you pull up to this place is all the junk cars in the parking lot. It is more than a few. It is a lot. Then when you enter the premises the next thing you will notice is the overwhelming scent of marijuana. The building is rundown inside. I did not see a wall that didn’t need cleaned or painted or both. The room was the same. It was clean but run down. There was some sort of brown stain on the bathroom sink that made it look dirty even if it wasn’t. This is a dive plain and simple. Don’t bring your family here while on vacation. They will not like it.

Showed up at 10pm for our reservation. Pulled in and immediately saw a minimum of 30 people on very hard drugs and a woman getting arrested. After running inside from this terrible view - there’s nobody at the counter to check us in. Stood in the lobby for over an hour trying to get someone at the hotel to pick up a phone and come help us and a refund from corporate. Corporate could also not get ahold of anyone at the hotel since all employees were nowhere to be found. At 1am corporate finally gave up trying to get ahold of anybody at this location and gave us our money back.

The Front desk had a smell of mildew, and the room was so dirty, from the room smelling like mold and wet carpet, and to the kitchen feeling sticky, dirty microwave. Then we saw a bug stuck in towels. I did not feel safe, when we saw a group of people outside smoking.

The kitchen area nice and clean, but the microwave was filthy, the beds slept comfortably I was afraid a bug would bite. The box springs was filthy with stains outdated furniture, sockets without covers. Not enough lighting lamp on only one side of the bed. The room had a funky odor that was unbearable. Some of the customers hanging around outside with blue tooth speakers playing loud music. I would not
recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the staff. If I could of found another hotel I would of left, but unfortunately the Kansas City Chiefs had a game and all other hotels didn’t have reservations.

This hotel was disgusting. I checked into my room and the room was full of roaches. I had to kill a few of them. There were also maggots in the sink. What was worse was when we reported it to the front desk, they stated the room was fumigated the day prior and didnt seem to care.

This was a dump, person at the desk was rude and condescending. Room was dated and had several haphazard repairs that just increased the tackiness. No cups no coffee maker no breakfast at least that I was told about. 1$ per call surcharge. Tile floor which was ok but walking on it made my white socks black Never again will I stay at this hotel

I will never stay here again. My husband and I’s room didn’t look that bad but the whole hotel smelled awful. You walk into the elevator and want to gag. My mother in laws room had bugs, and not just tiny bugs either. They looked like cockroaches crawling up the walls, the fridge had what looked like mold on the outside door and mold on the floor in the bathroom. We didn’t feel safe, definitely somewhere you want to make sure all of your door locks are locked and secure before you go to bed, keeping a light on. The only real thing that looked clean was the sheets. It was cheap, yes, but I have stayed in nicer hotels for the same price. Needless to say, the photos made it look way nicer than it was and we paid for two nights but stayed for one.

The urine splatters on the toilet were a disappointment. Needing to take my own trash out, not good. Dog poop, literally, in the corridor. I have to sleep but I won't even shower in this filthy establishment. Also only upon check in was a $100 dollar deposit required in addition to the surprise $25/pet fee. I'm not given to exaggerating, and this is absolutely the worst hotel motel experience I've had.

The lady that checked us in was great! The facility however is greatly lacking. Sketchy people living here as their permanent residence. Even though the hotel is all non-smoking, skunk weed is very strong outside, in the halls, and even in our room. I couldn’t count the number of roaches I killed in our room. I mentioned this to the front desk and they are aware of the problem but said it’s difficult to treat since people live there for years. There were kids running in the halls unsupervised and dogs barking. Our room did not have any cooking utensils but did have a full-sized fridge, 2 burner stove and small microwave. I’m guessing you could get utensils at the front desk but we didn’t need any. I would NOT recommend staying here.

I felt this place needs alot of upgrades done to even be in buisness. When you first pull on the garbage cans are over flowing with garbage and was never emptied during my stay. Than they have so many people living within the place bringing tons of dogs in the building that pretty sure had fleas on them as much as they was scratching. Upon arrival we asked what time breakfast was served and they said the only had muffins and oatmeal. So we than proceeded to ask about vending machines got told they did not have any! So we would have to drive to get something to eat and drink. Also our shower only had cold water no hot. We were not at all satisfied and would like some type of refund. The property needs to be updated the carpet throughout the entire building is old molded and stained. None of the buildings doors have handles so you can open them and the complimentary breakfast is really, really not present. The breakfast consists of candy bars, muffins and coffee. The showers water pressure is almost nonexistent with no complimentary bath amenities.

Desk clerk was super friendly, fast check in and out, overall was a great stay. Would not rely on grab-n-go breakfast as only a few muffins, oatmeal and coffee provided each day. If you snooze, you loose! Easy to get to a block off interstate. Our room was spotless and shower worked well. Only real complaint was children crying and running in hallways but even that made it fell like home.

Waited 15mins to be greeted during check in bc the clerk was chatting in the back. My card was charged twice for incidental and my bank flagged the transaction as fraud. I didn’t check myself in, someone was paid to make sure ppls cards don’t get run multiple times for the same charge. Waited 10mins for the clerk to check
if the room was clean. The condition of the hotel all together was worse than terrible. Sheets had stains, counters were dirty. The room was not worth the higher nightly rate, and the stay was the worst. I’ve stayed at extended stay America facilities many times, and this location was the worst. Will never go back

If you love roaches in EVERY room offered
(I inspected two other rooms after finding one IN MY BED, all infested) or crackheads strolling around the parking lot staring as you remove valuables from your vehicle, then you'll love this place. My room was not cleaned properly. The toilet was dirty and the tub had a lot of hair in the drain. I had to wipe the entire room down with wipes and OMG the wipes were so dirty from all the dirt in the room. Also upon entering the hotel, the front desk guy was very unprofessional. He was cursing and saying that he hated his job and he don't get paid enough to clean the floors. I had to go buy linen for my bed because I wasn't sleeping on those sheets. I was so upset and will never stay here again.

Our NON SMOKING room had an overwhelming smoke odor & burn more all over the bed sheets. The bathtub faucet was held together by tape & dripped all night. Front desk stated they had breakfast until 9:30am. I went to the lobby at 8:40am to find food wrappers & empty used coffee cups scattered on the counter. No food available & 2 empty coffee pots. I asked the desk if it was going to be refilled. They said “no because it closes in under an hour so there’s no point”.

The room was completely filthy, and the lobby was not much better. I never write reviews of places, but I could not let this go unwritten. It was as if the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. I understand it is an extended stay and damages may be done, but this was just dirty. There was hair all over the shower, including a clump on the drain. The floor was sticky with pop or something spilled all over it, as well as on the walls. If it were stained on that would be one thing, but it was easily wiped off with the Clorox wipes we went to the store to pick up. There was food in the air conditioner, and things looked like they hadn’t been dusted or wiped in over a year. I went to the front desk to let them know of pencil scribbles all over the headboard and that it was quite dirty, I didn’t want to be charged for damages, I was simply told okay. There was a lot of potential as the room was spacious and the kitchen area was beneficial, but I do not recommend staying here. Had we not arrived later in the evening after a day of travel we would have gone somewhere else. We ended up leaving early and driving through the night home instead of staying our second night.

I requested a different room when i found out my door does not lock or shut properly. The staff member came down to look at it and she would have maintenance fix it right away, this never happened nor did they assign me a different room. This is a very sketchy hotel. There was also moldy bread left in our room and dried macaroni noodle in the bathroom. Also the toilet and sink kept clogging up and not draining properly.

Not a luxury resort, but clean and affordable. My go-to hotel when visiting nearby relatives. Desk staff has always been courteous and professional. Has some long term residents but has never been an issue. Hotel next door is 3x times the daily rate and their parking lot is always empty. No ice machines, so bring your own bag of ice.

It troubles me when a hotel has me sign a paper that basically says that I'm only staying for a short time and not \"moving in.\" The carpet was clearly never cleaned, there are questionable stains on all 3 chairs in the room, a lego man head was superglued to the table in the room, there were obvious signs of holes being shoddily spackled over, poor lighting in the halls, mismatched furniture, holes in the sheets, water pressure in shower was low, check out took about 15 mins because the hotel was experiencing network problems, the elevator had broken down earlier in the week, and cockroaches.

We understood from the description of the room we rented that we would have a fully stocked kitchen? There are so many issues with this motel. This sums it up for me. After check in , I asked where guest coffee and ice were. They offer neither. For ice I was told there are ice trays in the freezer (empty of course). At 7:30 pm I filled the trays and placed them in the freezer, at 11:00 they were half frozen. I had ice cubes for breakfast?

Ok if you’re looking for a place to smoke weed.

This hotel is more of a flophouse. It’s unfortunately not very clean or comfortable. And the whole building wreaks of marijuana smoke. The bed is basically a Hollywood frame with a mattress on it. There were no curtains on the window but a discolored spot with holes in the wall where they once were. The room had hand and finger prints everywhere, outlet covers were missing, there was dried brown liquid around the bathroom sink, dirt in the bathtub. All the hallway carpets were stained and oily and haven’t been cleaned in years. There were also a lot of suspicious characters in the parking lot and a lot of late night activity. I’m normally not picky about my stays, but this hotel was not up to basic standards. I would have been better off at a Motel 6.

The outside of the building was nice and the front desk area was clean. The elevator looked like the was falling apart. When we stepped off the elevator, there were roaches on the wall. The hallway was very dingy. The room itself was overall nice but floors were gross. You could see the foot and shoe prints on the floor. The side table was falling apart as the drawer was falling out the bottom. The air conditioner worked well and the staff was nice. Not sure we would stay here again.

Barebones room - A bit overpriced what you get

The hostess was very friendly. The hallways were smelly and dingy. The bedroom was a little better. Got a good nights sleep. I loved the shower. It had plenty of water. The TV had a larger screen. It was a barebones room.
