It was mostly clean, but only 2 small pillows. Could not get internet to work. No one ever answered the front desk phone.
Very loud, can hear neighbors above, below, next to, and especially the hall.
Nice kitchen but nothing to cook with.
Ughhhhh.
And only a thin covering on the bed.

Had a kitchenette but no cookware, dingware or silverware. No ice machine. No type of breakfast at all. Had a double bed room but one towel. When asked about getting just two more towels was told there was none. Advertised that there was daily housekeeping but that did not happen. Spent the whole day the hospital came back no clean towels, no housekeeping was done at all. Went to front desk to ask for towels was told there was none and that if I wanted towels I would need to bring my current towel done and turn them in to get clean towels.

Did not realize this was an extended stay establishment, my bad. It was a bit sketchy to say the least. Room was not very clean. There was trash between the shelving and the tv stand, food stains (or something) on the walls and dirt smudges/streaks on the floors. Back entry door did not lock so anybody could come and go, which ended up being to my benefit when I was locked out of my room(silver linings).
Main issue: They did not have readily reliable staff in case an issue arose. Staff only man the front during certain times of the day. You have to call an after hours number for anything after the designated times. My keycard stopped working and I could not get into my room. I called the after hours number and was redirected to a Verizon automated system that was not set up. After almost 2 hours of trying to reach someone who could assist, I finally saw someone enter the employee only area. When I first engaged this person, she was less than enthused and a bit hostile. She then directed me to use the phone on the wall and someone would be with me. I let her know that the number was not working and I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody for the last 2 hours she then scoffed asked me what my room number was took my card and got it reactivated. To her credit she did get me back in, it was early in the morning and probably not her job. All in all I will pass on this property in the future.

It is right off a major highway and the room we had was on the side of the highway and does not have black out curtains, or any curtains at all for that matter. We had to ask for another blanket to hang on the windows to try and block light/sound. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear our neighbors up, down and to the side.

No staff on site after 10pm and at 10pm we had someone literally jumping off their bed above us for 20 minutes and when trying to call the after hours number, it doesn’t forward anywhere so had to call the other WoodSpring and they got ahold of someone to address it.

If you are literally just there to sleep, and don’t mind noise or lights, it’s okay for the price. I felt like a hostel would have been a better choice.

The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in.

Staff is extremely nice. They need security in the parking lot there were annoying loud people all night in the parking lot which is right next to the windows. They need a smoking section when I came and went three times smokers by the doors everytime and didn’t want to go to a work event wreaking of smoke but have to walk out the doors there.

Worst experience in our lives. We booked two rooms, we walked into one and left the hotel paying for another hotel in the area. Room was dirty. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana, dogs were barking... We saw one barefoot lady with broken bloody nose walking around, we had kids with us. Worst. Experience. Ever. I have never seen anything worse. Sheets looked like they have not been changed. It was horrible.

Walked in and the smell of smoke/weed was so strong, I had a headache within 10-15 minutes. The room itself was extremely dirty. Dust and stains on the floor, the bathroom looked like someone shaved and didn’t clean it up. Overall it was sketchy, dirty and probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first. We tried to leave that first night but everything was booked. (It was also really late when we checked in so I don’t think that helped) I’m trying to get a refund but can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to.

Initially the bed cover was covered with dawg hair I had to change my own bedding on the first night, they allow big vicious dogs in the hotel after complaining to the manager about another tenant dogs snapping and barking at me in the elevator they did nothing the couple 2 doors down had 4 dogs that barked and was playful all night I was there for 5 days and they never checked on my towels and wash clothes lucky I travel with my own

The hotel did not have any kind of lobby or sitting area. A person sits in a little office just as you enter the front doors, then you have to use your room key to get through the next set of doors and then it turns into a hotel like a person would expect. Lots of nearby restaurants, so the location is good. Beds are a mattress on a steel frame with springs underneath. Very uncomfortable! It is known, but no breakfast, nor do they change out your towels daily or clean anything while you are there. A person must ask at the \"front desk/office\" if you need anything. It seems more like a truckers hotel as there is a large laundry room and everything is very minimal. We saw several folks doing laundry. Also the place reeks of cigarette smoke. If you are sensitive, this is not the place for you. We washed EVERYTHING upon returning home.

Right next to I35 so our room was very noisy, the microwave didn't work and yet the light never turned off, bathroom tub dripped all night, drawers wouldn't stay closed so we kept running into them. Not a pleasant stay too say the least.

Alright but…

f you want to deal with hearing the following all night this place is for you:

Other people’s doors SLAMMING
Trains running near by
Highway traffic can be heard
Noisy PTAC running off and on
Weed/cigarette smell
No ice machine
No dishes or pots to use
Overpriced vending machines
Generic remotes that won’t change to the inputs
Low pressure shower heads
Hot water running out
Internet going in and out

GREAT staff but I’m too light of a sleeper for all the things mentioned above.

Definitely a great hotel choice for the $! As an extended stay guest I appreciate the fact of having a full size fridge, kitchen sink, and stove top! The only thing I would have preferred was @ least a queen bed rather than a full, the room was on the smaller side however it did have several storage places which made up for it!! The staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating to requests and needs of the guest!!Thank You for your amazing customer service!!!

A $70 hotel for $140. Staff were nice, but otherwise not worth it. You pay for Internet, no breakfast, the heat/AC is the type that turns on and off and is loud, so if you need heat/cooling you won't sleep. Room has a kitchenette, which is nice, but most people don't need that. Office was shuttered when I went to check out at 8 am.

We had reservations, but couldn't check in until after a concert. That put us at the hotel at about midnight. There were people smoking pot inside and out, as well as drinking. No one at the front desk. Had to call the hotel line to get someone and they took 30 minutes to arrive. The staff was not friendly or accomadating in any way. The room was decently clean, but the road noise and other patrons made sleeping difficult.

RUN!!!

When we arrived no one was at the front desk, the sign said to dial 500 to get assistance, I picked up the phone on the wall and it literally fell off the wall.

Once someone came to the desk we were met with a surprise 100$ deposit that was not listed anywhere and we couldn't check in without paying.

The elevator was incredibly run down and slow, the place had a smell of tobacco and pot even though we were on a no smoking floor, there was dog crap in the hallway as well.

When we got into the room, there were burn marks behind the stove, the bed is incredibly thin and painful to lay on, there are only two paper thin pillows with zero support, the bed frame is springs and painful, the blanket is thin and itchy and the sheets were very low quality.

I have epilepsy and when I tried turning on the lamp it started flashing brightly, if my wife weren't there I would have seized.

The walls were so thin you could hear every conversation and TV around you as well as above you, the windows were so thin you could hear every single car pass by on the highway as if the window weren't even there at all!

The AC was loud and really struggled to cool the room, frequently ending in a clinking or thunk sound.

When we woke up we thought it was still daytime because there's a street like right outside the window and there were roaches all over the floor.

Children were running up and down the halls yelling and the people next to us were fighting.

We left in less than a day.

Decided to save $30 and choose this specific hotel, big regret. Not worth the price for the stay. Walked in to the front desk lady being rude stating check in wasn’t till 3pm - it was clearly already 3:10. I was told a $100 deposit would be required even though cable and internet were unavailable. Room had no curtains. Microwave was very dirty and smelled. Towels had stains and so did bedsheets. Glad I only stayed for a night! Take your money elsewhere

Tv did not have a signal for any station. Elevator doors noisy when opening or closing and no elevator inspection certificate posted in it. This is one you would want the top floor on (it was 4 floors). I had a “gymnast” above my 3rd floor room doing flips and moving furniture until at least 1:30 in the morning!

I liked the price but you get what you pay for. It sufficed for my 1 night stay. The refrigerator was loud and the remote to the television did not work properly. Check in wasn’t pleasant. Very slow and they actually charge your credit card 100 which they say they will reimburse after they determine that there are no damages to the room. Wasn’t aware of this when I reserved the room and fortunately I had the money. The room though was very clean. I would probably stay here again.

Not a pleasant stay!

The room was adequately clean, but was furnished very sparsely. No comfortable chairs at all in the room, no coffee maker or breakfast served of any kind. The bathroom had 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths, and we’re not replaced until my husband went to the front desk carrying our dirty towels and asked them to please replace them. We had asked for fresh towels on the second day of our stay. There was one very small bar of soap in bathroom, and none in the tub at all. The bed was very lumpy and not at all comfortable. There was no ice machine on the premises, but they gave us 2 ice trays to put in the refrigerator. And our checkin was a nightmare. The price I was charged was double what I was promised at booking. When I complained to the clerk, she said I would have to pay it, but I could talk to the manager in the morning. They did eventually get it straightened out, but it was very frustrating. I contacted Hotels.com about it and was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to work it out with the manager! Overall, it was a very frustrating stay, and was so stressful it was hard to celebrate with our family as we had planned. Not a good stay at all.

Sold as an extended-stay type place, it has a full size refrigerator, stove top, and SMALL microwave. It does NOT, however, have ANY kitchen wares! No plates, no glasses, no flat ware, no pots, no pans, nothing. Not even a coffee maker. A sign on the bathroom mirror says that they will SELL you these items, but they are not in the room and not available for loan. You have to BUY them. The only things available for loan are an iron and ironing board--the two things you are least likely to need. Also, the TV kept locking up on one channel. The first time, the maintenance guy came up and fixed it on Friday. That lasted about 12 hours, and when it happened again, there was no one available to fix it until Monday morning. I would be giving it a one star review except the staff was generally friendly and the room was reasonably clean. That said, if I had not pre-paid for my stay, I would definitely have checked out and found somewhere else to stay for the rest of the week I am scheduled to be in town. Oh, it's also right off the highway, so there is a lot of traffic noise.

What I did not like the towels were dirty.The had a hidden charge of $100 that they are going to hold for 7 to 10 business days. The light above the stove do not work. The mattress was uncomfortable you can feel the springs in it the shower curtain had mold on it the towels were dirty Brown the best lady was not never there had to sign up said be back in 20 minutes the whole time no kind of good service. For the price it's not worth it and they're holding $500 for 7 to 10 business days. It's a cesspool of infection..

Our room was dirty, didn’t want to sleep in bed one bed had what looked like a iron stain and hairs in bed. so slept on top with own blanket and pillow due to arriving late and needing to wake early. Floors were gross didn’t wana walk on without shoes there were stains and dog kibble on floor. It was a non smoking hotel yet smelt weed and nicotine. Staff was kind when reported in am wouldn’t recommend unless they cleaned it up.

The condition of this hotel was worn... That in its self isn't that big of a deal. When I walked into the room I initially thought that it was pretty clean. But after walking around for 10 minutes in my socks. They were black on the bottom. I don't think they ever cleaned the floors. I cleaned them somewhat with a wash cloth and bath towel just so I felt that I could walk in the floor.
The seat to the stool was broken and slid off to the side. You have to rent/buy a coffee maker or iron for your room.

I tried to cancel my stay because as soon as I pulled up to the hotel there were men loitering all over the entrances. I parked and a man asked if I was staying there and said cool. There were so many disheveled men around the entrances that I couldn't safely get to the door. No one from the hotel or Hotels.com would help. I had to get another hotel which wasn't much better!!!!

For starters, had to wait an hour to check in. Halls and elevator smelled like B/O and rotted leftovers. Room smelled like curry the entire time (I stayed over a week). Still smelled like curry when I left. Light shined in room all night. Train and highway noise all night. And finally, could not sleep because every time the people above me moved you could hear it, especially between the hours of midnight and 6 am.

To be clear, I never stayed at the property. This was due to the fact that I literally could not check in to the room I had reserved. We arrived at 8:15 on a Friday evening to find the front desk hours closed at 8:00pm. ??? There was a courtesy phone and a sign that said to dial “500” for after hours check-in. Not sure how I would have gotten a key card but that didn’t matter because no one ever answered. I tried for 30 minutes to reach someone on the courtesy phone and on a local number that was provided. Nothing. Had to scramble and find another hotel last minute (on a holiday weekend) and pay significantly more for. Awful experience!

I reserved the room through Expedia. First of all, there were LOTS of people “tailgating” in the parking lot, drinking and playing music. Two or three creepy people walking around the cars. One guy with a small child. One with a suitcase. It was a less than safe looking parking lot. When I arrived about 4:30, the front desk door was open but the window was closed down with a sign saying to call 500 on the phone in the lobby. I tried twice. It didn’t work. I called the local number with no answer twice. I called Expedia and said it’s a blessing that no one was at the front desk because I WILL NOT being staying at this disgusting hotel. There was a creepy guy walking around the place. No thank you. The Expedia lady said they will not give my refund. I am in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card. Now after reading reviews, it is definitely a blessing I didn’t make it in to a room. From the reviews seem even more disgusting inside.

will not stay with this hotel again

I guess we got what we paid for (which really wasn't that cheap) but it was disgusting and smelled so bad. We were glad it was a one night stay only. But we will never stay here again.

I like the price and the convenience of the stores close by but definitely could not sleep with the interstate traffic and the trains rolling in the middle of the night...

Molded mildew ac units

The ac are mold with mildew and are causing a stink smell through the building and more importantly bad for everyone’s health
