Wir haben 2 Zimmer reserviert.
Den Online Checkin erhielten wir erst als wir explizit danach gefragt haben obwohl es hiess man bekomme ein paar Tage vorher den Link.
Zuerst fehlte in der Nachricht die Verlinkung. Wir mussten nochmals nachfragen.
Dann bekamen wir nur für 1 Zimmer den Checkin.
Die ganze Fahrt wartete ich auf den 2. Checkin, da nirgends geantwortet wurde.
Der Checkin war dann kompliziert.
Mann hat uns auch nur für 1 Zimmer das Frühstück reserviert.
Es stand nirgends, wo genau der Frühstückraum ist. (Im anderen Hotel)
Dafür war das Frühstückbüffet super!

Room is clean, but AC vents in the bathroom need to be dusted as you can see the dust is getting thick. But aside from that, the room is clean and the place is nice. It is also very near a tram station so very convenient.

Ich hatte grosse Probleme mit der Türoffnung sodass ich um 01.30 Uhr an die Reception musste um ein Karte zu verlangen. Nach dem dies erledigt war, musste ich feststellen, dass das Zimmer Arschkalt war, die Heizung nicht funktionierte und ein Fenster sich nicht schliessen konnte (Defekt). Also ging ich nochmals an die Reception um ein anderes Zimmer zu verlangen. Leider vergebens, denn es waren keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar. Also habe ich einen kleinen Offen erhalten (Notlösung). Des Weiteren ging mitten in der Nacht der Alarm im Zimmer los (völlig unverständlich) also musste ich aufstehen, und versehen, wie sich das abstellt. Alles in allem eine Horrorerfahrung was noch Konsequenzen mit sich ziehen wird! Meine Frau hatte drei Wochen die Grippe und hat die ganze Nacht im Zimmer gefroren!!! Unzumutbar!

Please do NOT stay at this property. There is a reason they demand payment upfront and has a no refund policy!

This is a terrible hotel with absolutely no service or any assistance to guests for any issues, including being locked out of your room! My wife and daughter upon returning close to midnight on the 2nd night was locked out of the room due to IT system issues was unable to find any help via messaging the hotel via Expedia app. Both me and Expedia help line tried to call the hotel via their phone number and got only answering service! It is by pure luck that they went to a nearby Burger King and meet a staff who knew they can contact Hilton Inn nearby for assistance. Hilton Inn staff say they helped over 20 guests with the same issue!! There is absolutely no notice anywhere that you can go to Hilton Inn for assistance.

Otherwise they will be locked out of their room for potentially rest of their 7 day stay! To this day, there is no response from the property to my wife message about being locked out of the room.

As well, my wife message the hotel via Expedia app about missing hair dryer and unstable and usable internet on first night after check-in. Again, no response from the hotel.

There is only automated responses from the hotel to any messages send via Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel multiple times about issues encountered by my wife and young daughter, and hotel refuse to admit knowing any issues, and refuse to issue any refunds or even apologize.

Very hot in summer. Aircon ineffective

Had challenges getting into the building in the evening as the instructions were difficult to get into the building itself. Out of hours support outside of the building wasn't clear until we got into the block. It also wasn't clear you can park the car in the car park and go up in the lift with your digital room key.

The biggest issue was when we got into the room the air conditioning wasn't effective and was too hot to stay in. Things to note: We visited during a heatwave, so the place maybe fine in winter. Residents in the block confirmed the excessive temperature was the norm however.

The information on connecting to the WiFi was also incorrect and there was no information or help guide in the rooms (something id highly recommend once the temperature of the rooms and communal areas is rectified).
Once these issues are sorted the apartment is furnished to a very nice standard.
