Everything was excellent, with the exception of the blanket, which appeared soiled (yellow discoloration from perspiration). While the bed sheets were clean, the blanket itself was dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices, probably the best we have ever had in Prague. Wellness was great, but a bit busy after 5 PM. The sauna world was excellent. We will stay again.

The room we initially booked through Expedia was really small for a family of three and not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. We had to pay extra to upgrade our room. Parking spaces are limited and there are still construction work in area around. The swimming pool is relatively small.

Nice hotel! I was in the adjacent building which was undergoing external refurbishment, but that was not a problem. The room was immaculate. It would have been nice if the pool/spa was included, but it wasn't overly expensive. The free welcome drink was a very nice touch. The hotel is located a bit far from the main centre, but is accessible via public transport or Uber/Bolt.

Basic business standard hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff, great breakfast. Easy parking. This is a good no fuss hotel which is Perfect for O2 Arena events. Easy walk to tram and bus.
Not a great location for quick visits to Old Town though.

Everything was very good, with two exceptions:
1. When I went to the coffee bar, I noticed that there was no opportunity for the employee who was working there to sit down. Standing for a long time is not healthy, and there are stools that enable flexible sitting without needing a lot of space (wobble stools). I think a hotel that features wellness should also care about the well-being of its employees.
2. In the bathroom there was no shelf where I could put things on. As the bathroom was rather generous, there would be plenty of space to install a shelf

What liked is the 5 saunas on the property to relax after a busy day at the confernce. 15 minutes to old town by uber or can take the transit. Whatvi didnt like is how loud the train is roght beside the property. If you are a light sleeper then hotel is not for you. As they provide a set of ear plugs beside your bed.

Unfriendly reception not helpfull breakfast milk warm should be on ice coffee machine very slow resulting in que toaster needs upgrading and fruit cocktail instead of sliced fruit restaurant food not good with limited choice, poor resulting in eati g away most nights , room kept very clean and the massage we had was first class , booked boweling but they never turned up to let us in so went back and cancelled disappointing and some areas need addressing

Good bits:
Nice hotel with very good food and they are pet friendly
Very nice wellness centre with lots of saunas and big-ish swimming pool.
English language of staff was quite good
Hotel has indoor golf, indoor tenis and squash, bowling alleys and more sports facilities.

Bad bits:
There was no shower gel and no hand soap in the room and no shower curtain over the bath
Guidance from staff was sketchy for the wellness and for directions to city centre. Nobody explained how the sauna world etiquette was. One needs towels and sheets otherwise you are not allowed into the saunas and one must expect to see buck naked people inside the sauna 😀 poliester swim suits are jot allowed in the sauna world

First, this hotel is in the suburbs of Prague. That means it is a very modern building and not subjected to old, historic restrictions in the city itself. It is a genuine 21st century hotel. Attached to it is an ample parking garage at 12 Euro a day as well as an incredible wellness area (for separate prices) that include a heated swimming pool, and a couple jacuzzis.

Additionally, there is an upstairs sauna with around 10 different types. There are huge tennis courts, squash, badmintion, golf driving range (and simulators) and bowling areas. In short, the only issue is it is open to the public and fills up quickly, especially on the weekends.

The one downside is that it is well outside the city center. There is a tram about 10 minutes walk away. So, if you have seen enough of the old, historic city, this is a great place to stay. For first or second time visitors, you may want something closer to the center.

As I have been to Prague a few times and am used to the tram system here, this place is quite good for me. This is a modern hotel and at standard prices.

It was the best money saving option for me with a spa and it was way above expectations. They had a big pool, hot tub then an area with around 6 saunas. Steam rooms and even a plunge pool. 10min walk ro underground then 10mins on the train to the centre of Prague. Restaurant food/ breakfast was also great. Only slight critisism i can think of is its next to the main train line so gets quite noisy when your trying to sleep

Take your own teabags!

Room was ok, a little small and a little noisy from other guests but it was clean.
Breakfast was average on day 1, and on day 2 I wanted a cup of tea in the room. They don’t give you English breakfast tea in the room so I went to the restaurant and they wanted to charge me for a teabag which is ridiculous. Thankfully there was someone there with common sense but the lack of customer service was noticeable.

The hotel is very good but not the best value for your money. For example the A/C needs servicing as it was super noisy, rendering it useless. Could not open the windows because of the noise of the other A/C units.
Other than that no problems, good service, perfect breakfast, very tasty dinner with excellent service.

When I visited the pool was not accessible due to maintenance.
The Hotel is ~15m walk from a metro station. The area is not that great as you walk among a big stroad and climb stairs to get there. Also it is just next to railway so can be quite noisy if you want an open window.
Other than that the hotel is okay, would not mind staying again, but I believe that there are better options

Staff was the greatest thing, especially Martina at the reception. But everyone was very kind and attentive. Good staff is the most important thing. The second best thing was the food; breakfast and dinner were both top notch. Last but not least the room was clean and comfortable. All in all, great place to stay while in Prague.

Das Peronal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und es wurden nützliche Utensilien bereitgestellt. Das Wellnesscenter ist groß und super ausgestattet. Angenehm ist es auch, dass es hier gängig ist, sich im Sauna mit einem leichten Tuch zu bedecken, was gefühlt 95% der Gäste respektieren. Es gibt eine sehr gute Auswahl an Massage-Optinen, die man für einen angemessenen Preis hinzubuchen kann. Das Frühstück ist reichaltig. Es gibt ausreichend Nahverkehrsanbindugen zur Innenstadt. Alles in Allem, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Was das Hotel noch verbessern könnte, ist die Kommunikation auf der Webseite, dass an Weihnachten und evtl. weiteren Feiertagen das Wellnesscenter für einen Tag und bestimmte Aktivitäten wie Bowling für mehrere Tage geschlossen haben.

Unser Panoramaappartement war richtig toll, wenn auch laut wegen der naheliegenden Bahngleise. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist gut, aber sehr überfüllt und teilweise sehr kalt, da viel im Freien liegt. Das Frühstück war gut und viel Auswahl.

I have been to this same hotel for three years in a row and this time has been my worst experience at any hotel ever.

I have arrived early by car and called the morning to check if the room would be available a bit earlier. During the call they advised the room would be ready latest 14:00. At arriving at the hotel (leaving the city for checking in) the room was not ready. The male behind the desk was extremely arrogant and new he needs training as his colleague was more professional.

In the room the bed is extremely hard feels like a plastic box and the room is very noisy and outdated. If you are placed at the side of the hotel with trains you will not sleep (like me). The walls are paper thin and you hear everything from the adjacent room (yes everything including the sex and snoring). The plumbing of upper floors went most likely through the walls of the room I was in as these kept running. Till around 23:00 you hear the central heating system in the works and this is loud.

The shower is typical old style shower. It is so small that if you turn around th slightest (unless you're super thin) you turn the heat to cold or scorching. In the corners of the ceiling you see the moisture is getting in this needs some paint or service.

I could not handle to stay my last night and checked out shortly after midnight. Instead of asking if something was wrong or how my stay was.. nothing just a bye.

A very sleepless, trip ruiming experience overall.

Vi boede på værelse 212. Lige ud til togbanen. Der kommer tog, døgnet rundt, især godstog, gør det umuligt at lukke et øje. Da vi den første morgen, går ned i reception, for at finde en anden løsning/værelse. Bliver vi tilbudt en fribillet til deres svømme afd.
hotellet får fine anmeldelser, men tænker andre værelser ligger bedre. Syntes bestemt ikke prisen og det vi fik hang sammen.

Algemein war es gut. Service , Frühstück alles gut.
Wir hatten Block B das ist neben den Hauptgebäude
Dort fahren die Züge direkt neben Fenster, es war laut Mann konnte nachts kein Fenster aufmachen.
Die Lage ist also nicht so toll.
Bis zur Stadtmitte kann man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, viele Möglichkeiten Freizeitaktivitäten auszuüben. Bowlingbahn, Massagenangebot, Lobbybar, Restaurants Restaurant... Es fehlt an nichts! Parkplätze sind meist voll, sofern diese kostenlos sind. Das Parkhaus bietet genügend Platz, kostet aber auch 20 Euro pro Tag!!! Besonders empfehlenswert und positiv hervorzuheben ist, daß der angrenzende Sportpark viel zu bieten hat. Tennishalle, Badmintonhalle, Tischtennis, Minigolf etc., die Wellness- und Saunalandschaft sind sehr sehr schön. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Fint hotel med god morgenmad

Det er et ganske fint hotel. Water world er ikke så meget værd, hvis man tager afsted uden børn, men vi tilkøbte ikke sauna world, som nok ville gøre det lidt mere værd. Ellers er det et fint hotel og det er nemt at tage linje 8 eller 92 ind til byen og komme tilbage igen. Deres udvalg af aftensmad er ikke særlig stor, men de har en ganske fin morgenbuffet med god plads og stort udvalg af brød, pålæg, æg og sødt

Brukte dette hotellet for andre gang, da jeg trivdes veldig godt første gangen.
Denne gangen fikk jeg rom rett i mot jernbanen, og togene dundret forbi hele natta, noe som resulterte i veldig lite søvn. Sist gang hadde jeg rom på motsatt side, slik at jeg ikke merket noe til togene.
