My one and only complaint is the shower. Mounting the shower wand waist high is ridiculous. The fact that the glass doesn’t cover half of the tub means water gets everywhere. There’s no handle to hold on to when stepping in and out of the tub. It’s a very poor design.

The hotel was close to the tourist attractions and old town. The hotel was clean but no coffee provided in the room...there is no hotel in this world that does not provide coffee in the room. Wasn't extraordinary for the price we paid. Not sure if there is a better value!

Good location, rather basic hotel with a small spa

Basic hotel with a small (overpriced) spa in the basement. Was very clean and decent sized rooms for a couple, although the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was freezing cold as you could feel a cold breeze at feet level in the room despite the window being shut.

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Prague. Very close to city center, right next to the hotel is metro station and tram stop. around the hotel you can find lot of dining and coffee options and I felt safe in this area. Hotel rooms are nice, spaciousness, love the design of corridors. I would book this hotel again!

Room sizes, though advertised as large, are small and tight. Beds were of poor quality and one entire there was no air conditioning in the room or hot water in the bathrooms.

Only saving grace for this property is it’s convenient location.

Frayed, and not just the towels

Let's start with the good: it's a hotel with good connections to the city center. It looks clean and staff seem nice. The window opens! But if that's all that can be said from a 4* boutique hotel, it's a poor show.

Why? Let's start with the bed. I booked a room with a king size bed and although the photos on the website show a nice big duvet, I had to make do with a single duvet. No, no second single duvet in the cupboard. What the photos on the website does not show is that the bottom sheet goes directly on the mattress. Hygienic? I think not. Then the bathroom. Yes, that towel was completely frayed which at the very latest housekeeping should have checked and taken out of rotation. And perhaps they did that a couple of times, because the towels don't match anymore. While you may not consider either an issue at home, in a hotel (especially a 4* one), you expect different. The whole room looked heavily used. Switches were completely worn off, the bathroom had seen several remodels with the shadow of the previous shaving mirror still clearly visible in the poorly executed paintwork. The shower will soon need attention: the shower screen looks as though it will say its goodbyes to the wall soon.

The hotel as a whole gives a frayed impression (not just the towels). If 'boutique' implies 'frayed' that reference is spot on, but I can do without. I'm sure at some point they were 4* but that rating is lightyears away now.

Booked 2 nights stay at the hotel separately (the second night was booked for 3 ppl) unfortunately a friend of mine wasn’t able to join. We asked multiple times at the front desk if we could stay in the same room and we were multiple times reassured that it is absolutely ok and we don’t have to move to the another room.
We got back on the second day later in the afternoon and found out that our cards were blocked.
The young lady at the front desk wasn’t able to answer my question (I asked her politely if she could explain to me why they blocked our cards) instead of it she started accusing her colleagues, that they didn’t share this information with her (even though she was the one who reassured us that morning that we could stay in the same room).
After all these she finally unblocked our cards, however forgot to activate the card‘s compatibility with the electricity in the room so I had to go there again.

We didn’t receive any apology for these inconveniences!

The only highlight of our stay was a kind man (dark hair, exotic look) at the front desk who tried to apologize for this incident later in the evening.

We liked the fact it was in a good location, it had a fridge - this was Luke warm not cold. Room far too hot had to open window to have noise from other parts of hotel. No bar, no room service, no decent breakfast unless you like toast, yoghurt and cereal breakfast is awful. Bed and pillows so hard you may as well sleep on the floor very uncomfortable. No option to lock the door from the inside. The toiletries in the room very poor quality, not even a hand wash/soap was provided. A very bad night sleep pay extra go to the Hilton this was poor.

Nice hotel in a calm and safe area with several small and cozy local restaurants and wineries nearby.

One minor is that the rooms are somewhat cold during summer months. I would have preferred to set the temperarure according to my wishes, this was not possible.

Located 1 minutes walk from Metro so makes travelling around Prague easy.
Quiter out of Prague 1 area means local restaurant very reasonably priced.
Lovely and helpful staff.

Nice Hotel, new. Good Service and nice room. Breakfast good but “strange” buffets location and way overcrowded. Staff was doing amazing job but way to less table and space related to number of rooms. Same for parking lot, approximately 25 lots for so many rooms. Electric car charging station is just a red plug, don’t forget the appropriate adapter.

Chic hotel in the business centre of Prague

Fabulous hotel in the business centre of Prague, within walking distance from the old centre. Staff were very helpful with parking (we paid 20 euros to park in the underground parking of the hotel, but they were able to accommodate a charger for our electric car). They even offer a voucher for free drinks at the hotel's bar. They also have a gym and sauna but we haven't had the chance to use it.

Limited parking space at the hotel garage so we had to park outside. There's free weekend parking in the area so we were in luck. We had a small room for two, it was alright for us. The location was great, so no complaints there. Breakfast was fine as well. We didn't get to use the spa facilities. I thought the bathroom toiletries could have been better for the price we paid.

My husband and I have just returned from our 3 night city break in Prague.

We arrived very early in the morning and the hotel kindly kept our luggage until later when we could check in.
The room was very spacious for a city hotel with plenty of storage, a safe and mini fridge. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, boasting a double sink and fantastic shower! It was without a doubt the best hotel shower we've had with great water pressure!
The free breakfast was such a bonus! There was a great selection of cereal, fruit, cold meat and cheese, hot food, crossiants and pastries.

Location
A really good location. The hotel is only about 1 minute walk from the B line stop Krizikova. This will take you right to the centre in only 2 stops.
It's also super easy if you want to get here from the airport. Once you get to the metro station it is 15 stops on B line.

Highly recommend this hotel for value, location and comfort.

Excellent hotel. Very well located, you’re at 2 minutes walk to subway. Very close to downtown. Excellent breakfast. Very very clean.
Just check your reservation, they might want to charge you extra for parking when it’s supposed to be free. We’ll return to this hotel anytime we’ll be back to Prague.

Great base for Prague

A smart, modern well run hotel. Although a little out of the centre, it is located in a pleasant area with plenty of restaurants, bars etc nearby and is close to a Metro station and tram stop, so it was fast and easy to get to the city centre. Our room was a reasonable size with sufficient storage space; the bathroom was a little snug but had a great walk-in shower. Breakfast was very good overall, our only gripe was that fresh fruit was rather limited and not very appealing; on the other hand, coffee from a machine was very good and the mini croissants were delicious. Hot food was pretty good too.

Great location - 2 minutes from Metro station Krizikova. The staff were very helpful, the room very clean and large. We had to ask for room slippers and bathrobes but they provided without question nor delay. The only downside was that they did not have a business centre nor can you call overseas from your room - you have to call from reception which is a bit inconvenient. The hotel is popular with tours so breakfast time is very busy and loud and finding a table for more than 2 may be difficult. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of items.

Excellent hotel to stay in Prague, quiet, respectable area, and only 2-3 stops on the tram or Metro to the Old Town ( centre) 24 koruna ( 85p )
We were stranded due to Beast from the East, and stayed an extra 5 nights. Hotel could not have been more helpful. Arranging new Boarding Passes and vital information re our extended stay. House Maids were terrific too. Breakfasts are Special. Trust me. Eat out at Krusovicka Salanda just up the road. Soup 39 koruna-£1-40, main lunch courses approx £4 Beautiful food, beer .5 ltr -40 koruna.
Would recommend this hotel to anybody and will come back again.

Short business trip to Prague

Very comfortable new hotel outside of the immediate city center but the historical sites are all within a short tram ride or a moderate walk. Immediate area does not have a lot going for it.
Because the hotel is new the condition is excellent but one gripe about the shower was that there was no holder of the shower head (attached to the facet) so you had to hold it all the time in the shower. Strange oversight in what is generally a very well fitted out hotel.

But they need more staff at breakfast; the staff are too busy trying to clear tables, restock glasses etc. There is a good selection of food at breakfast, but the hot buffet food is only lukewarm. The management need to look at improvements for breakfast.

Hotel was right next to the Metro station, and 2 stops into the centre of Prague. Very convenient, without the noise of being in the heart of the city. Room was clean, beds were super comfortable, big screen TV and kettle in the room. Shower was a bit odd, no holder high on the wall??, and the room was a Cell-phone and Wifi dead spot. Opening the room door allowed wifi to work at the doorway. Most likely this is a fault or specific room problem. Not bad for us, as it stopped me from working, and kept the kids off the iphones. Breakfast was good and varied.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, but limited facilities and unreliable service. I had arranged the airport-hotel transfer service in advance, but nobody was there to pick me up upon arrival in Prague. I called the hotel and they said someone would be there within 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I was tired of waiting and Tok a taxi on my own. Rooms are clean and nice, but daily cleaning service did not properly refill the room amenities on any of the days during my 4 night stay (whether, coffee, cookies, creamer, sugar, or bottled water, each day something was missing). The breakfast is good, and there is a lobby lounge that serves drinks and pre-made sandwiches, but otherwise there is no proper restaurant or even room service. Hotel also advertises itself as \"on the river\", but it is actually a block inland, and there is no river view.

Convenient hotel for world trade center

An average hotel, not at the level of other 5 star in Dubai, mostly used for people going to exhibition.
Room furniture seems old. I was given an apartment, and kitchenware was greasy, mini bar almost empty, coffee provided 1 capsule of decaf.....
Lack of sockets next to bed, you were having to choose to have lights or charge phone....so you were completely blind going to bed in darkness
The hairdryer cannot be plug next to any mirror as the cable is wired in a way that for the sockets in the bedroom next to desk there is no space available

Lastly the living room stunk to tobacco when I arrived and that was quite annoying. How management of the hotel can say the apartment is worth 10000 AED ($2700) x day?

Everything was smooth and lovely! The check-in was easy, the receptionista very helpful and kind, a great room with a lovely bathroom, nice bar downstairs, lovely breakfast. Stay is okay but too expensive for the service you get. Reception staff does not smile and dont seem to care much for you, do not say thank you or anything like that.
The cleaning personal is quite dumb at least they opened my room 5 times between 8-10 to check to clean, and every time they check a light goes on in the room which is super inconvenient if youre looking to have a good sleep.
