This hotel is situated in the centre of Prague, a short walk from Wenceslas Square, in a quiet side street close to the main tourist area, where guests will find a range of restaurants, bars, cafés and nightlife venues. Republic Square is just 600 metres from the accommodation.

Incredibly rude staff.
Asking questions at the dining room, they bounced me around to each other, then spoke Chezc, without realizing that I understood some. Lots of nasty words “behind my back “.
Similar situation at the front desk.
One of the worst experiences ever. And that is after using about a dozen hotels throughout the Europe over the course of last three months.

Stayed Monday to Friday, the hotel has no atmosphere as the bar was closed the whole time and there is no evening restaurant so nobody about. The room was ok, but nothing special. Really is just a 3 star hotel not a 4 star.

Room was very clean, breakfast was rather abundant! You’ll have a hard time finding something for the price and so close to major tourist attractions and public transit.

The spa wasn’t open, neither was the bar, but the breakfast was great! The staff were all super friendly! Most spoke English as well as other languages.

Our only complaint was the heater couldn’t turn off and the shower door didn’t seal at the bottom causing water to leak out and onto the carpet.

That being said, the staff were on top of it. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip out in a couple of months.

Great rooms and breakfast. 1star property rating because spa prominently featured on Web site and even in elevator.

Upon arrival informed spa closed for weeks with no opening date determined. Told reception was main reason we selected hotel and no compensation offered. Still listed on web site. Felt it was a bait and switch.

Had a 3 night stay and found the hotel to be clean, quiet and value for money. It is near to public transport, but many places of interest are a relatively short walk away.
We had breakfast in the hotel on our last morning and found it very good for choice and value. There are many bars and places to eat nearby.

Great service!

The hotel was very responsive and helped me with how to get from the airport to the hotel. Service was great. The key code for the door sometimes acted up, however. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked the long counter for toiletries in the bathroom.

Super hôtel and staff

This hotel was very well placed just a 9 minute walk from a large shopping centre and 17 minute walk to old town. They provided a fridge and kettle in the room and the breakfast was excellent value. The beds very comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom modern. Has a bit of trouble to get bath tap to convert to shower but managed in the end. Hotel staff super helpful and friendly. Weather was very hot and they obliged us by filling out flasks with ice and water whenever we asked. Mini market a couple of doors away and a few restaurants too. I will definitely stay again

Overall the hotel was very clean and perfectly located. We paid extra for breakfast and was very disappointed with the vegetarian options which were fried egg,scrambled egg and boiled egg along with boiled veg(I don't know about you, but I don't want boiled veg with my breakfast) some items were very sparse and were not refilled straight away. Rooms were clean but very dark, not a problem for some people but for myself as a women who likes to get ready and do her makeup it was not good. Staff seem friendly, We did, however call one day for an iron, The gentleman said he would get back to us once he's located one, but we never did. Aside from the breakfast and the dark room I would still recommend the hotel.

Good hotel at a fair price point

I stayed for several nights.

Location - A generally quiet area - there’s a church 2mins walk away so there’s the soft chime by the hour. The location was perfect, 2-3mins walk to the nearest tram stations (Tesnov and Bila Labut) and 5-6mins walk to Florenc Metro station. Within minutes, you’ll be in either the old/new town. Even by walk it’s also pretty fast.

Hotel - The hotel is generally clean, but the service is just average. The breakfast was an interesting spread, but they didn’t have a bag to pack breakfast to go. It’s a small hotel, so housekeeping is not always available (in case you need to request for anything).

Nonetheless, it was a comfortable stay and this would still be my choice if I do come back again.

Waiting on a refund for two weeks. Scam hotel

I’m still waiting for my refund over two weeks later. I agreed with management after the description of the property wasn’t accurate that I would checkout and receive a refund for my 3 unused nights. This was agreed with hotels.com too however the business has not refunded me!! This place is a scam that try to charge you lots of money for hidden extras and lie to you about refunds so beware.
If this is an error and the refund is in process I will remove the review

Good location, 15 minutes from the old town center.Very friendly staff, the room looks the same as at the picture, clean and well equipped. The breakfast included and was good enough. Only good impressions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Prague.

I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. During our stay there were no security at the hotel and they do not check people coming to the breakfast hall and anybody from outside can come in to the breakfast place. On the second day of our stay, my small bag hanging on my chair was stolen while I was having my breakfast. Now the police is investigating the case.
But I would like to mention that the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel management is so RUDEEEEEEEEEEE.
Receptionists don’t have enough information for customers but they know how to take extra money from customers.
Online hotel advertisement on internet published, hotel has indoor pool, swimming pool, and full spa service, but there is no swimming pool and full spa service available in the hotel. I, confirmed with ebookers staff before I booked the hotel about this and ebookers confirmed me YES it is available in hotel, and I paid extra money for these things but there is nothing in hotel and hotel management refused to listen and they said you have to contact with ebookers and I emailed and contact with ebookers and ebookers ignored me as well. So my experience was so so so bad.
And checkout time they asked us to pay city tax as well, but on advertisement there is no written to pay extra money there.
Property by itself is not bad but management, staff was so rude and not helpful, they tired to charge me.
The amount I paid for amenities, it wasn’t available at all and they were blaming to ebookers and when I contact with ebookers, ebookers did not reply me back for my email.
My wife wasn’t happy at all, because of these things we did not enjoy our holidays. Thanks for ea embassy hotel and EBOOKERS.

We were happy with fast check-in/check/out, the front desk people went above and beyond with welcoming tourists, and were always happy to give directions and advises! The breakfast was excellent - many choices of Czech food and traditional American such as eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, juices, variety of pastries! The location is very nice, 3 min walk to a metro, close to a Main train station. Everything was perfect, we will definately recommend this hotel to anyone!!

This hotel had a very good value versus quality.
Location was good. 2mn from Florenc metro station. 6mn from the Palladium mall. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and nice and the breakfast buffet was good. I really recommend this hotel.

Nice place, rougher part of town.

Very nice place, crowded breakfast area, large comfortable room, the surrounding buildings are tagged by local graffiti artists, but not in the beautiful mural method. I'd paint over or power wash that away.

The room is spacious and clean and hotel was close to the old town, but slightly more away from the busy touristy streets.
The down side (and I appreciate this may not be something hotel can control) was construction right outside. It would start right at 8am (weekend) meaning sleeping was not an option after that.
During our stay the sink was leaking as soon as you start running the water and on the last morning of our stay some of thd bathroom lights went as well.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and a decent size with toileteries and a minibar. Very good breakfast for the price. Quiet location just out of the main town centre but only a short walk away with plenty of amenities nearby. Metro and train station a 5 minute walk. Hot water was a little temperamental first thing in the morning, but a great value hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

They just want your money. Never again!

No hot water for 2 our 3 days.
Air con wouldn’t switch on. Room was to hot
1 small shampoo and shower gel bottle , they didn’t replace after we used them.
They wouldn’t replace toilet roll if they didn’t have to. We ran out of toilet roll. Couldn’t even wash it off there was no hot water.

Breakfast is bad. Old bread, old cereal.
We arranged the airport transfer back to the airport through the hotel. They advertise a price of 690 koruna at reception, upon arrival at the airport we were charged 800 koruna and dripped off away from the terminal entrance.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Good connection by Metro to the old town or just take walk and see shops. Also with Flixbus bus station UAN Florenc nearby and Flixbus connections for example Vienna, Budabest, Germany etc.... We had very pleasant stay with my wife in this hotel.

Helpful staff on reception 24/7. Booked a taxi with them which was prompt and efficient but not the cheapest. Also helpful at giving directions.
Room was a good size. Lots of storage space. Modern clean bathroom with underfloor heating and good water temperature but low water pressure. Room was made up daily. Good black out curtains.
Breakfast had ample hot and cold choices and soy milk available. Juices disappointing as not real fruit, was like still fanta.
Quiet location close to UAN Florenc bus ststion. 15 min walk to Old Town Square. We walked to all the attractions and sites easily. Cafes etc 1 min walk away.
Would definitely stay again :)

Large & Clean Room, Great Staff

Nice quiet place, very clean, excellent, helpful, thoughtful and friendly staff. A convenient 8-10 minute quiet walk to the hustle of Prague allowing for experiencing the \"real\" flavor of Prague with it's beautiful streets and architecture. Nice large room, good breakfast, excellent WiFi.

Great hotel, great price, great location

I loved the hotel! The staff was very nice, especially one bell boy. Stayed there 2 nights, Old Town was 15 minute walk, the bathroom was very clean, the breakfast was good, I enjoyed it very much. Will definitely stay there again

This hotel is very nice. On arrival the staff was very welcoming and help full. The room was very nice, comfy beds and lovely bathroom with heated floor!! The hotel spa whirlpool was well worth the money. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is continental and is full of variety

Beautiful hotel, but the street is a little bit shabby. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly and helpful. They lack of the sense of service, instead, they treat clients more like solving problems. The room #401 we were in had an unbearable noise coming from outside which kept me awake nearly the whole night. Avoid!

The Hotel doesn’t have free parking. The rooms has issues with the A/C and we had to move rooms at 0230 in the morning, and we didn’t get a discount or any kind of apology for the events.
Positive aide is that breakfast was good and the room had enough space to be comfortable.
