This hotel is extremely convenient, with a tram stop right outside the building. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it is also very close to major attractions.

Both check-in and check-out were straightforward and smooth. The environment was pleasant, the location was excellent, and the room was well equipped. It included full kitchen facilities and utensils, which made the stay very comfortable.

The only small area for improvement would be if the television supported phone mirroring, which would have made the stay perfect.

This property had everything i needed. I felt it was quite affordable for the quality service. You couldn't possibly need anything else. The only downside was that the reception was down the road in a different property however I did not mind this much as they were always very responsive and proactive. Also, as I had everything I needed in good working condition, there was hardly a need to go to reception. The cleanliness was superb. I would stay here again.

Okay hotel

Location is central and great with shops and restaurants around. But note you pick up the key card in a hotel down the road and this place is an unmanned annex with no but the cleaning staff when they come to clean the rooms. Though no smoking signs are everywhere, guests have obviously been smoking as the room smelt of stale cigarette and during my there was the strong smell of marijuana as guests flouted the no smoking rule. The decor could do with an upgrade. It was a comfortable stay notwithstanding.

I had a room on the 5th floor, window too high for a view but the room was very specious & bright & comfortable with all desirable amenities. Supermarkets & A few restaurants close by. Just a 5-minute walk to the Powder Tower/Smetana Hall, Palladium & Florentina malls.

First we went to Alveo Suites. The room was very small. No air conditioning. So hot in room when we checked in. Went back to the Urban Creme where the front desk is and told them about it and they switched us to the Urban Creme where there was air and very friendly front desk. The building was new compared to the very old building.

Pool is not friendly to the apt guest

There is a pool in the hotel but not in the apt that we stay, they only allow us to use the next day morning from 7 am to 12pm period, if you choose from 3pm to 9pm period , you need to paid about 15us pp. It really make me feel uncomfortable about that we have walk from the apt to the pool in the very early in the morning in cool to catch up the service and the check out time is 10am in rush.

I enjoyed the property, and love the old-fashioned feel of the place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I wish the water didn't take so long to get hot enough for a shower, but that's not much surprise in an older building. What really frustrated me was the unreliability of the wifi service. I had some time-sensitive work to do on my travel plans and had to go elsewhere to perform it.

I liked the fact the suites did not have the constraints of a hotel and felt more like your own apartment (with maid service). More than I ever needed (mini kitchenette) but a nice touch for those that may want to stay longer within their suite. Wholly recommended.

Check in staff was very helpful and nice. Really the only negative thing to say is in regards to the bed. But it was terrible. I could feel the springs in my back and got 2 hours of sleep the entire night. Really negatively affected the next two days of my trip catching up on sleep.

Property was excellent. Good spacious apartment, amenities - kitchenette, large bed and spacious bathroom. Visited in November, so heat wasn’t a problem however a fan was provided in the room. Check in was smooth. The check-in is in a separate apartment block around 100m down the road. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, this is not a hotel but an apartment building. It was clean and smelled of paint. There were no AC, just a fan. When I arrived and rang the bell, the lady told me that checkin is 2 blocks away. They also charged me some additional tax. I was the only one person in building. It all felt shady, so I decided to another hotel. By the way, it looked nothing like the picture. Disappointed customer

Fine if you don't mind smell of cigarette smoke

Decent location and good value, but loud and smells like cigarette smoke. I'm used to places in Europe smelling like cigarette smoke, but the smell in the first room they gave me was overwhelming so I went back to the reception (down the street) to ask for a new room. After waiting for about 20 minutes, they gave me a key to a new room. When I walked in I noticed they had opened the windows to air it out, but even so, the room still smelled of cigarette smoke. This second room wasn’t as bad, however, and I got the impression the reason I had to wait so long was because they had been checking to find the least smelly available room, so rather than walk down the street again to the reception (at Hotel Urban Creme- see attached) I decided to just keep the room. The other negative, at least for rooms facing the street, is that if you keep the windows open (there is no AC) the trams and traffic can be quite loud.

Good location but we stayed on the other side of the river earlier in the week and this spoilt us as the walk across the Charles bridge to the old town is magical. Our room at the Alveo Suites however was fine, clean, good size all facilities you would need. It is in a good location 10-15 minutes walk to Wencleslas Square.

Quick one night stay in Prague. My only complaint was that the hotel did not have air conditioning and the street below was too noisy/filled with cigarette smoke for ideal \"open window\" settings. The woman working the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Great, clean and comfortable stay in a very nice area 15 minutes from city centre. I would recommend staying here rather than in central Prague, as this area had interesting restaurants and cafes and was quieter. Only negative was that the room has no air conditioning, so can be very hot during warm days.

The room was surprisingly large, and included a nice kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. The only small negative was that the front desk is only open until 9pm - this didn't cause a problem for me, but I could see it being a downside for some. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though!

Loved having our own suite. Made us feel like we were living in Europe again. They happily got us into our room early, after arranging for our pick-up from the airport. Very helpful and kind staff. Room was very quiet. Loved the balcony and washing machine. Bed was stiff, but otherwise fantastic.

Not bad but eas expensive for what it was

Overall the staff was great and the place was clean and we'll located. Our only issues was that the room had a few small ants. Though the staff was super nice about spraying the little ants persisted! The other thing was they said ywould arrange us transport that accepted credit card but both times the drivers refused our card claiming their machines were all broken despite repeated assurances from the hotel it wouldn't happen again and we were forced to find an ATM. While the place was nice this was a big deal because my husband had to run around in the rain looking for an ATM that would take our card.

Spacious room and great location

Very big and comfy room, toilette is huge and very high quality and comfortable. Bed is king size and very comfortable. Location is very good. From there you're 10-12 minutes walking to Old Town Square, where the John Hus statue and the big tower clock is, and is a very central point where to find free guide tours in whatever language you need. Near to Alveo Apartments there is a Lidl supermarket and a Vegan restaurant which is very nice.

This hotel is great, particularly for those like to do their own thing. It’s easy enough to find if you look for the vegan store next door. Check-in was pleasant and easy, with Claudie at the front desk being particularly helpful. There is a lift up to the rooms. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Rooms are super clean with basic furniture and amenities. Having a fridge, stove, microwave and washing machine is great. The area is safe, with everything one could need con the doorstep. Billa supermarket is better than Lidl! An easy walk to the main square and Ild Town. I’d happily stay again.

It’s close to downtown and some tourist attractions yet not too noisy.
There’re some issues with the heaters but the staff fixed them right away.
Because of the structure of the building, there’re some areas have low ceilings (see pictures). It doesn’t really bother me, but perhaps tall people would need to know this and tell the staff to avoid arranging the rooms on the fifth floor.

Overall the stay was really nice. Happy with all facilities and the friendly staff.

Great for extended stay.

Amazing 4 nights here. Loved the high ceiling. Large rooms with refrigerator and stove. Clean bathroom. Area was a slightly outside of the main square but close to groceries and the large mall. Overall awesome experience. As others mentioned, the entrance does look sketchy with just an A4 sized piece of paper marking the entry door but we really enjoyed our stay here.

We have been upgraded on arrival from junior suite to a more superior one with separate sitting room and a bedroom. The rooms were attended by cleaners daily, the rubbish was cleared out, towels changed and toiletries replaced. Wi Fi was good, beds comfy and the kitchen had all basic cooking equipment plus microwave and washing machine. The place was quiet (our windows faced away from the main road). The heating was very efficient and easy to control by adjusting the radiator valves, good shower in the bathroom. It was perfect for our needs, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great place to stay, close to everything. Staff were very friendly. Room had a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge and microwave. Also had dishes and so we were able to buy groceries and make some meals ourselves to cut down on eating out costs. There was also a hair dryer, but no face clothes - may need to bring your own.

On arrival we weren’t sure what sights to see and where to go, staff very helpful and mapped out everything for us ( everything within walking distance but she also told us the trams and buses to take) we were upgraded from a double room to a suite free of charge, it was very nice! Beds are very comfortable and the walk in shower is a nice touch to the very clean and comfortable room

Lidl right out side the hotel for any bits you may need, tram line right outside as well so easy access into town however we walked every day was no more then 5 minutes. Due to Hurricane Irma, my friends and I were unable to get to Prague for our planned vacation. We were evacuating our homes, driving through four states while wondering if we'd have homes to return to. We spent almost two weeks nomadically, following online sources of information to monitor the progress of the storm and aftermath. Meanwhile, we needed to cancel parts of the planned trip to Prague -- including the rooms we booked at this hotel. We asked for a refund through Expedia, but were told the management decided to refuse our request. And then rebooked the rooms for a higher rate. Clearly, this hotel does not care. And I have no care for it from this point onward.

Everything was great except for the problem with the shower drainage. If you have a shower greater than 3 minutes, the water will start to build up and flood the beautiful bathroom.
It was very hot in Prague during our visit.. Mid 30 degrees C. Note that there is no air conditioning. Hotel staff was great in moving is to a bigger and cooler room with a fan. Overall, good experience and will recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

The place was big enough for two people to stay in. Kitchen equipment was very sufficient and everything was clean. The toilet is spacious but be careful about the water splash when you are taking the shower, it may spill out of the shower and make the floor wet. One thing that let down was the TV as it was not in a great position for us to watch directly. We had to turn our head to watch the TV. The bed was a little soft to my taste. Room was a little bit stuffy so we had to open all the windows but the fan did help air circulation a little bit. Overall the location is great, cleanliness is on spot, service was good! I will stay here again if I visit Prague;)

The only bad thing was that there was no air conditioner and if we left the windows open it was a little noisy because of the tram outside. But it is handdable and normal in Europe.

Staff are super friendly and very helpful and fluent in English. hotel is very close to all the tourist attractions, within walking distance, I didn't even get on the metro. Also, the main train station is only 5 minutes (walking distance) from the hotel and a 40 minutes bus ride from the airport to the train station. Room was specious and clean, however it could have been cleaner!
I loved the location and everything else about the hotel, except for one thing, this hotel doesn't have an A/C, but I had a fan in my studio.

Perfect location near the center with of old town. The double windows shut out all the street noise. The room was spare but spacious and had a microwave, fridge and cooktop. There's no lobby, just a reception office but what cares when the price is moderate and room / location good. The young women at the desk (maybe named Jana) was very helpful and patient. A great choice overall. Only issue is that the front door is easy to miss (look next to the appliance store for a white door with small typed sign)
