Hotel was basic, looked tired but was clean and rooms cleaned daily.
Room was a decent size, bed comfortable but there was no tea/coffee facilities in room. Room had tv, no English channels though.
Room could do with a mirror as the only one was in the bathroom
There was a paid coffee machine in reception area. There were no other amenities (except a pool table), not even a bar to have a drink.
Reception staff were helpful.
Breakfast was simple. If you’re in Prague for just a few days then this hotel is ok as it is very close too town centre.
Would probably use hotel again as you would only be sleeping there and for the closeness to centre.

Breakfast had very limited vegetarian options. Room faced the street and very noisy as trams trundled past. Room was cold. One of the days we had no hot water and reception just shrugged thier shoulders and said its a technical issue without any other information. Would not recommend this hotel.

Second time stay here.
The hotel left a very pleasant impression. Breakfast was good, and the service in the restaurant was excellent — the staff, especially the girls in the breakfast area, were very friendly. The reception speaks several languages and is always helpful. The location is convenient, the doors are open until late, and the concierge is always available. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided. We opened the windows to the inner courtyard, where it was quiet and not hot — very comfortable overall.

Overall my stay at the Atlantic Hotel was good, however there were 2 main things that brought my rating down a little. I know this cannot be helped, however the noise outside was very loud even with the windows closed, as the trams would run 24/7. The other thing was how hard the mattress was - I would have ideally liked something a little softer. Other than that the service from the staff was great, the hotel is situated very close to the city centre and the buffet breakfast was decent.

Super convenient property with outstanding staff to help on any way. The breakfast that is included is wonderful. Being an older hotel there isn’t AC which on a hot day can be a challenge, but the fans provided in the room helped a lot. The bathroom is very nice but water pressure in the shower is a little lacking, but everything else was great and the hotel offers great value.

Valentin at the front desk was so helpful! Gave us all the best food recommendations. Metro is right along the street with plenty of transportation options. Don’t plan on needing Uber or other services if you like walking. Everything we wanted to see was within 25-min walk (MAX).

Awful service, TV in one room was not working after speaking to reception they said they will have a look but nothing was done. All channels were not in English and we were told this cannot be changed not even subtitles. There were gold insects appearing in one of the toilets in the evenings mainly and when reported we were told the whole of prague has this in every hotel nothing can be done. There was no locks for safety on the toilet doors. The features advertised such as billards and pool were not accessible unless you paid for this in the games room. Breakfast was always limited, we had decided to have breakfast at 9am one of the days but the pastries had finished when we got down. The bread was limited, not enough available.

The front desk employees were all efficient, pleasant and helpful 24/7. I was able to get a kettle and coffee cup set for 5 euros for my entire 8 day stay. They also helped me with printing a paper ticket for an event. And prior to my arrival, I had messaged them numerous times with questions and received prompt and courteous replies which made me confident in my hotel choice and they did not disappoint.
My room was cleaned daily and coffee service replenished.
The included breakfast was extensive with a variety of breads, hot breakfast items like sausages and eggs done several ways, cold salads, deli meats, yogurts, soups, pastries, cakes, desserts and cereals, and choices of beverages. Some items changed throughout the week which was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel is a few steps from Cafe Imperial and a 2 minute walk to the Palladium at Republique Square where tram stops can be found. Crossing the square were 2 more dining options and through the Powder Gate and a further 5 minute walk were dining and shopping . The Old Town Square was 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel.
My room was a streetside and a tad warm for me, however I like to sleep in a cold room. Upon opening the double locking windows, it was a bit noisy for me. Next time, I will request an interior room. And there will be a next time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Atlantic Hotel and Praha is definitely worth seeing again and again.

The front desk staff was absolutely lovely, very eager to be of service. It was nice to return to the hotel and be greeted with a genuine smile. Breakfast was the best in all the hotels I stayed in several European cities.
The matress was too firm for me but one of the lovely desk ladies ofered an extra confonforter for over the matress which helped a little. The location is excellent!

Last minute booking as previous hotel was horrible…perfect area in the city centre. Very clean and big, slept very well. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful. Able to watch Netflix on tv but only downfall was internet and film kept on stopping. Hairdryer and shower cap provided. Would recommend anyone coming to visit sprague for a short visit!

Good value for money in overall. Really clean and quiet hotel near the old town. Breakfast was good if you wanted to wake up early. If you went to breakfast close to closing time (-1h), there wasn't much left. Did not see the bar open ever during the visit.

Very newly renovated and comfortable rooms, in the hesrt of the city, walking distance to pretty much all the sights. Very clean rooms and camfy beds, very quiet as well, only in the morning the cleaning ladies were quiet noisy, as there room was just opposite ours. Other than that it was a very quiet and comfortable stay.

Excellent value for money. Really good location close to the Old Town and local public transport. The breakfast was buffet style and the options were extensive and varied. Our room was at the back on the 4th floor so it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were helpful. There are no tea and coffee making facilities so we brought our own and with permission borrowed a couple of mugs from the dining room. As a bonus The pizzeria opposite Is excellent too !

Tidy hotel, great location near metro, trams and walking distance to the old town and some good nearby restaurants. Excellent airport transfer taxi service. Only downside is rooms aren't well soundproofed so noise from corridor and adjacent room. But that is minor and dependant on others. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. Helpful reception staff. Overall, good stay.
