Incredible hotel!! The location was absolutely perfect in Old Town - everything was within walking distance. There’s a lively shopping mall just steps away, and so many famous landmarks nearby. The tram stop is also less than a 3-min walk, which made getting around so easy.

The hotel staff was by far the friendliest my friends and I encountered during our travels across three different countries! Ethan and another young, petite blonde staff member were especially welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

Our room for 3 pax was spotless upon arrival and impeccably cleaned each day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious… truly top-rated in both quality and service!! There were so many servers, and EVERY single one of them provided excellent service. Not once did we have a negative experience!

If we ever return to Praha, there’s no doubt that MGallery Collection will be our accommodation of choice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The room was lovely, I asked 3 times at breakfast gor table to be cleaned in the end I got my own cutlery and asked a young guy to clean the table which he did. We were not shown to a table or given any instruction. The bar was very open so felt we had to whisper. The staff were nice generally but disappointed with the price we paid.

The hotel is well located,within walking distance from all major attractions,room itself was ok because it was clean,bed and pillows very comfortable,I didn’t like that some of the furniture is outdated and the bathroom looks old as well but like I said it was clean ,I also didn’t like view of my room which was to the interior of the building on first floor with nothing to look at,I would recommend without hesitation but try to get a room with better views.

The room was ready early, and the staff allowed us in early so we could wander out into the city earlier than expected. The facility is lovely, elegantly appointed. The room was smaller than expected, which is typical of European size rooms. It was clean and well appointed with modern decor.

The property has been restored and renovated like a palace. Location is one of the beat. I like the dedication to Franz Kafka. The breakfast was excellent! The only problem we had was the musty oder in the room; it penetrated our clothing even after we were long gone.

Close to public transport that is very easy to use with the PID Litacka app.
Professional and very friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Very clean throughout the hotel.
Excellent breakfast.

Cons
Mattress was very soft - not enough for us to complain and I'm pretty sure it was a mattress stopper that they probably would have removed if I asked.
Very little wardrobe or drawer space. This was fine for us but might bother others.

The hotel was in the perfect spot for visiting all the tourist attentions. Easy walking distance to old town square and the Charles bridge. The room was super nice and clean, our only complaint is that the room was too hot and we could not get the air conditioning to work but otherwise perfect stay.

The staff of this property are outstanding: very helpful and patient with a wide range of tourists coming in and out. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are prompt and quick. The only two places that I can think need improvement would be a better coffee service in the rooms and a bit of a wider selection for the dinner menu in the restaurant. I love that this location has a nicely stocked / maintained gym and exercise area. Also: the buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of beautifully prepared foods for a reasonable price (for a high end hotel). I'll be staying there again on my next trip.

The hotel is lovely and in the perfect location to see all the touristy places. It is very clean with a good sized room and friendly staff. Daria at the reception was very nice. Despite the hotel being busy I requested a room on a higher floor and she manged to get me a very nice room on the 5th floor. The breakfast display was good with lots of choices to eat. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Prague

This property is conveniently located to the Old Town City Center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to ensure guests are well taken care of. They have excellent maid service as well. My room was cleaned within an hour of posting the \"Please Make Up My Room\" sign on the door which I put out on my way to breakfast. This is the perfect hotel for your stay in Prague. The onsite restaurant also has good food. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was quite lavish.

Great location for city centre in Prague. Close to all the main attractions, with a nice bar and restaurant.

Service was great and all staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a very early flight and they accommodated us with an early check in around 10am. We had also booked an airport transited and this was smooth.

The breakfast is a large buffet. A decent selection.

The lobby is beautiful, as is the bar. The rooms are a decent size, with a large shower. There is a sleep menu (for pillows, hot water bottles etc) and the bed is comfy. Our room was however a bit dusty and didn’t feel like it had been dusted whilst we were there. Our water was also not replaced which is surprising for a 4* accomodation.

All in all, a really good stay and perfect for exploring Prague.

First Time in Prague, very impressed and pleased with this Hotel. The concierge that aided our checkin process was great. The proximity of the Hotel to all the sights of Old Town Prague is perfect. Only wish we were able to stay longer, 3 days was only enough time for us to sample a small sample of everything there is to see and experience here.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I booked a queen bed room for my husband and I we arrived without evening telling us gave us two singles bed. I called to say there was a mistake and they said it was the only room left BIE wish they told me at time of booking as I would have chosen another hotel as this was important to us.

I asked can the beds be put together and made as a double they said they would. In the whole three days no one came to make the room up.

The staff were also not really trained for the local area we asked for recommendations for restaurants in the area they googled them!!!

This is the first hotel I have visited where I was not asked if I had a good stay & was everything ok. Just told I owed local tax.

In the footsteps of Kafka

The architecture of the building is breathtaking. Knowing that it was the office where Kafka worked for many years is priceless. Our room (executive suite) was spacious with very tall ceiling. The entire hotel was well maintained. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty and the location is quite central.

The hotel has good location. From the airport, take bus 119 and tram 26. Alight at Namesti Republiky. Going to airport, take the Metro B, Namesti Republiky and bus 100.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfy. They provided slippers and bath robe. The staff are friendly and helpful. Since it’s winter, there’s no aircon. They even gave me a fan since I wasn’t comfortable opening the windows cos I was just on the second floor. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices.

Overall nice hotel.

Room was lovely and spacious with lovely high ceilings. The rooms however were a little too hot. Even. when trying to turn the air temp down, the room remained really warm. We assume it was a central heating issue.
Also - the bathroom was quite small given that the room was so big. The space around the sink area was really minimal so almost. impossible to put any of your own toiletries anywhere. Could do with having a shelf or something. Bathroom was nice and modern though.

At check out time, I asked for the hotel folio (this was a business trip, therefore I needed the bill to expense it) and the clerk told me the hotel cannot give me any receipts, to ask the agency I made the reservation. Now I need to return to the hotel to ask another clerk for the bill, maybe next time I will find someone less rude and understanding how absurd is the situation.

Brilliant hotel with great location!

We stayed here for two short separate stays but loved both times. The rooms aren’t huge but are really well setup and super comfortable!

The staff were all really helpful and the breakfast service was excellent.

The location is in the heart of the city but just outside the heavy traffic of constant tourists. It has a shopping mall next door and supermarket 2mins away for supplies. 5mins away from a great restaurant district and walking distance to everywhere!

Early check in is UNavailable even when other people checked out earlier.
And when they do let you do that, 50 EURO is required for early check in. I have never stayed in a hotel in my life that would charge you extra for checking in early...makes it very inconvenient for guests.
Two free Bottled water: only available for the first day of stay and not on your subsequent dates. Does that mean customees would need to book the days separately in order to get free water bottles each day? This should be dirt cost for the hotel and as simple as this makes the overall customers experience unpleasant.
Only pro is having a good location.
Seriously do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A surprising find near Old Town.

Check-in was easy and the counter staff welcoming and friendly. They were also multi-lingual and were only too willing to help us learn about and explore their city.
Our room could be considered small by Australian standards but was in keeping with European room sizes. As we were situated on the ground floor, we had the added benefit of an opening door into a courtyard where we could have a morning coffee and pastry in the sun at our outdoor setting.
Hotel facilities were as expected and of a high standard. The gym was well equipped for a small facility. Street noise was not an issue.
The location of the hotel was excellent, with 2 metro(rail) stations within 5 minutes walk, on the tram and bus route and near the Old Town and shopping centres
Meals were delicious.

Beautiful building not far from Old Town and within easy walking distance of tourist sights. Room small but well equipped; very comfortable bed. Not much cupboard/wardrobe space but ample for a weekend stay. Despite city centre location, well soundproofed and no traffic or other noise disturbed us. Spotlessly clean. Staff all very pleasant and helpful and a wide choice available at breakfast buffet. If visiting Prague again, would definitely stay there and would recommend to others.

Clean, kind and good location. Only one I can complain is the room size. It's smaller than I expected and the size in the pictures. But it's OK as the considering price. As a conclusion, I recommend this hotel.
And I'd give a hint for enjoying the breakfast. I missed several good things like sausages and mushrooms because they were under the lids of cookers.

We tried to have dinner at 7pm but there wasn’t anybody at the restaurant in the hotel. The following day it started to snow heavily and breakfast had almost no service as it was understaffed. Nobody cleared the plates even 30 minutes after we left.

Great hotel. lovely rooms . fantastic breakfast

Only problem we had was the room was too hot. considering it was -10 degrees outside, this was fairly unbelievable. we asked someone to have a look but yes the air conditioning was broken. we were moved to another room which was a lot further away for us and a good lot smaller but thankfully cooler.

The hotel was very nice, clean and in a great location. I have to say though the room was smaller than it appears in pictures. Also, we had the misfortune of being placed in a room in the bottom floor. This meant we didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open at night to let the cold air in and the AC did not seem to really be effective so the room temperature was uncomfortable at night. I want to rate the hotel better because it really is great in every other way but not being able to have a cold room at night was a big issue for us.

Only a one night stay - would have loved to be there longer. Great position - so some of the feel good factor may be a reflection of the beauty of Prague. Upmarket hotel, but doesn't feel oppressively 'grand'. Rooms, staff etc lovely. Didn't eat there - why would you when surrounded by thousands of excellent restaurants which are generally significantly cheaper.
