La habitación no fue reservada por parte de Hoteles.com según me indicó el operador, a altas horas de la noche en una ciudad desconocida y con bajas temperaturas tuvimos que trasladarnos con maletas... primero a intentar aclarar que estaba pasando y luego a buscar, de último momento, un nuevo hotel con sobre precio respecto a lo que teníamos presupuestado.... La reserva se hizo con 4 meses de anticipación para evitar inconvenientes de este tipo y la respuesta de Hoteles.com fue simplemente acreditar el monto cobrado...no recomiendo utilizar esta página nunca... lo mejor es reservar directamente con el hotel o el administrador de la estancia. De mi parte lo mínimo que esperaba era el pago total del hotel que tuvimos que reservar y aun así eso no quitaba el mal rato y el traslado con maletas y el hecho de que nos tuvimos que separar de nuestro grupo de viaje... PESIMA EXPERIENCIA

This property didn't have air conditioning, and the area was very noisy; we couldn't open the windows due to the noise. The bathroom smelled bad. It seemed they had sewage issues.

Great space, perfectly located between Old Town and easy transportation to all parts of the city. Studio apartment was spacious and a real treat to have a kitchenette. Was concerned at first about restaurant and evening business in courtyard below apartments, but both were quiet when open and closed by 10 pm. The big problem is other guests partying and talking loudly outside rooms until 4 am—there needs to be a notice given about this on check in-even with windows closed, noise was there. Communication with office was not great-tried to reach them on another issue with no response until after issue was past. Would definitely recommend, but be warned about the noise-and if you stay here, don’t be that person!!

Beautiful apartments! We stayed in the Dvorak suite and it was awesome. The bathroom is huge, as are the bedroom and living space. It’s so close to the Old Town Square and was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The apartment was really cool! Very spacious and stylishly decorated. The communication was very smooth. I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. The bathroom needs a little fixing but we enjoyed our stay and felt safe.

Nice, great location but, noisy

The rooms were very clean. Even though the location is excellent since we were next to a very busy road - even with the great windows and sound proofing the room was very noisy. I would also like to suggest that even though this is an apartment it would be nice to have some coffee and water for when guests first arrive - even a like a fake nespresso machine or instant coffee that other venues provide for free and makes such a difference.

It was a very nice and cozy stay, everything was clean, and the fact that they left you a fan is much appreciated, the place has an excellent location, very very close to everything, even the train station if you decide to take the airport express to the train station.
My only small concern was when I contacted the property 48 to 36 hours before my arrival to ask if we could make an early check-in and they never answered me back.

We had an excellent trip and loved the apartment though we had an issue with the hot water. It was nice and hot in the morning but cool in the evenings.This was addressed by sending an engineer round who found no fault. However the problem continued and the hot water was only just warm which wasn't good for showering.

This place was awesome! So close to the Old Plaza and Astronomical Clock! 5 min walk from the Palladium Mall which is very modern and also has a large variety of stores. Every morning we would just wake up and walk out and immediately had a choice of coffee or restaurants to go to. Also the in unit clothes washer came in really handy to wash jeans, sweaters, etc. We used the oven to make pizza one night when we wanted to stay in. The king size bed was excellent! Really happy with the property and communication.

Great property (Appt 24 - Amadeus). Easy access with no need to check-in / obtain keys (access is via a PIN or YourKey app). Very clean. No air-con, but stand-up fan provided was more than sufficient. Easily walkable to the Town Square, Charles Bridge and other sights.

Really nice if you focus on the place itself

A lot to go through, trying to be fair. The place is lovely, we had two main issues. One it's not their fault: we had stayed at a different hotel the previous nights in Prague (a really nice one for a lot less money) so the comparison was hard to avoid. The other one was a far from ideal customer service, I checked out of the other rooms 11am, was ready to head to this one around 1.30 to make sure I had time for everything and wanted to have all the info before heading there... but nothing. Really hard to get answers via email, taking forever, I had to call three times, hard to reach them... not convenient at all. Once we got here, yes, the place is nice, spacious, with kitchen and laundry, room upstairs, and the best part waiting another set of stairs up, in the little terrace. We did not enjoy it much as we had to leave early the next morning. The main reason I booked this one was for that view, for our final night of our vacation, and the view is really nice indeed. When I put it together with the cost of the place, the challenges of the check in process and getting the codes and all, not sure it is worth it for one night, maybe not that terrible (cause the place is nice) if you are going to stay longer. Btw, location was pretty good quiet enough in spite of being walking distance to old town, the room and bathroom nice, pillows great, etc.

Convenience to old part of Prague, close to everything of historical significance and, after a couple weeks in hotel rooms, these apartments were a blessing. Clean, secure and quiet. All one could ask for, I wish I could have stayed longer and I will choose them again if my journey leads me back to Prague!

Loved the apartment it was spotlessly clean. I would suggest having 2 pillow covers on the pillows regardless if there is only one or two people sleeping in the bed. The street outside can be noisy especially if you are a light sleeper but it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

We were so impressed with the apartment we had. Everything was so well thought through in particular the safety of entry with our PIN code and entry via the lift. Vicinity to the old town square was so amazing, only a short (less than 5 min) walk. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you need a big more space than a hotel room provides. We had a good sized 1 bedroom apartment. The beds (including the sofabed) were comfortable and the linens were nice. It is very walkable to many of the local attractions and you can see bits of historic buildings out your window. It feels very secure because there is an exterior door that is locked at night. Like most places, it doesn't have AC and it was pretty warm (late June.) All of the windows open and we had a fan. The decor was nice, but not overbearing and the kitchen was well equipped. The only drawback is that our apartment faced the street and sounds really echo in the narrow lane- voices, drunk youth, trucks, etc. It's not bad with the windows closed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and think it's a great option for anyone who needs some extra space.

It was not good. The communication was terrible. The accommodation was not at all how it was shown to be. I expected to use the common spaces like the terrace that was promoted in the ads but I was told there is mo common area to use only after arriving on the second day. There was no information regarding the wifi and I received it after calling multiple times and leaving a message on the next day of arrival. This meant I could not use any internet during half of my stay period. I could not use or access the shown common space at all - I don’t know why is it promoted via pictures on the ads. The room was not how the pictures showed. It was small and lacked the space and sophistication shown in the pictures on the website. Overall, I am very disappointed with what I was offered. While the stay was okay, the communication with the reception was terrible. But I see a bigger problem with Hotels.com as you promoted something different from what I was sold. I would appreciate if you could refund or credit the stay at least partially.

Love the style of our room! It was also very spacious. Location is also very convenient in the old town, however, to some, it can be a little loud as we can hear crowds or random people on the streets in the middle of the night (even with windows closed). The only thing that we didn't like was their hot water boiler isn't very optimal - we normally have pretty quick showers (7 minutes max.) but the water temperature (1) fluctuates and (2) hot water goes out fast. The towel warmer didn't work, but not a big deal to us. Plenty of towels and amenities provided as well (including instant coffee:)!

Lovely clean spacious apartment, in a great location in central Prague. We were very impressed. The apartment management organised a transfer from the airport for us beforehand, which made our arrival from an evening flight stress free. My only minor issue is that we were unable to leave our bags in the office after checking out, as it isn't staffed at all times (though we were easily able to speak to the main reception on the number provided).

Excellent location, easy check-in, comfortable space for our family of 4 to spend 3 night in Prague. There is an elevator too. We got to use their washing machine, which is available at their other location (10 min walk from our’s). We were also able to leave our luggage there on our last day till the time of our departure. There’s no air conditioner, but we had plenty of fans and the apartment itself was on the shadowy side, so it was bearable even during the hot wave.
There was one big disappointment though. Do not get yourself fooled by the picture that advertises this hotel! Maybe one apartment had that view! Not us, not the rest of them. II wouldn’t complain if I were not so looking forward to it. Otherwise it was all good.

Amazing stay at 4 Art Suites!

I came to Prague for a few days with my friends and stayed at the 4 Art Suites. This was by far one of the best hotels/hostel experiences I have had. The location could not be better, it is a quick walk to Old Town Center where there is so much to see and tons of amazing restaurants. The area felt very safe and the apartment itself was amazing. It was so clean and so so spacious. We had a kitchen equipped with everything we needed to cook ourselves dinners, and even came with coffee and tea. Each day the cleaning service came in, cleaned, made our beds and gave us new towels. Check in and check out was pleasant, we received recommendations for places to go around the city! They even printed our boarding passes for our outgoing flight. I would highly recommend this place to families, friends, anyone who is looking for a great location, safe and clean apartment in Prague.

It was a beautiful apartment in the city center. The only negative I'd say is that (at least when we were there), the outside is a bit noisy, especially our last night there. The staff is friendly, the apartment is really amazing, huge! With a really lovely bathroom and furnished kitchen. The area was safe and it is so close to some great restaurants and all of the grandeur of Prague.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and the amenities were all there. We loved our stay with the friendly helpful staff. The bed was comfortable, the location was perfect and i'd highly recommend this boutique hotel.
We were 5 minutes to old town square, close to shopping with great restaurants near by.

Mold is a big problem and it hasn't been fixed

The rooms have a strong mold smell, and the reception staff know this. They added an extra glade air scent freshener to the room, but that DOES NOT alleviate mold. They need to quickly repair the issues with rain water in the walls, but have not - nor do they seem in any rush to fix it. The mold problem had my wife sneezing and coughing most of our stay. Please - fix the problem, and perfume is not the answer

We were part of a group spread across the city there to celebrate a friends 50th. This was a great base for exploring Prague, tucked away down a relatively quiet road with a nice little restaurant next door and a 'Beer Spa' (which is a spa with hot tubs and cosy fires etc that serves beer) virtually attached. Everything is within easy walking distance ... ideal.

Amazing location, very helpful staff, very clean and nice rooms. Definitely recommend those hotel!

The only issue is hotel gets really noisy at midnight and it's hard to sleep. They discard trash or something that makes it really noisy at midnight. You have to use ear plugs to sleep.

The room was very loud and right above the office. There is also a restaurant right next to the room that was loud. It looks like a converted storage room. Very disappointing.
I have a knee injury and there were stairs to get to the room. The website indicated that there was an elevator but our room didn't have that. The bed was chest high and very hard to get in and out of. The power was also out for several hours. The price was very high for what we received. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the problems.

The small hotel is located in a small street inside the Prague old town area, so it is basically very close and within walking distance to near all attractions. Our room is very spacious with a large bedroom and a separate sitting room where a large sofa bed is put. The toilet is clean but it is a little bit inconvenient that the shower area does not have a door or curtain. Overall we are very satisfied with the space and cleanliness of the room, the convenient location of the hotel and the friendly attitude and helpfulness of the staff. For people who think quietness is very important should be aware that there is a walking street in front of the hotel and in prime season there will be lots of tourists passing by even till midnight and if they talk loud.

Awesome location but noisy

Very spacious accommodations which is not the norm in Europe. Short walking distance to the square and Astronomical Clock. Only drawback was the noise at night. It sits atop a restaurant, but I don't think that's where its coming from. There must be a bar or club close by. Lots of drunken talking and shouting in the wee hours. Found lots of empty bottles outside the entrance gate when we had an early departure

Nice room and location but too many problems

I arrived late night on my day of check in after a flight delay only to find the reception closed so ended up paying to stay in a different hotel that night. When I later found internet access I saw that the hotel did state special check in was required for arrivals after 10PM. So my fault, should have checked the fine print but frustrating none the less.

Second night after being out in the city came back to the hotel to find the front door of the building locked again. They had told me about this earlier and given me a key to use, only the key did not work. I was stuck outside of the hotel for over an hour before someone finally arrived. I was told someone would talk to me the next day and offer compensation. This never happened.

Next day one of the workers told me that they had accidentally double charged me for the room. They told me they would reverse one of the charges, which they did, but using a different exchange rate and I ended up being out another ~$5 USD for nothing. Not much money but they should be paying for their mistakes, not me.

Overall very disappointed with the service. Simple compensation for their errors would have left me happy but would avoid going there again based on this experience
