A hearty breakfast was provided, although the sausages and hash browns were cold on both occasions. Although a 24 hr coffee/tea was provided, this was only in the eating area. A 4 * hotel should provide coffee machines in every room, rather then having to go out of your room and on to another floor to use this facility.

Totally catfished on the room appearance. The website tried to give an updated modern vibe, but the room was run down, drab and had dirty, stained carpet and damaged counters in the bathroom. One of the windows was broken and unable to be opened. The HVAC didn’t appear to have any temp adjustment so the room was super hot. I will give the location a 10/10. Great walking distance to key sights and tons of food and shopping options. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well.

our stay was terrible. We were ‘welcomed’ by a receptionist who was busy on her phone editing a video on her social media. The room was far too hot and receptionist said to just keep the fan on. The room got hotter and it seems it was blowing warm air. Sent a message to the hotel via Expedia as the receptionist wasn’t helpful even though we had a baby with us who was dehydrated from how hot the room was. Turns out the central heating system works as a heater this time of year regardless of the room already being warm. No fan or AC available. There was a chair in the room and the decor on it was hanging off with a sharp pin hanging off on the side. This is very dangerous especially if babies/children are in the room. The area outside the hotel has a very bad smell of urine. Not sure how this hotel is a 4 star, definitely isn’t 4 stars. Will not be recommending or staying here again. Worst hotel experience. Thank goodness for the breakfast staff and food hence the one star and not zero.

Positives: Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was delicious with multiple options (hot and cold). Free coffee, cappuccino, tea all day. Great location, walkable distance to city center, supermarket, and shopping. Negatives: Our safe was locked in the room so we couldn’t use it. No ironing board. Stained carpet. Room didn’t look like any of the options in the pictures advertised online (outdated and dingy), drains were clogged - slowly draining.

It’s a great location and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and mostly updated except for the carpet but it was fine, just not newer. The breakfast had lots of variety and options. When I booked the hotel it said they had laundry facilities but upon arrival I was told they didn’t. They did help accommodate us and the cleaning staff washed a load of our laundry for 20 euros. Overall it was a good experience.

Great located hotel in the city centre, close to lots of shopping. Every tour and landmark we wanted to visit was within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. Rooms were air conditioned and bright. Downsides were old and stained carpets throughout the hotel, had requested two singles beds and got a double. However overall very happy with the stay

This hotel is 2 stars at best. Do not book this hotel if you are coming with a car. People at the front are totally useless. We were told that we can not pull up to the hotel with our car to unload luggage. Which is not correct. The girl at the front told us we need to walk with our luggage for 4 blocks on cobblestones street. No one in the hotel to help you with luggage. The garage is far and a nightmare. Breakfast is horrible. Juice is just a yellow water, we had a choice of cold hard boiled egg or cold burned sunny side up. Even coffee was bad, forget having any pastries with coffee. Staled hard pastries. We ended up getting stuff from a nearby store and bring it with us to the cafeteria, so we could have breakfast. One if the worse hotels I ever stayed.

The hotel advertises as a ptoperty with airconditioning. However when we arrived the hotel was hot like an oven. Also we couldn't sleep all night due to very loud noise ftom the street. When we asked for a change of room we were told that there was none available..really??

Nothing remarkable. The temperature was really high in the room and there was not a way to reduce it. Just by coming out the room the relief was very notable.

The location was amazing and for the most part, the room was wonderful. The common areas, such as the hallways needs some TLC. The carpet in the hall in particular was pretty rough. BUT the rooms didn't have and carpet and were very nice and clean. There are no USB plugs in the room, so that was surprising considering it seemed to be recently renovated and the AC didn't function. The room was VERY hot at night, and we tried to turn on the air and not only did it not blow cold air, it was hot air. The window did open, but it was a busy area and was loud outside so that wasn't a great set up. The location was wonderful though and made for very easy walking to all of the things we wanted to see.

I would highly recommend staying in Friday Hotel. It is a small hotel centrally located for Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square and within walking distance of Charles Bridge and the Lesser Town.
The hotel is clean and the breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day is also welcoming to warm you up after a day's exploring.
The staff were polite and friendly too and my husband and I enjoyed our weekend break there,

Friday hotel was fantastic. Close to everythingvand everything was a walkable. For the things that weren't, public transport was readily available. The room itself was good quality, clean, quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and considerate. Would absolutely stay again.

Well Our hotel room was on the front side of the hotel with balcony about 2 o'clock In the morning.. There was screaming fighting going on the hotel. Personnel did not get involved until we went down to let them know that we cannot sleep because people outside of our hotel room fighting. Also in a room in the bathroom the.

The property itself is in a great location. Walkable distance from Prague Main Station, steps from Landmarks like astronomical clock and Wenceslas Square. The room I’ve got did not look like the pictures, only the bathroom was remodeled. The AC was not working at all. Luckily it was October and it was cool outside, however the opened windows allowed all noise from streets to disturb my sleep. Breakfast was very good.

If that hotel has 4 stars, I am not sure how many I need to book my next stay. Only the location met my expectations. The hotel, starting from the front door is so outdated, even the remodeled parts are felling apart. The room has no space to put the suitcase, I had to put it on top of the mini fridge. No coffee or even a hot water offered, except during breakfast. Which is mediocre and served in the room with no single window. The staff, out of 3 people I interacted one was really nice, but the other two were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The guy said, he can’t answer my question as he is getting a headache. We had 2 rooms, but the bed was so uncomfortable, if I would have to share the bed it would have been a torture.

The air conditioning does not work, room smelled like dog, the carpets were very dirty, old, and stained, and the safe did not work properly. I am not a princess type of person and this place was not pleasant to stay in. The pictures are very misleading other than the bathrooms being nice. The AC is loud and there were homeless people sleeping across the entrance of the property. Cars cannot drive you up to the entrance during certain hours which makes check in and out a hassle.

We had 2 rooms for our family of 5. One of our rooms was exactly as pictured on the Hotels.com site…the other room was old, outdated, and dirty. It had old dirty carpet, and the room smelled bad. We requested a change of room, but they weren’t able to accommodate us until our second night. The new room we were moved to had nice flooring, like the photos on Hotels.com, and was clearly remodeled. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was broken, in the middle of July, so it was hot. We requested it be fixed 3 times, although they sent someone up, it was never actually fixed. The people were nice, and helpful, and the breakfast was nice as well. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Old Town Square which was great bc we didn’t need an Uber to see everything we were interested in. It’s close to lots of museums, restaurants, and street vendors as well. I’d suggest requesting a remodeled room.

It’s a nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet, but their air condition is very old, and not maintained. So the room was brutally hot. They offered to switch us, but the other room was just as bad. The location is good. I would never stay here in the summer, but any other time of year, it’s probably a good choice

The hotel is located within walking distance of Wenceslas Square, the clock, and so much more! It is very loud and hot if you come before the air conditioning is turned on (May) because the open window means all the sounds travel into your room. The breakfast was awesome and free. Our keys kept getting demagnetized which was annoying- we had to go down twice on two different days to get them redone. The hotel does not have usb plugs so make sure you bring an adapter as they also don’t have any for you to borrow. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is also not far from public transit which is the best way to travel the city.

The Friday Hotel is situated in a good location in Prague with easy access to the old and new town settings. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, greatly appreciated. The bedroom room was large with a wonderful shower room but the bedroom decor was very plain/dull and would benefit from a more dynamic makeover.
The breakfast was plentiful with a good buffet choice. The hot food choice was mainly cold (this could be improved greatly)but the pastries were very nicely presented.

I would never recommend this hotel ti any1 unless service is not important. Location is good . The room i was given first was not the room i saw online and booked . I was provided different room . Went back to the reception and i was told they did not have the picture of that room that is why they uploaded the superior room picture. I insisted to give me the room i saw in expedia and booked for . I was given the room i saw. But unfortunately there are no celling lights in the room just two small lamps. It was too dark for a room in a hotel of stars they claim.
On the description it said 50 inch tv. Sorry to disappoint its only a 32 inch. There are no free waters bottle . And for toiletries it was only 2 body lotion in the toilet.
