We recently stayed 4 nights and our room was located at the front of the hotel on the 2nd floor.

First impressions were great, check in was smooth, bags taken to room and was shown how to use TV, mini bar usage the usual but always nice to have.

Room was marvellous, son stayed downstairs with his bathroom and myself and wife in the master room, very unique and loved the set up of it.

Now here is the big problem and it’s not the hotels fault it has bars, restaurants opposite and all on the same street. It gets loud and I mean really loud, you would hear groups of lads drunk singing, women screaming and this can go on until 3/4 in the morning. I didn’t have a full nights sleep during my stay, like I said not the hotels fault just more the location.

Breakfast was great in the morning plenty of selection to be had, bar is great really comfortable and decent cocktails from bartenders.

We did have a hot water issue on one day which we flagged to be told everyone is probably showering and to try later, well I’m only here a few days so not waiting to shower. We resolved this by getting up earlier and not the normal 8am but this is a 4 star hotel you expect a little better here.

A pleasant stay but I would pick a different hotel when I come back.

Beautiful hotel, and lovely staff, especially the bar tenders. We did need to change rooms from a lovely suite, as the night time noise was LOUD. However, they accommodated us, which we highly appreciated. (I lived in NYC for many many years...so have a high threshold for the nightlife/trucks/emergency traffic all day and night ;)

The location is great.
The accommodation is good.
The orange juice at breakfast isn’t good - it’s watery - and the scrambled eggs you could bounce off a wall. However the rest of the breakfast was nice.
The staff are lacking charm or interest. Reception, breakfast and the bar were all the same - no warmth or willingness to engage. They just sit (Reception) or stand there (bar and breakfast ), often just flicking thru their mobile phones. They don’t seem to really want to be there - and it made me feel the same.

This hotel is very centrally located to many attractions in Prague. The room was great and the staff were very attentive. I liked that they would exchange dollars for korunas at the desk for a very reasonable rate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed this hotel and will stay again. Its location suited our purpose very well. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. It is beautiful and well maintained. However, I would not buy the buffet breakfast again. The options for a pescatarian or vegetarian were limited or non-existent. The cheese was mediocre. Some of the food was prepped in advance which one might expect but seemed dried out.

We were very disappointed with the five-star Iran Hotel and Suite.After uber driver dropped us off, he admitted he didn’t know where the hotel was either. We had to ask two people for directions, and finally dragged our luggage down a rough cobblestone street to find it. The hotel’s sign was so small it was almost invisible; after quite a bit of wandering around, we finally located the entrance. By the time we arrived, it was already 10 p.m. The front desk staff were unfriendly and extremely slow, making us feel unwelcome. We had booked three rooms in total. The first one was acceptable;The second room, located on the first floor, was damp and smelled of mildew. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist demanded an extra €30. After 40 minutes of negotiation, they finally agreed—reluctantly—to switch us to a room of the same category;
The third room was tiny, right next to the street, and unbearably noisy at night. Fortunately, the front desk lady on duty the next morning was kinder and helped us move to a slightly quieter room.What was most unacceptable was that the hotel clearly had available rooms but refused to change ours unless we paid more. This is absolutely not the standard of service one expects from a five-star hotel. When we checked out, we discovered an unexpected “service fee” added to our bill. It was the first time we’d encountered a front desk charging this kind of fee. Overall, the front desk service was poor and the staff lacked professionalism.

Very cute hotel in the heart of Prague Old town. Location was quiet, and just around the corner from the old town square. Our room had a small balcony with flowers, great for relaxing during the evening. Room was spacious for 2 adults and a child. There was a pull out sofabed in the living room area. Breakfast was always good with a variety of food. Dinner at the Deer restaurant was one of the best we had in Prague. Would stay here again. It was very convenient for all the sites we wanted to see.

I didn't drive in nor did we shop. It's right off of old town square so it's very convenient for tourists and the tower suite has a view of almost every landmark in that part of the city. Service at the front desk and the experience checking into the room was a great experience. The room itself has a combination of \"old town\" charm with a few modern amenities. A lot of space in the room and an excellent view into the central garden.

The hotel looks very good , it has excellent location but it was so loud, i was not able to sleep until 2am! When checking out I discovered that unexpectedly some service fees were added without me knowing it or agreed to it...it was added automatically gratification for services provided...so they made the decision how and how much tips they which is the hotel should get. I did not like it. If I like I can give the tip as I wish. I will think twice before I will stay there second time. The noises were the biggest issue. I paid for \" better\" room and got noise for the price.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. While the atmosphere is perfect for Prague and the old style blends in well with the whole city, the bathrooms could use some renovations or a face lift. The breakfast was good but a bit underwhelming for a 5 star hotel. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, however, it was not possible to get an additional pillow in the evening, which was a bit surprising. Overall we had a good stay in Prague and the location was excellent!

Great experience in an 800 year old build with the charm to go with it. In the middle of the Medieval section of Prague. If your driving a car it's hard to get there for a couple of blocks, but their doorman will valet your vehicle for a charge. Just blocks from the Old Town square and Medieval Bridge. Get the breakfast option for good food and time saver. Your out the door in the morning to explore.

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of old town. The location is excellent. We prepaid for the breakfast and the buffet was very good.
The staff was very friendly except for one night clerk at the reception.
It is in a pedestrian area so if you get an uber or taxi it will drop you away from the hotel. We booked a taxi at the hotel to take us to the airport and that came right to the hotel door. Might be a good idea to contact the hotel to make arrangements for transportation to the hotel.
At check in I gave them another credit card to charge the balance but they still charged my credit card that i had used to book. You may want to confirm and double check if you are doing the same.

Very nice, centrally located hotel, just 200m from the main square and within 10 minute walk to most popular places in the Old Town as well as the trams to many locations.
Staff were great and helpful, the shuite was spacious, well maintained and had the option of a lift or stairs. Wifi however was on or off and only 1 bar amd as expected was noisy outside over the weekend.
