The property and staff were great helping arrange a transport to/from the airport, to the welcome with a complimentary glass of Czech wine, the exceptional breakfast, to the prompt and courteous staff the hotel was clean and secure. Its location was ideal for tourists to walk to all the sights.

Perfect hotel for visiting as a tourist. The location is fantastic at the edge of the Old Town. A lot of the tourist sites are within easy walking distance.
Staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout.
The room was immaculately clean. It was also surprisingly quiet, particularly given the city centre location. No problems with noise even with the windows open.
This is where I will be staying on my future visits to Prague.

I can’t think of a single thing to improve! The location of this hotel was perfect! Super close to everything in the old and new town! Very walkable but also accessible by vehicle for any day trips. I loved the breakfast.the tables were set so nice,it felt really fancy.i had a nice conversation with duc at the front desk.what a nice person.i liked the area,and the small restaurant not too far away.the only thing i had a problem with was the bathtub.i am older,(hate to admit it)and it was hard for me to get in and out of.it was also very slippery.i did really like everything else.

Room was spacious and bed comfortable, but furniture is a bit minimalistic.

We had a room facing main street and unfortunately you can hear noises from it (especially during the night when the folks from the nearby underground bar went out for smoking).
Make sure you get a room facing the courtyard.

It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. We are already planning another trip in Spring of 2026 and will be staying here again!

We love this hotel simply because of how quiet it is. Love the front desk staff service. Which by the way lent us their luggage scale but we discovered we failed to return it to them when we got home to LA. We will mail it back to the hotel asap. But overall we love the hidden away feature of this hotel. It is a 15 minute walk to the metro but it's ok. Lots of shops along the way to look at. Prague is such a beautiful city. We love it. The Unitas will always be home for us when we are in Praha. We didn't avail of the breakfast on this stay but as we recall the last time it was splendid indeed.

The location of the hotel was really great for us. Super quiet yet two minute walk to shopping street. Old town square is 6 minute walk. Charles bridge was 7 minute. Our room was so nice. Comfortable bed with twin duvets. Lots of room. Bathroom and shower was spacious and clean. Plenty of outlets.
We walked two minutes to Cafe Louve for breakfast and had breakfast at the hotel on our last day. It was good and had plenty of selections. Great coffee and attentive staff. Front desk people were very helpful. Ivan was super nice at check-in and phoned dinner reservations for us. The afternoon gingerbread cookies were a real treat. We loved our stay here! This is the second time we have stayed at Unitas, the first being in 2017. The hotel is within walking distance of all must see and do attractions in Old Town (Stare Mesto). The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. Best breakfast in Prague with great variety. The hotel interior design is unusual and unique. This property was a former convent that has been converted to a hotel with modern fixtures and updates while keeping with old world furnishings. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. There are plenty of electrical plugs in the room. Make sure you have adapters and a converter (if needed) from 230v/50Hz to 115v/60Hz standard we use in the US. If you are looking for a swimming pool and spa and a workout room this is not your place. It is located in a safe quiet neighborhood (the police station is right across the street) but also many good restaurants and taverns nearby. One restaurant I recommend is Stoleti that is just 2 blocks walk, especially after a long night/day of flying and arrival late in the afternoon. There is nightlife available 2 short blocks away. The staff is upbeat, friendly, helpful and there to answer any questions you may have. Karyna at the reception desk was extremely helpful and deserves a special shout out. English is spoken very well. I would recommend this boutique property even to my most discerning friends. The currency is the Czech Koruna (CZK) and the Euro is accepted by most merchants as well as major credit cards.

Excellent location, short walking distance of Charles Bridge etc. Quiet location except for a little street noise on Friday evening (not unusual in a city location). Staff were very pleasant and helpful, lovely welcoming drink. We did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Our room (333) was large enough with a generous bathroom; everything was very clean. The furnishings are of a more basic standard than we would expect at an equivalent hotel in the UK which was the only thing that let the hotel down in our opinion but I would still strongly recommend this hotel and would return.
